hmmm i feel that they will be preparing for the marriage and than mihir will find out about tulsi through kt or tulsi will find out about meera and mihir from kt and kt might tell her whats been going on and than the marriage will be stopped!!! atleast i hope so

Tulsi will show and bring a doctor. The doctor reveal the truth and Mihir throw Meera out of the home. Tulsi and Mhir will get married.
