Written Update

Living room - All gather for Sharman-Neeti's engagement.. Su teases Sharman..tells him that Neeti has changed her mind, as she has yet not arrived. Siya asks him what will he do if Neeti doesn't turn up..Sharman says, 'if Neeti doesn't turn up, I'll slip the engagement ring onto your finger' All laugh at his antics Siya teases him if he remembers which hand & finger he has to slip the ring into..and not to be confused between left & right Just then Neeti arrives.. All welcome Neeti & her family.. Sharman goes upto her and tells her 'if this is how long you take to arrive for the engagement ceremony..you will never turn up at the wedding' Neeti, smartly tells him..'for your kind information, for the wedding, you have to come to my house..and not I have to come to yours!' Sharman turns around on his words and says, 'I knew it..was just testing your general knowledge' Both Neeti & Sharman start bickering..Siya comes in and tells them both to stop fighting.. Sharman, points towards Siya and tells Neeti 'this is called intelligence.. Had I no concern for my elder brother, I'd marry Siya!' All laugh.. KK comes there and tells them both to stop fighting and asks if they wanna get engaged or not.. Both first say 'yes'..KK says 'yes? you don't wanna get engaged?' Both say 'No..we do' All laugh.. The engagement rituals start.. Sharman-Neeti just gaze at each other Everyone look at them.. Su tells them to get off their gazing ceremony..they can do it later Su says 'baap pe gaya hai!' Sharman-Neeti get engaged.. Dhruv recollects his engagement to Antara (new shots with Sonia as Antara) and gets feels sad Siya notices Dhruv is sad ..

Sharman-Neeti take everyone's blessings.. Sukanya bua tells Neeti that now she has to contend with 3 mothers-in-law.. Dadaji tells Sukanya bua to keep quiet.. Sukanya bua says she is talking facts.. KK is Neeti's mother-in-law.. then she has Veena & Dadi too! Neeti tells Sukanya bua that she is very lucky to receive the love of 3 mothers..and not to forget, 3 mothers means thrice the love! All clap for Neeti.. Sharman-Neeti take Su's blessings.. Su tells them that they are now bound by the most precious relationship and to always be together through thick & thin KK blesses them both.. Sukanya bua says 'Everyone thought about the younger son..but what about the elder one?' Everyone get serious.. Sukanya bua continues to say 'Everyone knows Dhruv has had a broken marriage..but doesn't mean he cannot get married again.' KK tells Sukanya bua they can talk about this later.. Dhruv feels sad and slowly walks away from everyone and goes towards the terrace.. KK starts to follow..Siya tells KK she will go talk to Dhruv..

BREAK..

Terrace - Siya walks into the terrace and sees Dhruv looking very sad.. Siya tells Dhruv that what happened was his past..and what is now is his present. Su passes by the terrace and sees Siya & Dhruv together.. Dhruv has tears in his eyes.. Siya tells him that he looks best when he's smiling.. Dhruv hugs Siya..

SuKK's room - SuKK are happy that Sharman-Neeti got engaged.. Su says, 'it seems unbelievable that Sharman has grown up and now got engaged and soon to be married..' KK says, 'now it seems like we're getting over with all our responsibilities and duties..' Su says they yet have one more responsibility.. Both SuKK take Dhruv's name together..and smile about it (knowing that they were thinking the same thing) Su tells KK, 'we need to ensure Dhruv's happiness and try and get him out of his loneliness..' KK says 'and there is only one person who can do that..' Both take Siya's name together..and again laugh! Both realise they were thinking the same.. Su says, 'How about we get Dhruv & Siya engaged as well..and then we can have 2 weddings together!' KK says, 'First we need to make sure if what we're thinking is right..if at all Dhruv-Siya feel the same way..' Su asks, 'who will make sure of that?'.. KK says, 'I will..in my own way!'

Dada-Dadi's room - Dadi is happy that Sharman-Neeti got engaged..tells Dadaji that one is the most happiest when their entire family is together. In no time there will be little kids running around in the house.. Dadaji is going through all the handprints he has of everyone, but is confused as he forgot to write the names of which handprint belongs to whom.. Suddenly, due to the wind, all the papers fly and scatter around the room.. Dada-Dadi pick up all the papers.. Dadi tells Dadaji that the papers can get mixed up..but destinies cannot mix up..and asks him to relax. Dadaji looks at the handprint on top of all and is shocked! Dadaji shows Dadi the handprint and says 'this particular line should not have been there.. Not only does it spell doom for the person who's hand it is..but also doom for all of us.' Dadi is worried.. Dadaji says 'why does it always happen that before happiness enters the house, there is a problem at the threshold'

BREAK..

