nakku shrieks at the sight of dutta lying there uncounscious..and as the blood seeps from his mouth she panicks..she cant move..but she knows duttas life is in danger and the only person that can help him is her..she forgot everything that he had been saying or done to her..she gets in his pocket and dials baji..he picks up straight away..'kiya bhau..mein..' she cuts him off with 'baji thu abhi abhi saab ke kamrey mein ponch..inko kuch ho gaya aur do bodyguard aap ke saath ke aana..jaldi kar' he starts to say 'naku agar tu ne..' but she cuts him off..

she runs down to kala, aayi sahib and wakes the rest of the house up..they all hurry up to dutta's room and she tells wat happened ..no-one believes her..everyone starts blaming her..she hears dutta choking on something and goes to dutta..

hes not breathing..she realises he has a pulse and is still alive meanwhile she tells baji to tell doctors to get ready they are coming..she performs cpr to get him to breath baji shouts 'arey kiya ker rhe ho..bhau ko haspatal ponchana hai..thum koi doctor nahin ho..' she ignores him and concentrates on dutta..she realises she doesnt have the strength to do the chest compressions so she tells baji to help her do chest compression..he says 'tu mereko bata rhe hain kiya kar..are yeri..'..she says'baji yeh ab teri meri baat nahin hain..yeh saab ki zindagi ya moth ka sawal hain..ab yahan chal abhi' he hurries to her side and he starts chest compressions as naku checks if dutta is breathing..

wen tht doesnt work she holds duttas nose and goes to do mouth-to-mouth..kala then screams 'yeh kiya karne ja rhe ho..dutta bhau ke saat..pagal ho gaye kiya' naku calmly replies..'meinein nahin keeya to saab mar jaein gaye..mein unki patni bhi hoon..aur koi hai jo karne ko tayar hai' she looks around..everyone looks on..so sherni goes for it while baji does chest compression..

suddenly dutta begins to choke again and she helps to lift his head up and remove any obstructions from his airway(a massive blot clot)..so he can breathe..she tells baji to get him to the car..the body guards carry him and baji tells naku to come aswell..he says to another body guard..'dosre gari thayar kar..aur sab bhe saath chalenghey'..

nakku is at the back with dutta shes holding his head and wiping away the blood from his mouth with her pallu..she keeps checking his pulse and breathing..they arrive at the hospital and the nurses and doctors are all there..waiting outside with a stretcher..the body guards put dutta on the stretcher and carry him inside..everyone follows..the doctors take dutta into sugery in icu immediately but one stays back and says 'i checked hes breathing and his heart is beating..waese case bohot serious lag raha hai..how could he be breathing if something like this happened to him and he collapsed?'

..aayi sahib speaks and says 'doctor sahb meri bahu ki waja se huwa hai'..she tells him about what naku did and he turns to naku and says 'aaj aap ne jo keeya..aap ne apne pati ki jaan bachai..dutta bhau ki jaan bachai..kamal kardiya aap ne..warna who panch mint ke andhar andhar mar jatey'..everyone stares at naku..gawping..baji says 'vahini im sorry for being rude to you earlier i should have listened..aap tho teek khe rhe thi..' she says 'its ok..i dont blame you'

she walks off and is crying..hw could this happen to saab..what happened..the scenes are replaying in her head and she realises she has come to the hospital mandir..she stops to pray and someone puts their hand onto her shoulder..she quickly turned..

it was aayi sahib she said 'naku mere betey ki jaan bachaney ke liye mere paas lafz nahin hai tumse shukria ada karne ke..' she nodded to aayi sahib and turned back to pray..as always she prayed for saab to get through this difficulty and get better..she opened her eyes and kept remembering the events of the last hour..

maybe she was the cause of duttas accident...maybe it was all her fault..was still in shock and strated to cry uncontrolably..aayi sahib started to cry to and went up to naku to console her and they hugged..without aayi sahib saying a word to naku she immediately felt at ease and felt she had to stay strong for saab (and aayi sahib) if something happened..after all she is his wife.......
