the pool dunking happened. did the entire kt suicide attempt happen? did lakshya take kt to the hospital or not? i think he wouldn't be callous enough to just leave her to her own devices after he brought her back home?? so the entire kt suicide attempt didn't happen - ie, kt doesn't know how to drive? one more virani car was not abandoned in the indian countryside in a broken-down fashion?

kt also didn't mention the doctor examination when she was at the police station. so we take it for granted that all that drama didn't happen?

* why does every other track just seem pointless in comparison to this one? here's kt going around like a lost sheep (very effectively, btw), and the two people who ought to be following her around have vanished. instead, she's surrounded by a bunch of blood-sucking, human wanna-be's.

* karan-chachu seemed rather cold and removed throughout all of today.

* for my part, i was chilled to the core by how karan-nandini dealt with the news of kt's assault.

not a thought of how she is feeling. not a thought of needing to find out that she is okay, physically, mentally. nandini spinned into her old memories and world of getting the assaulter found and punished and took kt to a police station, like she was the daugther of the servant of the house. karan-c followed like a silent husband who does not take a central role in caring for the hurt and the innocent. not one hug, not one soft word. didn't anyone else want to scream at this??

of all of it, i was most sickened when nandini wanted no cops in shantiniketan because of the impending wedding. she hauled kt to the police station first instead of the hospital because she wanted the criminal found, right?? and now, because it is "her family's house", she won't do all it takes to find out who the criminal is???

nandini is a narrow-minded, emotionally disturbed, past-obsessed woman, and it's a pity she was the one who found out about kt's assault first. even the daugther of the servant would have received kinder attention. i found that entire thing cold. the girl has just been assaulted sexually, for crying out loud. she needs care for herself!! she can't talk to lakshya 'cause he's a guy. also, he's the guy she's getting married to. why, oh why, wasn't tulsi-d around today??? 😭

N is the one who gave KT the courage to fight for her rights and not to want to die, yet this is what you have to say for her?

KT is depressed enough as it is. If N hadn't found her then KT would have probably attempted to kill herself again and cry about what wrong has been done to her.

N did the RIGHT THING by encouraging KT to fight for her rights as a woman.

Nandani put her hand in KT's and KT looked up to her for courage, rewind back to the police station where KT looked at N for assurance.

As for police not being involved in SN, can you blame her? She knows that if some 3rd person who DOES NOT BELONG TO THE FAMILY, will find out and most probably destroy KT's chances of being married to the guy she loves.

N understands her pain and it shows how she gave KT courage to get herself examined at the police and giving her courage to fight for her rights as a woman and to bring the sick man to justice.

That's important too. As for N being obsessed with the past, HELLO, HOW CAN ANY WOMAN FORGET THAT SHE HAD BEEN RAPED?! How can any woman just stand by and watch someone else not get justice?!

Well, estee. I agree with you on the MOST part about Nands and Karan. but really,that's just Nandani's wai of dealing with the situation and supporting her. seeing KT like jsut brings back those haunting memories of her horrible past.and she is doing everything in her power to try and help KT out. Sure, she could be a bit more emotionally supportive but i wuldn't call her a,and i quote "narrow-minded, emotionally disturbed, past-obsessed woman" that's not right according to me.but hey, that's just my opinion. 😊

I could not agree more with these above statements you've made.. Seriously I think KT should have told Laksh first.. considering the kind of relationship they have.. and not about the "mathe par kalank" drill. I mean come on.. Laksh is an understanding guy.. I think if any one he is going to be her husband,.. if you cannot trust him with this because he will refuse you for you getting raped, you better leave this guy.. he doesnt deserve you.. Now look.. Laksh will find out with the rest of the cavemen of SN and then how would he feel?? Like being kicked in the stomach by the one woman you cannot live without?? 😕😕

NO comments on the KN thing.. I think, the way these present writers are developing this story it only feels that KN helping KT track will remain half baked.. coz once N finds out that Eku is a suspect.. the whole he's just like his dad.. "raping women is in his genes will start" 😡😡

KN should have been more supportive of taking Laksh into confidence on this matter.. I mean she's being consoled by two people with whom she has hardly shared 5 greetings and 1 conversation (only with Karan that too in my memory just once) as far as Nandini goes.. Now when psychologically KT is so vulnerable... she's been raped by a stranger.. wouldn't she be more wary of any one who she does not trust.. lemme frame it correctly.. wouldnt she be more comfy with someone she trusts to begin with??? As far as what happened on the 9th.. nothing much.. KT tries in vain to kill herself.. Laksh saves her.. Doc tells him something is wrong with KT she's bruised but not from the accident.. she will tell you.. of course she doesnt.. Laksh is confused just like he has been the past one week with KT's erratic behavior.. Manthan gets jailed for drug possession.. Karan refuses to get him out.. Tanya-Karan showdown.. Karan goes to jail only to slap Manthan.. KT tells Tulsi she got abused.. Alas.. that was only a dream!!!😕

All in all nothing happened on the 9th that really affected today's episode.. except that that KT-Tulsi convo was a dream

On to today's episode, in my opinion, I was with Karan when he reprimanded Daksha.. . Daksha should be in jail too for drugging everyone who did not want to get high.. thats criminal..

KT running away from Laksh made sense for the past 2 episodes.. but if she's hiding the fact from him only coz he will get "badnam" for she getting raped.. beyond my logic.. she got raped.. how will he get badnam.. unless he raped her??? 😕😕😕

The writers are making a mockery of the women on this show by getting them raped whenever they want, making them do the same suicide attempt bids like they've been shown a zillion times in the Indian movie/TV history.. showing their thoughts to be of mathe par kalank and that a raped woman should not get married..

Grow up writers if you want to show rape.. make a difference show that the woman can be bruised physically and yes mentally but she has a will to fight back .. not think of herself responsible for the rape, and yes show her courage to fight back.. she is a victim of abuse.. let her not think of abusing herself with regressive dialogues, thoughts and least of all any suicide for the actions of a jackass!! Its important to take away the power from the rapist and make the victim more empowered!!!

and that is EXACTLY what is Nandani doing. Instead of letting KT cry and wanting to kill herself, she gave KT courage to fight for her justice. Or else KT would have killed herself again or just cried.

I too felt the Nandini scene came off a bit cold. It was all hooray lets go get justice, if this was her daughter wouldnt she have said some comforting words, shed some tears, gave her a hug. I too felt like Nandini is on some crusade to get justice, but somehow it felt to me that it had more to do with ansh. I think her crusade will lead to eklavya, who is going to get burned for no reason. Karan was like ummmmmmmmmmm. The whole scene was out of place. I wish Tulsi was there so we can see some actual emotion and sympathy. 😭