Living room/Dining table - KK is sitting alone..thinking. Sharman comes there and wonders what KK is thinking about..tells her (talks in shudh hindi..calls her matashri!), 'for my first day after my engagement, please bless me' KK tells him to keep quiet and says, 'you know your brother well na..he does tell you about his feelings..' Sharman says, 'ofcourse, we're brothers cum buddies..rather, we're buddies first..I know everything. For eg, now he will come and say (mimcs Dhruv) that he is leaving for office early as he has a meeting and please don't send karela for lunch' Just then Dhruv comes in.. Sharman welcomes him and says, 'aayie bhhratashri..abhi abhi aapke baare mein hi vaartalaab (talking) ho rahi thi' (in proper angrez accent! ) Dhruv looks at him and says 'you've just woken up from a Hindi literature dream..or what?!' Dhruv tells KK that he is leaving for office and not to pack karela for lunch.. Sharman has this 'see, I told you' look on his face! KK starts laughing.. Dhruv understands and hits Sharman knowing that Sharman was imitating him Dhruv leaves.. KK tells Sharman to get serious and again asks him if he knows what Dhruv is feeling.. Sharman asks 'about Siya?' KK says 'yes'.. Sharman says, 'I thought as much..knew you were serious for some reason. Dhruv-Siya make a good pair' KK again asks Sharman if Dhruv has said anything to him.. Sharman says, 'He hasn't told me..and I bet he hasn't told Siya yet about his feelings.. but I'll find out.' KK asks him how will he do that.. Sharman says to leave it onto him. Just then Dadi comes there..looks worried. KK asks her what happened.. Dadi says, 'you know your Dadaji..has it ever been that he has come late for breakfast? But eversince he has started his astrological practise..he's forgotten everything!' KK tells Dadi to relax..she will speak to Dadaji..

Dadaji's room - KK enters and sees Dadaji very worried.. KK asks him what happened..but Dadaji is hesitant to say anything. KK says, 'Dadaji..you won't tell me what is troubling you?' Dadaji says, 'I can only tell you..as you are the foundation of our house and its only you who saves everyone from troubles..' Dadaji continues to tell KK that he fears something terrible is going to happen..something very big that will turn around everything.. Dadaji says, 'I don't have that many years nor the energy to see my family go through any more ordeals' KK tells Dadaji to relax, says, 'as long as I'm here, nothing will happen. Even if I have to sacrifice my life for the sake of my family, I will.. And after I die, my soul will be there to protect the family' Dadaji hugs KK..and silently prays for the well-being of the family.

Dadaji orders Methi chacha to pick up Brij's suitcase...and take it inside.. then get a taxi & go get mithai for everyone. All are happy..tears in their eyes. Brij thanks Dadaji & hugs him.

Sharman's room - Sharman is playing basketball..Dhruv enters..snatches the ball from him and asks him about not turning up at the restaurant. Sharman fumbles..asks Dhruv if he didn't enjoy. Dhruv says they had a lot of fun but holds Sharman up for not turning up..playfully hits him. Sharman kinda puts the blame on Neeti and says not everyone is as smart as 'Ganga' (yup..new show Sangam's promotion) Sharman & Dhruv talk about Ganga and how she wants to fulfill her father's dream.. Just then KK enters and asks Dhruv why he didn't bring Siya home.. Dhruv is kinda shocked and tells KK that obviously Siya would go to her own home.. Sharman tells Dhruv that Wadhwa house is like Siya's own home..Dhruv (playfully) holds Sharman by his neck.. Brij enters and tells them he is happy to see both brothers so united and always together.. Brij thanks them for welcoming him back into the family..and says he will miss all this once he returns to England. KK tells Brij he cannot leave..not until Sharman gets married..and asks him to promise her that he won't leave.. Brij almost commits..just then Su enters and tells Brij not to commit to anything, and gives him a note. Brij reads the note and tells KK that he cannot promise her anything until she does not fulfil her promise. KK wonders what promise she did not fulfill.. Brij tells her that she had promised to go on a holiday with Su.. Brij, Sharman & Dhruv support Su and tell KK that she has to fulfill her promise.. KK agrees.. Su is ecstatic!

BREAK..

KK in the mandir praying for her family's well-being and hoping to not have any problems overshadow the happiness in the house. Siya enters the mandir and tells KK that nothing can happen to anyone in the Wadhwa house as long as she is there..gifts KK a shawl and tells her to enjoy her trip with Su. KK tells Siya that she is going on a holiday, but leaving Siya with some responsibilities. Siya wonders what it could be..KK says she's leaving Dhruv as Siya's responsibility. KK tells Siya that Dhruv is yet struggling with his past and only Siya can get him out of it.. KK says she knows that Siya yet loves Dhruv..and Dhruv too loves her, but is not ready to admit it. Siya wonders if she can live upto all their expectations.. KK tells Siya that she has always seen Siya like herself and is sure that Siya will be able to take care of the family. KK gives Siya 'shagun ka kangan' and tells Siya that when she returns she will speak to Dhruv herself and give their relationship a name.. KK-Siya hug each other..

