he has committed a crime but has the mind of a child...if he was a kid, he could possibly be charged as an adult, but because of his mental condition, jail is not the right place for him...he needs help and he can only get that is in the mental institution...which i guess is another form of prison...it sucks, it does, but mayank is dangerous...

Mayank should be punished.. He has destroyed a woman's life!!!!

i dont know i really felt bad for the guy when he confessed i mean he did'nt know any better he's not OKAY if anyone should be punished it should be MAthan he was the one who bullied Mayank with his friends and he was the one who put something in the poor kids drink. i mean when Mayank was crying and saying how hurt he felt when everyone neglected him i was crying i thought i would really hate him if he was the rapist but it's not like that he should'nt be punished for a crime he did if he does'nt know the difference between right and wrong! 😭

being metally chanllegeded si not excuse for rape, but the courts have consdier his mental state. he shouldnt be sent to a jail, maybe a institution where he can get help (and not just a padded room)
what happened to kt is horrible, i cant imagine what a raped women must go through, she deserves justice, but is locking up or hanging a mentally changelled guy the answer. is that justice or vengeance?

mayenk has to be punished in a different way, ans as for a 12 year commitinga rape if that actually happened he would NOT be treated as a adult, someone that young committing a crime means something is really messed up in hius head (more so then adult raspists)


meyenk should be punished but not the same way someone who is normal like eklavya, mathan, nakul, laskshya would have been punished.

no reasonalbe court would ignore meyenk's mental state

Well Mayank is a danger to his family. I mean there are so many young girls in the Virani family besides Kt...what if he starts 'liking' them as well..I guess he shouldn't be punished...but it should be recognised that his ignorance is dangerous to women and he should be kept away may be in a mental asylum or an institution where he can live with ppl like him and is not a threat to anyone.

A crime is a crime and he should get some sort of punishment. Just because he is mentally challenged does not mean he should get off scot free.

ofcoarse he should get punished, the real issue is should he be punished in the same way eklavya or nakul or any other normal guy would? and i saw no. someone like mayenk should be a mental institution so he can get help and not be a threat to anyone. courts cant ignore his mental state.
