I don't see Baji questioning Dutta. Either way, whoever questions him, I don't want them to focus on the institution of marriage and whether he was right in casting his wife off like that...I'd rather have them question him about his feelings for her and his missing her or how he feels about their marriage.

I feel kishore might question dutta on the issue of the instituition of marriage...but here dutta has a point. the base of the marriage wasnt right from the start. dutta infact made a mockery of the institution of marriage. so in a way he is doing the right thing by ensuring the mockery of the institution of marriage stops.

I feel babi as a mother is right in asking nakku why she is giving up? Indeed I feel if she had acted the other way she would have seemed like a weak mother. Nakku leaving with a husband who does not love her comes later.. but now babi wants to know what right does dutta have to take this decision.. he alone can't take such a big decision.. this is what babi wants to know... in fact I felt she was acting like a strong mother fully standing up for her daughter's right..

nakku was right in her own way.. knowing very well it is meaningless to live with a person who does not feel for her.

From dutta's perspective if we see... we now know what dutta is like..anything wrong he does it will be because he would be overwhelmed by his emotions..he chose his path of gangster because he was overwhelmed by the anger towards seema.. he married nakku because he was overwhelmed by pain and anger… now he wants nakku to start afresh.. because again he is ruled by his gratitude to nakku that she saved his family and thinks he is repaying that by releasing her of his saza.. this is because he thinks that the purpose of their marriage is only a saza to nakku and not based on any feelings or meaning.. he thinks nakku will be much happier if she goes away from his house, from him, from this life.. the marriage vows, the divorce ..all these are the last things in his mind now.. but now we are seeing that transition also where he is hopefully realizing what his true feeling are for nakku..
