Its a common occurance to drink thandai and bhang on Holi...In fact in Northern India its a part of the Holi tradition.

i remember daksha-c got her stash from junnagarh. she held a parcel in her hand while making a phone-call to ms. junnagarh thanking her for "the package".

as to manthan and his little black chemical bombs, that does seem to be a well-established trade route. and of course, the virani parents have no clue about it. one of the things that was truly terrible about the time that karan got manthan out of jail was that he didn't even question or followup on the evidence that got manthan into jail.

one of the reasons why the old bhoomi was so attractive was that she was so clear about the hypocrisy of the elders thinking of the purity of shantiniketan, while manthan-reality was right under their noses. 😳

hmm. what does all this have to do with the definition of bhaang??? this is almost as stark a difference of topics as the happy lakshya-kt scene of 1st march and the horrible last 3 minutes of yesterday. sigh. this show's getting to me.

why did laksh give kt bhaang. i mean seriously do you need to get intoxicated to have fun. ah laksh wish you had more brains. i think eku was the only good boy there he wasnt drinking bhaang.

Well, the bhang had part to do with it... Manthan's "sherbat of death" what did it in completely, as was stated in today's episode. 😕

Anyone else notice that everyone who drank the bhang was tullly, except for dear Kisna? 😕😕 A blood system that withstands more alcohol and drugs than Bhoomi's??? Didnt think that was possible! 😉

It isn't really Laksh's fault, KT is not a little girl, in all fairness she should be able to take care of herself whether she drank bhang/alcohol or whatever. Laksh did not actually make her drink it, she could have said no. When i get drunk here i don't expect anyone to look after me, whether its my brothers or my boyfriend or whoever.

Drugs is not actually a big deal, weed is smoked regularly here, but i don't think it should be promoted and certainly should not be a part of any tradition, holi or no holi.