Brij's room - Brij is playing chess..tells Sukanya bua that life is like a game of chess..one right move and victory is yours! Brij asks Sukanya bua how is she doing in the house.. Sukanya bua laments that she can never have her way in the family, until SuKK are there.. Sukanya bua says for everyone, SuKK are over & above everyone & everything. Brij says he is fed up of the 'SuKK raj' and will end it.. that this time he has a fool-proof plan! Sukanya bua gets happy and asks Brij that if his plan succeeds, it would mean everything in their name.. Brij says, not 'their' name..only 'his' name. Brij tells Sukanya bua that she has to prove to him that she is with him..do something to prove it!

BREAK..

Dadaji's room - Dadi tells Dadaji to stop worrying and let SuKK go on a holiday as they are going after a long time. Dadaji tells Dadi to atleast try to stop them..as he feels something will go wrong. Su enters their room..Dadi tells Su to explain to Dadaji. Su tells Dadaji that everything will be fine..he knows Dadaji cannot stay without KK, and promises that he will bring KK back sahi salamat.. KK enters and Dadi tells KK to explain things to Dadaji as he will only listen to her.. Su & Dadi leave.. KK reminds Dadaji that he always used to say that no one can change one's destiny..things will happen as they're meant to be. KK tells Dadaji not to worry..they will be fine, will take care of themselves and return soon. Dadaji agrees..but is yet hesitant. KK tells him to smile as she cannot leave unless he smiles wholeheartedly. Dadaji hugs KK and lets her go.. On her way out, Dadaji calls out to KK and tells her that he will wait for her to return.. KK smiles reassuringly..

Living room - Dadi tells SuKK to leave or else they'll get late.. Dadaji's back is turned towards SuKK..he is yet upset and leaves. KK almost goes to Dadaji but Dadi stops her..tells KK she will handle the situation. Dadi tells KK to speak to them everyday, or else Dadaji will not rest in peace. Kul asks Su where they're going.. Su says he will not tell as its a surprise.. Dhruv tells him to atleast give them a hint.. Su is reluctant to give them any details.. Sharman tells Su to just give them one hint and rest they will find out on their own. Su, hesitantly, says they are going to a place surrounded by mountains and rivers..and most importantly, some place where he & KK will be alone! KK tells Sharman & Dhruv to be happy..knowing Su, all that he said is also a lot! Sharman asks Su if he's packed everything.. Su tells Sharman that he is his father and not forgetful like him! Dhruv asks Su if he's taken his camera bag.. Su says he forgot! All laugh.. Sharman tells Su that his forgetful son has got him his camera..and gives it to Su. SuKK leave..

Hotel - A mysterious man is talking on the phone..telling the person that the work will be done..and no one will doubt him..and he has the bag too (replica of Su camera bag). SuKK enter the hotel..Su asks KK to wait in the lobby while he gets the key to their room.. In the lobby, the mysterious man keeps his bag on the table..KK takes a seat in the same sofa and keeps their camera bag on the same table. At the reception, Su tells the receptionist that he has a booking in the hotel.. The receptionist stares at Su.. Su gets slightly nervous.. She asks Su to fill in the hotel register.. While Su is filling in the details he realises the girl is staring at him. KK notices all this and laughs.. The receptionist tells Su that he is so handsome that any girl would continuously wanna look at him She comes around from behind the desk and asks Su if he has seen 'Cheeni Kam' & 'Nishabd' Su moves away and tells her that he is nishabd looking at her behaviour.. Su says he's a happily married man with grown up children and he's there with his wife.. Su takes the receptionist to where KK is sitting.. KK says that she is KK Wadhwa, but not his wife! Su is shocked KK asks the recptionist if she looks like Su's wife.. The receptionist tells KK that no way does she look like his wife..infact, she doesn't look like she could have grown up children! KK thanks her and tells Su to move away from her.. Su is yet shocked and tells KK not to fool around KK tells him not to touch her or she will call her husband KK leaves.. The receptionist tells Su that a while ago he was telling her not to flirt with him, but he is doing the same! The bell-boy comes and asks Su if he should take his luggage to the room.. The bell-boy picks up SuKK's luggage and the camera bag kept on the table (yup..guessed right..the wrong one!)

