I agree with you to a point, but you have to understand that in this case, Tanya spent the maximum time with the kids because she was at home all day. It was her duty to inculcate good values in her children, and to teach them to respect elders, and the distinction between right and wrong. Even in the case of Tulsi-Mihir, it was Tulsi who ensured that her children grow up to be good human beings, and not Mihir, because Tulsi was the one who spent maximum time with them. Since Karan was hardly at home, he must have decided that whatever little time he was getting to spend with his kids, he must ensure that he showers all his love on them. I know many fathers like Karan who are too busy to be with their children ad so they give in to all their demands. I feel Tanya is more to be blamed here, though, because if Karan failed in his duty, she also did not remind him that he was in fact spoiling both Bhoomi and Manthan by giving in to all their demands. If one parent is failing in his/her duty, the other parent should remind them that what they're doing is not right.
And yes, I am a KN fan, but I am not blaming Tanya because I do not like her, but because I truly feel that her fault is greater than Karan's, in this situation.

He had the sanskar and power of Tulsi, the brains of Mihir and the humility of Ba, but, he was so lost in love (I don't want to hear any excuses... because there are many stupid ones), that he was unable to bring up his children in the right way.

Karan always saw a reflection of Nandini in Bhoomi and therefore, took special care of her and made sure that she is free from error and all her wishes are granted. Like all fathers, he loved her and never made her feel as if she is an orphan.

Case 2: Manthan

Drugging a person's drink, insulting poor people, ridciuling elders and ignoring the commanding is the nature of Manthan Virani. He doesn't care if he is right or wrong, he just does what he "thinks" (when he doesn't have a brain) is good for him.

Tanya took care of him and pampered him alot, but in the end, his father, Karan had the most impact on him. Karan was unable to make his son like himself and due to that, a girl is raped and Manthan's erratic behavior has made him an enemy within the house, where people like Tripti and Mohini are plotting against him.

as much as i love hiten n watch this serial only for him still i will agree with u!! infact karan's charecter is the most stupid on tv!! all his troubles r his own! 1st he did a natak ki he doesnt love nandini then married tanya n almost fell in love with her! had kids with her...spoilt all his kids!!

first of all, mother india is prerna not tulsi!!! plus u can't expect much from a two-timer who has two wives at the same time.

both karan & tanya should be blamed..
how ever tanya is much more blamed, if u see tripti even though she is not good, sahil is also not much attached to his children, but tripti raised her children very much good than tanya, karan showed more attention towards bhmi & tanya towards manthan.. both have failed as parents..

both should be blamed not only father or not only mother.. but atleast one of the parents has taken responsibility properly teh kids would not be like that

they both are at fault, but karan is the main person to blame

Umm na ah! First of all you aven't seen da serial from beginning, it seems like, cuz Karan neva did any natak to Tanya at all. I suggest you do some checking on it.

Secondly, how can you bash Karan's character played by a guy who adore the most and watch the freaking serial becasue of him ?

oh i have seen the serial from the time nandini entered it..earlier used to see bits n peices when karan entered!!!

well ask most ght fans n they will say that karan is an irritating charecter! infact if had it not been played by hiten i would have hated it...but he plays it sooo beautifully that we feel for the charecter!!

when did i say he did any natak with tanya!!

i said he lied to nandini that he doesnt love her but loves tanya...it was only then that she decided to marry ansh...

anyway as far as being a father is concerned..he is a bad father...no doubt about it!!!!

both karan n tanya have been bad parents.

i just wish hiten wasnt part of this serial..then i could have stopped seeing it..actually never started seein git at all!!

he has done a favor raising bhoomi
next manthan
he didn't want manthan
n he didn't like tanya
so he cares less if hez his son
so karan should not be blamed

I agree with u Shriman but I believe Tanya should be blamed equally. She is the mother and she should know wut the heck her kids are doing and Karan should too. So the blame shouldn't juss be on 1 character's shoulders. 😳
