Just saw some glimpses of DP and DSP's back story on IBN... Sigh! it left me speechless ... watching dutta like that was painful! ... He will be shattered If he comes to know abt his father yaar! oh GOD! NAkusha has to be with him in this crucial time!! but if FR happens before then how ? oh GOD!

Got it now! i knew something emotional is up our sleeves but this is something i had not expected at all .. 😔 no wonder DP became worried when aai sahib confronted him for what he had done with dutta in the past.. 😔 POOR baby!!! my heart goes out to him!! bachpan say hi bechaara qismat ka maara hai .. 😔 chalo Tasha Bonding ka chance berhta dikh raha hia iss sab main .. 😊

I can understand Nakusha's point ...ITS not Easy at all!! She is young and her whatever she is facing right now is testing her patience!. she did intended to Tell her truth to dutta .. but Fate had neer given her that chance... They are not perfect! .. and nakusha being a young lady who has seen Dutta raging at times ...has stopping her ... Her inner self wants her to tell him!1 her rational side is forcing her not to Hide it anymore! but her emotional side think otherwise! she cant see him in pain.. so she wants to WAit for the right time.... thats why she has left it all on her mother ... who had given her this life... as she is not able to take it anymore...on top of that this new samssiyaa.. in dutta's life has made him even more vulnerable... agar abhi batati hai tu yeh tu sab say bari bewaqooofi hue ..and she is not starting her life with a lie either .. she hardly speaks with dutta.. tires to stay away from him these days... neither circumstances are allowing them to...

so we cannot say that nakusha's actions are not justified.. they are!

Abt her Tone DD..

human behavior is the most complex behaviors of all..obviously the kind of brain We carry ..She is guilt ridden but at the same time ..she had been patient with Aai sahib all the time... had been silently noticing her ...she even accepted her request for not opening her mouth or to ask anything abt what she saw.. but then Whatever she is hiding is not helping things at ALL .. An unknown Man came and breached all security and was walking in the same house! its a big thing!! So this is making nakusha curious more! specially she had seen her husband shouting and speaking logic abt why a person wil come hug and tie a chain around his neck and leave???? what the hell does that mean ???? and aai sahib knows That!! is he dangerous ? What does he WANt?? Aai sahib;s destroying of evidences didn't helped her.. so Nakusha is right on her part for knowing the truth ... Her initial reaction or tone did sound questionable but on her part and the situation they were facing ..there wasn't anything wrong in that either.. U tend to react like that when u have some other motive in ur mind! and nakusha was only thinking abt the current happenings that Very moment! Its not only abt what is right or wrong! its abt What the hell is going on????!!! Nakusha tried speaking calmly to Aai sahib but she wasn't giving it away... then she had to change her tone! inroder to tell her that whatever she is doing and asking her to do is not going to help the situation and will only end up making it more Worse for them!

Sara, First and foremost, you and I can keep moving from emotional to rational perspective but a common man does not!!....You and I can wear her shoes, get Adi o convince us about a scene, but No house wife or a lay man would wear Naku's shoes and try understanding her!...They dnt come to these forums to understand a fresh perspective...I have seen these kitty parties and gatherings...I know how they talk.....They just take a taker from the scene and blow it out of proportion.....Like it or not, that is what counts in TRPs....Unconvinced about Naku's reaction and hence the track, they would drop LTL in a second like hot potatoes!!....Many Many and Many ppl had the same reaction yesterday - "Look who's talking"....That was the taker from the precap, whether we accept it or not....and thats how a common man sees things....Naku is not the character they would wanna put on shoes of.....they put on shoes of characters that they play in real life - Bhabhi, saas, Bahu etc....not a poor gal from Basti....Only a Basti gal would do tht and unfortunately she doesnt watches the show.....So, CVs need to keep that in mind before deciding what shld be the taker from the show!!...Some awesome serials have met an early death because the common man culdnt relate to it....They culd not put on the character's shoes!

and I dnt think she has been patient with AS "for a long time"....the long time hasnt passed....as i said, I agree that "desperate time calls for desperate measures" but the time was not yet desperate...as per LTL, It was just a half day....that doesnt make the time desperate....As Naku, that would worry me and confuse me, but not make me desperate!!