Outside the hotel - The mysterious man yells at the receptionist & bell boy for misplacing the bag..and tells them to get it to him asap or else the consequences will be very terrible. The receptionist & bell-boy get scared.. The receptionist tells the bell-boy to search for the bag soon as these guys are very dangerous and anything could happen. The bell-boy wonders if the bag contains a bomb. She tells him to search the rooms of the guests who have just arrived..

SuKK enter their room.. The bag is kept on the table..

Written Update

The receptionist tells the bell-boy that they need to search for the bag asap, or face the consequences.. She tells him to look in the rooms of all the guests who've just checked-in.

Su enters the room..asks KK if she's happy with it and tells her he's going! KK asks him where.. Su says, "To my wife! You refused to acknowledge me as your husband..so I'm leaving!" Su is about to leave.. KK says, "Please say Hi to your wife!" Su is exasperated..tells KK, "You're too much..your husband is leaving and you're not even stopping him?!" Su turns around to leave..KK pulls him by the arm..Su gets happy..hugs KK.. KK talks about the place, says, "Its so beautiful..so serene. But I feel like I've been here before..everything seems very familiar..like someone is calling out to me" Su hugs her and says, "There is only one person who is calling out to you..and thats me" Just then there's a knock at the door.. KK says, "There is someone else too" Su is annoyed..and goes to open the door. Its the bell-boy..he asks Su if he got in some unknown baggage with him.. Su says the luggage is all theirs.. Just then Su sees the receptionist walk towards their room..Su gets nervous and tells the bell-boy that he doesn't know of any such bag and shuts the door!

Sukanya bua comes to Brij and tells him that he can make his next move (moves the pawn ahead in the chess board) Brij acknowledges her smartness and tells her that he will make his next move..and asks if she made her move accordingly? Brij asks if she brought him the 'naksha' (actually, a building/house blueprint). Sukanya bua gives the blueprint to Brij.. He is impressed and tells her that, everything he gets, he will share with her. Sukanya bua asks him why he wanted the blueprint. Brij tells her to wait & watch.. tells her that on the pretext of the house, he will create a rift between Sharman & Dhruv..

SuKK sleeping.. KK see flashes and wakes up in a fright! Su wakes up.. KK is trembling..tells Su that she had a weird dream/nightmare.. she can see flashes and they're scary..she fears something might happen.. Su tells her to relax and puts her to sleep..

BREAK..

KK wakes up and doesn't find Su beside her.. She gets scared and keeps looking around for him. Walks out of the room looking for Su.. Suddenly Su appears from nowhere..KK asks him where had he gone.. Su says he went to get some fresh flowers for KK KK is happy.. Su gets very romantic, almost hugs her.. KK tells him to control himself as they're standing in the lobby and what will people think! Su tells her that they're on a honeymoon and he doesn't care what people think KK says she will go get dressed and they can go out.. Su agrees.. Su again gets romantic..his usual shayari.. Su starts with a shayari KK completes the sentence for him..Su is impressed.. KK says she will go get dressed.. Su tells her he will wait for her in the lobby and not to forget to get the camera along..

The bell-boy is frantically searching for the bag in SuKK's room.. Just then KK comes out of the shower and is shocked to see the bell-boy in her room.. She keeps asking what was he looking for..but the bell-boy runs away. KK calls the receptionist and fires her for the bell-boy's behaviour.. The receptionist apologises for the bell-boy's behaviour..tells KK that he is new and promises her that it will not happen again. KK hangs up.. The receptionist is worried..fears the consequences if they don't find the bag.

Brij shows the blueprint to Kul, Sharman & Dhruv.. All ask him what the blueprint is about. Kul tells Sharman & Dhruv that Brij is planning an extension of the house.. Dhruv asks if its necessary.. Brij tells them it is necessary..as Sharman will get married..have kids..family will get bigger..so why not a bigger house! All agree..but Kul is a bit hesitant..tells Brij that they need to ask Dadaji first. Brij says that Dadaji yet hates him so he won't agree.. Kul reassures him that Dadaji will agree.. Dhruv says that KK is the one whom he will listen to..she can convince him. Sharman agrees.. Brij says he will get the plan made..they can wait for SuKK to return and then KK can convince Dadaji.. All agree.. Brij thinks this is a great opportunity as he will get loan for the extension plan and keep all the money for himself!

KK meets Su at the reception/lobby.. The receptionist realises that SuKK have the bag they were looking for.. SuKK leave the hotel.. The receptionist gets nervous..

BREAK..

SuKK's dance to 'Tumse Milke' (Parinda)..

