Mayank is not so innocent because after raping not only did he stop at that point but kept on torturing KT mentally by attacking her again various times, he definitely should be punished, he is not that innocent, he is wicked

I don't think per say that he knew what he was actually doing, but what he did was definately disgusting. It's horrible what happened to KT, and I hope she gets justice all the way. No one in this world should ever have to go through that, even if it were to be my worst enemy.

not that stupid? hes handicapped. kt should get justice but theres a difference between justice and vengeance/revenge. mayenk should be punished but should he be tried as a normal person???? should his mental status be taken into consideration??? i think so.

Ok, normally i would have said no, b/c when he did raped her, he was drunk . . . but this is TOO much . . . he stalks KT and tries 2 rape her again on the first mega episode?!?!?!?!?!? and come on, how can u not know what rape is but do it to someone?!?!?!?!? it's not possible . . . . that's just my opinion . . . and if u noticed, he wasn't 'kidlike' when he raped her . . . his movements seemed fine . . . maybe he got better along the way but didn't share it to anyone? like his disorder was lessened/ gone completely? i think he should be punished . . . but hope i didn't offend anyone 😛

i think this mayank needs to be punished. i understand that he has a disability, but still, even after the rape he has tried to harm kt again. sure maybe not intentonaly, but his anger gets the best of him, making him act out like that. he ruined her life, and he still doesnt have a clue. because of him, eklavya had to pay the price. he was acused and slapped around, and of course after such indiference, he is going to tunr into ansh. so i blame mayank for that. i think he needs to be commited into an instiute where he can be treated. not life in jail, cuz then he will never learn that what he did was wrong. and i also dont agree with damini. sure she is a mother, but your son ruined a girls life and now your other adopted son is going to suffer for it. i know its a horrible decision to make on poor daminis part, but she needs to make sure her son gets proper treatment. and i hope gautum comes back! he really needs to be shown in this story. maybe he will make the right decision.

There's a difference in forgiving someone and punishing them and in Mayanks case i know what he did was discusting and it ruined KTs life and so he should never be forgiven because what he did would stay with KT for the rest of her life. But i also think that although he should be forgiven he should also not be punished i mean he had no idea what he was doing when he raped KT because firstly he's autistic and has the mentality of a 4 year old and secondly he was drunk so he was even more diabled then he would have normally been. I really do believe that what he did was'nt his fault i think Mayank looks at KT as a child looks at the toy he wants most in the world i think he likes Kt alot and is hurt because no one would let him have that toy that would make him most happy. I think the person who should be punished in all this should be MATHAN because he however is a full grown adult and is therefore held accountable for his actions, which in this case are the act of giving alcohol to a retarded kid and instigating rape. If it's anyone's fault that Eku is Ansh and Kt has been raped its all MATHANS i mean he knew what he was doing no body says anything about him i mean legally he was the one who played the biggest role in KTs rape and by order of court he would be the first one to be punished not some kid who did'nt know any better!
