Can no one help...

I am not able to view the videos in Filecabi..after clicking it comes as truncated showing list of other videos & when I insert the truncated part on adress it still does' nt show the video. May be I am not doing it correctly but I will really appreciate if someone helps. Please....😊Thanks.