In the woods, KK is sitting by a bonfire.. Su comes..brings her some tea.. KK says she is very happy to have come to such a beautiful place for a holiday..its perfect! Su tells her it took him a long time to hunt for the place..and he's happy she likes it. KK puts her head on Su's shoulder..both close their eyes and relax in each other's arms.. Suddenly KK has those flashes again and she wakes up in a jolt. KK tells Su of her nightmare..that she is scared something terrible might happen. Su tells her to relax..everything will be fine. KK apologises to Su, says, "I know whatever is written in our destiny will happen, if I have to die I will..but I should not lose out on such precious moments fearing about what could happen in the future." Su tells her not to speak about death..says, "If anyone has to die, I will die before you.." KK says, "No..I will die a 'suhagan'" Su tells her, "In that case then I will die with you..as my life is with you" Suddenly the bonfire rages.. SuKK are taken aback.

SuKK reach the mandir by the lake.. KK recollects its the same mandir she sees flashes of in her dream/nightmare.. KK feels tensed. The pujari in the mandir tells SuKK that she must have a purane janam ka rishta hence she saw it in her dreams..as the mandir is centuries old and renowned. He goes on to say that people believe whoever gets married in this mandir are together for saat janams..and no one can seperate them. Su tells the pujari that if thats the case he would wanna get married again..to his wife! The pujari agrees and puts tikka on their forehead.. Pujari tells Su that he needs to give his wife a 'suhaag ki nishaani'.. KK says she already has a nishaani (her mangalsutra). Su says he has something else for her and takes out toe rings' he got KK as a gift..and puts it on on her feet. Su says he needs to take pics, but realises he forgot them in the car and tells KK he will get the camera..

Su takes out the camera bag from the car..realises the driver aint there, wonders where he could be and kinda looks around for him. Suddenly a jeep, full of armed men (rifles in their hands) pull Su towards the jeep.. Su resists.. shouts out for KK. KK gets terrified, drops the pooja ki thaali and rushes towards Su. KK sees that some men are forcing Su into the jeep..succeed and drive away. KK runs after the jeep..shouting for Su and pleading with the men to leave him.. The camera bag falls out of the jeep..and CD's fall out of it. KK sees the bag and realises the bag is not theirs..

BREAK..

KK is in the police station..hysterical..tells the police officer about those men taking Su away. The police officer asks KK to calm down and shows her a file of pics and asks KK to see if they are the same people.. KK says yes.. The police officer tells KK that Su has been kidnapped by terrorists! KK is shocked.. Police officer tells KK that he can't do much to help..they need to seek the help of the army.

A cottage in the middle of the jungle.. Su is tied to a chair with ropes..struggling to get out. A little boy brings him food..Su refuses to eat.. Another man comes and slaps the boy for not obeying his orders.. Su is disturbed that the man hit the little boy.. The man hits Su and tells him that the little boy is under training.. The man asks Su about the camera bag..Su says he doesn't know anything.. The man tells Su that their chief will come ask him and he will answer..

KK is at the Army headquarters.. recounts what happened. The army officials ask KK if there was a motive behind the kidnapping..did they want anything from SuKK. KK recollects how the bell boy came looking for some unidentified bag..and later searched SuKK's room.

KK shows the army officials the CD's..which, they realise, contain maps & pictures of various famous monuments, strategic locations & security information of India. Just then an army officer comes in and tells them about a blast in a nearby area. All get frantic..making calls & rushing here & there.. KK asks them what are they doing about searching for Su.. The army officer tells KK she is only concerned about herself..whereas its the question of the security of the country! KK gets hysterical and tells them they are not concerned about her husband..and keeps screaming 'I want my husband back!' The army officials assure KK they will do anything & everything they can to search for Su.

The chief terrorist comes to Su and questions him about the bag.. Su says he knows nothing about any bag.. The chief tells him about the camera bag and tells Su that if he does not hand over the bag to him, he will kill Su. Su recollects that he had the camera bag in his hand which is what they probably are talking about..but that bag fell off the jeep and KK would have it..which means KK's life might be in danger!

BREAK..

KK is tensed, walks out of the army headquarters and stands by the car. Suddenly a stone is thrown towards the car and the window breaks. KK is terrified.. The army look around for the person who threw the stone.. KK asks to see the note wrapped around the stone.. The note is addressed to KK and asks her to get them the bag and they will return Su..

Army Headquarters, Hill Station

Kumkum shows the note to the Army officers. The officer tells her that this is a fake warning, it's not ture. Kumkum asks them what if it is true. She says she wants her Sumit back. The officer replies that they are trying their best to find him, but they can't neglect their duty because of him. Kumkum tells them that for them, he may be just another man, but for her, he is her life, her soul, her everything and now she will find her Sumit on her own. Officer tells her that she does not have any power to do so. She tells him that she might not have the physical power, but her 'sindoor' and 'mangalsutra' is powerful enough to bring her 'suhaag' back from anywhere. Another officer comes in and informs that media has gathered outside. Kumkum tells everyone that she herself will talk to the media before anyone else dos and nobody will stop her. She goes outside, and pleads to the terrorists to leave Sumit as he is completely innocent. She promises to give whatever they want for releasing Sumit.