But having sadi that, I just saw the scene and yes, I am now shanth!! I agree with Adi, Precap was not the mirror of the actual scene!!!!

All said and done, revelation has to happen. He has to know the truth - to discover the truth - once he discovers the truth, he will also have the time to understand it. 😊

Adi....I agree and this is what I have been saying, the roop that has become ur identity since your childhood or teenager days, it's not easy to face a new identity or even reveal it...but I sincerly think that she has had enough time to muster courage!!!......And it's the first tiem that takes a lot to muster courage but after that the process only becomes easy....Naku had mustered courage twice and she moved half way thru telling Dutta her truth, so, she ideally passed the ordeal of "mustering courage" twice....the thrid time is now a slight push and not gng thru whole process.....I think Naku is showing convenient courage/bravery here.....With AS she can be strong and courageous...In AS's words, go out of her limit....In front of Anna she can be courageous, but whn it comes to her truth, she suddenly becomes timid!! Naah...Doesnt go with the Naku I witnessed today in the first scene!!!...Its as if we are watching 2 Nakus!!!!

And on the Tennis Match.....I think I am 80% towards being the double partner again after todays's opening scene!! 😆😆😆

But I loved our single's match!!

WE are thinking RAtionally DD otherwise we wouldn't have understood these minor things...which may have a huge impact on human behavior...

U know what ur right .. i have seen some wonderful movies which inspite of being classics couldn't make any mark on box office... as masses dont get into complex dynamics.. all they want is easily and well explained narratives.. complexities is loved by a few!

my case is a bit different .. When i watch a show, i get deep into the character..try to feel everything they are going through... uss per sab baaqi shows ki terha simple hoga tu maza kaisay aaye ga?? im glad that LTL cvs have broken the same routine and made an off beat show like LTL .. where inspite of some errors some great aspects of human personality is shown .. which i rarely find in other shows... so yah its risky .. and they do know abt it .. per jo abhi nahi samajh araha Kitty parties waali aunties ko woh baad main samajh aajaye ga .. jaisay show agay progress karay ga...

and one has to put their selves in these character's shoes to understand them upside down ... warna kaisay samajh main aaye ga ? i guess we watch a show too much religiously then while others just for entertainment ..😕

im not at all saying ki main bari tez cheez hoon 🤣 ..Everyone here kinda noticed that . yah keh lo they are kinda irritated with naku ... I never was.. I like her a lot! so usse mann laga ker samajhnay ki "kohshish" kerti hoon ... thats all jeee ...

Baaqi jo complex nature hai show ki .. thats applaudable isn't it?? otherwise we would be getting entertained with such wonderful discussions at all!

Please take my comments in the spirit they are written--not to antagonize but to question and to push the envelope in terms of our thinking of the characters and show.😃

Ok, again, the conversation leads down the same line--how everything can be explained away with some hindsight psychology. Some rationalization. How we have failed to understand the characters.

After reading this post, which is remarkably similar to many others we've had questioning things the show is doing, I had the following thought: A GOOD show is a show that within its 1/2 hour or 1 hour or whatever can FULLY CAPTURE the characters insides, outsides...everything. It can do this in one episode, two, or it may take months. It is where things make sense..the rhythm makes sense. It doesn't have to be perfect. Occasional liberties have to be taken.

Having said that, when you are seeing that don't make sense and have to rely on someone who works on the show to explain it, then there is a problem with the show. There is something that is not translating to on-screen. We are lucky that Adi has been so good about explaining things from her perspective, and addressing our criticisms.🤗

"Idle viewing", whatever that means, is what TV is for. It is there to also get you to think, to accept, to question, etc. Take ART, or LITERATURE, or MUSIC. Any form of expression. You develop a reaction to it, a feel of it, an opinion, a learning that is of your own creation. You do not just accept an "official" explanation of it.

There is NO manual at the bottom of the TV screen, or next to a painting, explaining characters--we use our standards, experiences, values in judging them. Viewers do NOT and should NOT need someone to explain the "official" psychology of a character. If it is not coming through on the screen in the character's words, actions, expressions, then something is WRONG.

