CID Episode 74 - 31st August

Okay, the opening scene was quite nicely written. Specifically the entire hiding the identity of the dead body part... Chop off the head plus burn the hands so you initially can't recognise the person without doing a proper DNA test. That was a smart move...

Today's episode reminded me a lot about an older CID episode that I've watched . I couldn't remember the name. Same theme , same reason.

Guys y Sunday means today no cid telecast? Is this show discontinued

The episode made no sense.

So they went through the entire process of changing the identity, cutting the head, burying the head but putting the body in a trunk and putting it on top of a bus?

An id check could have easily told the team that this guy was a fake there was no need for this stupid godrej ad to show it.

And salunkhe checking the DNA from the food eaten by ants? Really?

The last 2 episodes have been sponsered by Godrej I guess , such heavy product placements

First Asian paints and now this

I did feel that the body was not Kapil's at frist but then forgot about it until the end of the episode.

Lol Kapil and Anil's wife bickering infront of the CID team

Nitin's wife was another highlight of this ep

I liked the scenes in the lab but where did Dr Tarika , Dr Gargi and Shreya disappear again?

Does every international airline service use different disinfectants? Is that a real thing?

Overall it was a simple case and I liked it

Mm yes. I guess they have a set of standardised disinfectants. Each company uses a preferred brand/ sometimes customized disinfectant. Afaik that's the procedure.