Hall, Wadhwa House

Everybody is gathered in the hall and is watching the news and Kumkum pleading to the terrorists. They all are shocked. Dadaji thinks that this was the hinderance he observed during his palmistry. Dadi cries and wonders why did she not stop them. Siya and Neeti console her. Brij volunteers for going there and getting both Sumit and Kumkum back. Dhruv and Sharman refuse and tell him to stay at home as he is needed here. They say that they both will go there and find them.

Brij's Room

Brij is furious at the happenings. Sukanya comes there and sympathises with him, tells him to have some patience. Brij says he does not want to have patience anymore, he kows they'll definitely come back because Kumkum won't let her Sumit get separated from her. She can even go to 'Yamraj' if possible.

Lake, Hill Station

Kumkum comes near the lake and sits on the rock, remembering the flashes of her dream, it's connection with the reality, all the sweet oments she has spent with Sumit here and the moment when he was being forced into the car by the terrorists, and cries.

Temple, Wadhwa House

Dadi, Siya and Neeti do the 'aarti' and pray to God for Sumit-Kumkum's well being.

Temple, Hill Station

Kumkum goes back to that little temple besides the lake and asks God as to why did this happen to them. They haven't done anything wrong, so why are they being punished. The temple priest comes up and tells her that he can help.

The Terrorist Camp, Hill Station

Su is tied to the chair and surrounded by terrorists. The chief comes there and informs him that he will soon be free. His wife loves him a lot and therefore is coming there with the bag. Sumit feels it's dangerous for Kumkum to come there. He says Kumkum will not come here. The chief assures him she will, she has told so to the media, and he leaves, along with his companions. Sumit keeps on shouting that Kumkum won't come here and nobody will touch her if she does, he'll kill them all.

Temple, Hill Station

The priest tells her that all the villagers know everything about the terrorists' camp, but nobody will tell them because they all are scared. Kumkum asks then who will help them. The priest recommends himself. He says that he has lived here all his life and knows everything about the area. He can tell her where the terrorists have taken Sumit. She asks him about the place. He tells her that behind the valley, there's a dense forest, where they have made their camp, but it's almost impossible to go there because of the wild animals, nobody has ever come out alive. Kumkum tells him that she doesn't care for the impossible, she'll find Sumit on her own. Saying this, she leaves.

Terrprist Camp, Hill Station

Sumit is thinking about what to do, when the little boy comes there with the food. He puts the plate on the table and unties Sumit's hands. Sumit asks for water. The boy goes to fetch it from upstairs. Sumit frees himself and looks for somewhere to escape from. He finds a window, but it's situated at a height where he cannot reach. He moves on to find something else. He finds that there's a wooden plank, removing which, he can go out. He is about to break it when the little boy comes there, holding a gun towards him. Sumit is shocked. He goes near the boy. The boy hands over the gun to him. Sumit is glad at his behavious. He blesses him, breaks the plank and leaves. He finds another terrorist outside, but fughts with him and moves on.

The Forest

Meanwhile Kumkum is still searching for Sumit in the forest, looking here and there, shouting his name.

Army Headquarters

Dhruv and Sharman have reached that place and are talking to the officer. The officer tells him that they are doing their best. Sharman starts shouting and says that earlier only his pa was taken, but now his ma is also missing, and the army is not doing anything. Dhruv makes Sharman shut up and talks to the officer himself. Just then, another officer comes there and informs them that a lady has been seen going into the very forest the terrorists have made their camp in, and she resembles Mrs. Kumkum Wadhwa.

The Forest

Kumkum is running into the forest, while Sumit is running outside. While running, a thorn gets stuck in Kumkum's foot. At the same time, Sumit stumbles over a stone and falls down. He sees a 'payal' lying there, and recognises it instantly as Kumkum's 'payal'. He thinks that Kumkum might have come in the forest to get him released. He stands up and is about to go in a direction, when he hears Kumkum calling his own name, from the opposite direction. He calls back. Kumkum hears his voice too. Both are shouting each other's names in the forest, and frantically looking for each other.

SuKK see each other and rush towards each other.. Su finds it difficult to walk..his feet trembling As Su comes close to KK, he gets shot on his back! Twice! Su loses his balance.. KK tries getting a hold on him..and in the process, KK slips off the cliff Su manages to hold her hand and tries pulling her up.. Flashes of SuKK in happier times..his marriage vows..his promise to always be there with & for her..to always protect her, cross his mind. Su is unable to pull KK up..KK falls into a lake in the valley.. Su unconscious

BREAK..

