| We've all grown up with our grandparents telling us tales of The Ramayana and The Mahabharata. Some of the stories that branched out of these two epics are also etched in our memory. Also, many of us have grown up reading the Amar Chitra Katha comics that made mythology popular amongst the younger generation. That, along with Ramanand Sagar's Ramayana and BR Chopra's Mahabharata that would be aired on Doordarshan are still fresh in our memories. Most of our television actors grew up watching these shows or reading the comics. We asked them who their favourite gods and goddesses were. | |||
