1. Karishma and Varun are at office. Karishma starts slipping from stairs but Rahul holds her and saves her from falling. Varun thanks him and tells Karishma that Rahul is his PA. Varun asks Rahul to show Karishma office. CM calls Karishma and invites het to their Papa's birth day. Karishma tells Varun that they have to go to her place in evening and she has to go buy a gift for her father. Varun asks her to go with Rahul but Karishma refuses saying she will go herself.
2. CM, Monica's mom and Mrs. Shergil are at a party. CM invites them to their hom telling that she will celebrate her success for winning auction and Aditya's Birth Day together. Mrs. Shergil leaves. CM tells Monica's mom that Mr. Shergil has alos taken part but he will not win. Mrs. Shergil calls her husband and tells him that they should win at any cost. Mr. Shergil tells her that they will. At that time Pratham enters his office and refuses to go to bid as his concious is not allowing him to go against his father.
3. Gauri is at college and is very worried. She calls Pratham and tells him everything. Pratham is very angry. He reaches college, holds gauri's hand and take her to Principal's office.
4. Dadi and Bi ji are at home discussing the bid. Bi ji says that Pratham is a sensible guy and can not do anything wrong. Dadi wishes so.
5. Pratham fights Principal for blaming for something she did not do. Principal says that he has proof against Gauri. Pratham says that Gauri is a brilliant student and can never do such thing. He says Gauri is more knowledgable than any teacher of this college. He says that she used to make notes for weak students to help them. Principal asks him to stop but he says that he could have bear it if he were blamed but as they have blamed Gauri so he will not forgive them. He says he knows that for whom he is doing so. He says he will take them in court and leaves with Gauri.
6. Aditya reaches at bidding place. He makes fun of Pratham and Shergil's absence. Bid starts from 5 crore. Aditya says 6 crore and suddenly Pratham comes and says 7 crore. The bid goes higher and higher. And finally Aditya Maan wins the bid for 25 crores. Every one comgratulates him. Aditya Maan calls Mr. Shergil and tells him that he has won the bid. Shergil is shocked. Aditya says that a son is always smaller in front of his father.
7. Pratham reaches his office. Shergil gets angry at him and says that he took his father's side. Pratham tells him that he has thought of his benefit and that his loss is his win.
8. Aditya Maan cuts cake in a grand function. And opens champagne bottle. Dolly Mausi again looks for a guy for her daughter. Bi ji tells Dadi that it is the first time that Pratham is not present at Maan's birth day party. Mausi finds a rich man for her daughter but he is already married. Pammi starts crying and Mausi gets angry.

He tells Aditya that he has bought the very next plot with the bidded plot at the half price and will start his project there very soon and that this will give him more profit than Aditya's project and that also at half price. Aditya is not happy to hear this. He says the credit for this goes to Pratham who gave him the idea and says that he is a diamond thrown away by his father.
10. Pratham goes home in car. He is so happy and cries Gauri, Gauri. He shows her the car and tells her about his performance and the reward. They go to an expensive restaurant. Gauri does not want to go to such an expensive restaurant but he does not listen and places order. He tells her about the promotion and the car which he has got as a reward for his good performance. He tells Gauri about bidding plan. Gauri tells him that this way the bitterness between them will increase. Gauri says that Maans want them back. Pratham says that they do not want THEM back but only him. Pratham tells Gauri that he doesnot care about anyone till he has her. he touches the tip of her nose and says he loves her. She says the same by touching his ear.