Outside the hospital, media is reporting the news of Su in critical condition & KK missing..

Inside the hospital, the whole family - Dada-Dadi, Kul, Brij, Sukanya, Sharman-Neeti & Dhruv-Siya - all waiting for the doctor. The doctor comes and tells the family that Su is out of danger..the bullets have been removed from his back but has caused a swelling in the nerves..those nerves which directly are connected to the brain The doctor warns the family not to tell Su any such news that could further disturb him. The doctor asks the family as to who is KK.. Dadaji says that KK is Su's wife..their daughter-in-law. The doctor tells them that even in his unconscious state, Su has only been calling out for KK and she needs to be present there.. Dadaji tells the doctor that in this entire incident, KK has been missing.. Doctor tells them to try and get KK asap.. Kul says they're trying their best..even using their political connections. The doctor says that Su is restless and only calling out for KK..and they need to get her to Su as the doctors cannot keep giving him injections to induce sleep.. Sharman asks the doctor if he can meet Su.. The doctor allows Sharman to meet Su, but warns him to not say anything that could further upset him..

The Chief Minister is livid at the army officials and tells them to search for KK asap.. He says the media is making a mountain out of a molehill, which may cost him his position as the opposition party is waiting to take advantage of the situation. The army officials assure the CM they are trying their best and will soon find KK..

Sharman meets Su.. Su asks for KK.. Sharman tells Su that KK will be fine.. Su is adamant and wants to meet KK. Su condition gets worse.. Sharman calls the doctor.. Doctor tells Sharman to wait outside and attends to Su.. Sharman is worried.. Doctor tells Sharman that Su is fine, it was just a reaction to the injections administered..

Sharman comes to Dhruv..tells him that he cannot see 'his Pa' in such a condition..all he asks for is KK and they need to search for KK asap. Dhruv tells Sharman to hold on to their courage..or else everything will breakdown. Dhruv hugs Sharman and calms him down.. Brij mentions that if the same incident happened in another country, the government would be questioned.. Sharman says even the Government of India is answerable..and is about to leave.. Dhruv asks him where is he going.. Sharman says he is going to the army headquarters.

At the army headquarters, Sharman & Dhruv are not allowed to meet the army officials coz there is a meeting going on.. Sharman & Dhruv don't listen..tell the guards that what they wanna say is more important than the meeting.. Inside, army officials are briefing the media about their search for KK.. Sharman says they aren't doing enough.. continues to say that had KK been a VIP or a politician, she would've been back by now..but since she is an ordinary citizen, no one cares. Dhruv pleads with them to get back KK as she is their life..

Dadi, Siya & Neeti pray for SuKK's well-being.. Sukanya comes and tells Dadi that they've got information about KK..

All are about to leave for the army headquarters.. Kul says that someone needs to stay back with Su.. Dadi says she will stay back and take care of Su.. Kul says she cannot stay alone..Siya says she will stay with Dadi.. All leave.. Dadi tells Siya to stay outside while she goes in to meet Su..

On her way to Su's room, the nurse tells Dadi that Su is yet critical and not to say or do anything that can cause any sort of trauma or tension to him.. Dadi is worried..

BREAK..

At the army headquarters, the officials give Dadaji a 'payal' and ask them if it belongs to KK. Dadaji says it does.. The officials are happy that their search is in the right direction and sooner or later KK will be found..

At the hospital..Su has KK's payal in his hand and is thinking of KK. Dadi enters his room and Su asks for KK..and insists on seeing her. Dadi fumbles..tells Su that KK too is injured and in another hospital..and everyone are with her, taking care of her. Su insists on seeing her.. Dadi stops him..tells him he has to first get well and then he can see KK.. Dadi says she will give him medicines.. Su is hesitant, but says he has to get fine, for him to go see KK. Su tries getting up.. Dadi realises the newspaper is kept on the side table which has a 'KK missing' report published. Dadi gets scared/nervous knowing that Su might see the newspaper.. Su gets up and sees the newspaper (or has he??)