As I mentioned, one of the things about TV is that it gets you to think, to question. And that is completely valid, because if I'm questioning it, then there are many others (including those at kitty parties😆) to whom the same or similar questions/thoughts occurred. Perhaps I am misunderstanding the comment on idle viewership. But I have to ask, how is my questioning a form of IDLE VIEWERSHIP? Idle viewership is when you accept everything you see and say of course it has a reason, of course it's right, it's genius! Is it idle because I do not understand or accept the "official" version

I could be wrong here, but I think, when viewers question a character's goodness, it is active involvement in the show. So when I say Naku is a liar, she is. Not because I'm ignoring her psychology or her background. It is because, at the end of the day, lying is something most people try to understand on some level (maybe it's because she is scared, hell I'm scared of losing things too), but will NEVER forgive, especially if taken too far and especially when too many chances have come and gone to redeem yourself with the truth. That is why I am so shocked at how we repeatedly excuse Naku's behavior. Poor girl, boo hoo, came from the slums. You can only rely on that excuse for so long. Arre, it would be a field day for defense attorneys if we judged people completely by the excuses or explanations.

And that is how I feel about Naku. I could say, psychology tells me that because of her impoverished background and Mommie Dearest making decisions, she has NO CLUE about what is RIGHT and WRONG, LYING or NOT LYING, she suffers from DECISION PARALYSIS. Let me throw some more psychological terms in there: she has PTSD because of More, poor self-esteem, passive-aggressive issues (sometimes sherni/sometimes not)...I could go on. Hence, we can't blame her. We have to understand and still respect her. Are you serious???? A woman who can judge Anna's actions (how do I know Anna didn't have a tough life, explaining his need for power?), everybody's actions (inclding the drinking, the gussa), and has that insightful gut feeling about people we all talk about, YET SHE DOES NOT KNOW RIGHT OR WRONG? If she can tell that Anna is bad, Subbhu is good, DP seems good...well she does know what is good and bad. And, we are all scared of losing the ones and things we love, but at some point she should have mustered up the courage to say the truth.

Perhaps I am missing the boat here, but I really feel strongly about how the show has handled the Naku character.

one thing i forgot to mention! My thoughts has nothing to do with someone coming from the show .. My thoughts would have remained the same ! infact i had pointed out abt these complexities before as well .. when we had no one from the show trying to prove and explain us the dynamics of the show..

Well ... like i mentioned in my post.. Nakusha is lying! which was making me uncomfortable as well. But If she would have think of her self "right" then i might have taken a back ... But here nakusha knows! abt herself being wrong! but the question here is not abt whether she is right or Wrong!

the thing is How much It will affect dutta now??? will he be able to digest this fact? will he be able to overcome it?? will this mark an end of Their relationship???

A person can never be perfect! like u urself mentioned... neither is any narrative .. hazaar main say 10 kharay honge against!

and i dont think Dutta and Nakusha has to be RIGHT on every step in their life .. Even we tend to take wrong decisions! it depends upon out stamina.. of dealing different people with different emotions!

yah some ppl do find such emotional complexities stupid.. and rubbishes them off.. while some dont...

With these characters... Even if they take a wrong decision they will eventually learn with time ... Nakusha was never shown as someone taking up her own decisions.. her"Ay" is her influence! no matter how much lame we find babi .. but she is nakusha's mother.. even i find my friends mother annoying at times.. as she had chosen a life for her which has destroyed her.. But she at the same time It gave her courage to cope up from such miserable life as well... So life is hell complicated!

babi wanted to Save her daughter Even now! yah we dont like her methods that is another thing..

And As for audience..Sab plate main saja ker paish kernay ka kya faida?? some things are left for viewers to imagine... as they are working on a daily soap its not easy to answer and explain every minor details in this way they get some more liberty to fill in the gaps

...I guess we should think beyond of the routine dynamics we use to get on tv these days... If they consider abt Masses .. then i tell u majority of them wants To see "beautiful nakusha" and are dying to seee some physical proximity between the two rather then what we are getting these days..