su is sitting on the bed and trying to get the medicines from then table. dadima drops water on the newspaper and tells su she will tell the nurse to clean it and goes away with the newspaper. su sits on then bed and sees kks payal and thinks of the past when kk had told him that what if time slips from her hand and then the time when kk falls down

dadima is sitting outide dadaji comes to her and tells her that in 24 hours kk will be found and then dadima tells him to read kk and su hand and tell her when will they get happiness dadaji says hope he should even change the future

they both go to the god idols and pray brij is standing near the window and he gets a phone call and then he says we r coming all are in the army headquates they show them kks mangalsutra and all bangles and takes the male members in a room

in the hospital su gets unwell and buaji calls the doctors and they tell her that su blood presure is going up and down and this is a bad sign

in the army headquates all come out of the room dadima asks them what happened sharman says that ma left us dadima says this cannot happen and starts crying

break

dadaji is standing in fornt of the idol and tells god that he did not give happiness to kk and su ever and says that if you are there then bring kk back and if kk is dead then even you are dead for me and tells god to show some miracle and says tht he will never come to god again ever because he has broken his believe

everyone is standing in a room and a pandit is putitng flowers in front of kks photo then the pandit says tht call her son to put the garland on kk sharman says he wont put since kk is alive in his heart and then all tell panditji to go away

brij says tht if we break down then who will tell su kul says we will not tell him, brij says its better if we tell him instead of him coming to know through the media

break

dadaji goes to su. su tells him where is kk dadaji does not say anything su says may be she is out he will go to meet her dadaji stops him and hugs him and starts crying su also starts crying and remembers the time when kk falls down and screams kk and remembers all the past times

everyone are standing outside the operation theatre doctor comes out and tells them tht su has gone in coma everyone starts crying kul ask the doctor how much time will it take for su to get well he says he doesnt know may be days months or even years

ONE YEAR LATER...

SuKK's room

Sumit lying in bed..yet in coma. Neeti is reading Siya's diary where Siya has more or less mentioned the state of the Wadhwa parivar in the last 1 year after KK's death.. Siya has written that everything has changed since KK passed away..even though she (Siya) has tried to keep everything the way KK always kept, no one can ever take KK's place. (the writing in the diary is very conversational..like she is talking to Su). They need Su to wake up from coma and take care of everything.. Neeti gets emotional reading the diary.. Just then the nurse enters with Su's medical reports. Neeti asks the nurse about the reports.. The nurse says everything is normal, and the doctors are surprised that if everything is normal, why is Su not coming out of the coma. Neeti says maybe the truth has yet to sink in..

Brij's room

Brij is laughing..and says its all destiny that he came to India and stayed back and slowly he's getting his reign on everything. Sukanya tells Brij that he may be lucky, but luck doesn't seem to favour her. Sukanya bua says that she thought after KK's death, things will be easy for her..but no, Siya has taken over everything. Anytime she tries doing something, Siya foils her plans..and even Neeti is always supporting her. Brij calls Sukanya stupid..and gives her an idea - to instigate Dadi into believing that Siya is an outsider and has no right to take KK's place.. Sukanya is happy.

BREAK..

Dadaji's room

Dadaji refuses to take medicines.. Dadi tells Methi chacha to leave and make arrangements for the pooja.. Dadi tells Dadaji that he needs to be courageous enough or else everyone else will break down.. Dadaji says his entire courage has gone.. Dadaji recollects KK's last words to him (that she will always be alive in his heart).. Dadi insists Dadaji take his medicines and get ready for KK's 'barsi pooja'. Dadaji refuses to attend the pooja, says KK is and will always remain alive in his heart..

Hall

Kul & Neeti preparing for the pooja.. Kul says it yet seems unbelievable that KK is no more.. Dadi comes and says no one has yet come to terms that KK is no longer with them.. Neeti tells Dadi that the elders have to keep courage or the youngsters will also break apart. Dadi agrees..tells Neeti that now the children have to take over..the elders did all they could. Dadi says Sharman is the most affected, as KK was everything to him. Neeti starts crying..Kul & Dadi tell her to hold on as only she can take care of Sharman. Dadi tells Neeti to call Dadaji for the pooja..he might listen to her and come. On her way to Dadaji's room, Sukanya bua stops Neeti and tells her (trying to instigate) that why is everyone giving Siya so much importance..tells Neeti that she is the daughter-in-law of the house, not Siya. Neeti does not say anything and leaves..

Wadhwa Office..Sharman's cabin.

Sharman screams at the secretary for fixing a meeting.. tells her that today is his mom's barsi and he has to be at home. Sharman tells her to cancel the meeting.. The secretary apologises and leaves.. Brij sees all this and tries instigating Sharman against Dhruv. Brij tells Sharman that Dhruv held the meeting.. Sharman says Dhruv could never have held the meeting, knowing very well that they have to be home for the pooja. Brij tells him that maybe Dhruv forgot. Sharman refuses to believe that Dhruv could have forgot, says that Dhruv loves KK the most.. Brij tells Sharman that he loves his older brother too much, hence may not be able to see the truth. Sharman says that Su has always taught them never to mix business with personal relations.. Brij tells Sharman to calm down..go home as they need him for the pooja. Sharman leaves.. Brij says sometimes, they need to mix business with personal relations..

Dhruv's cabin

Brij tells Dhruv that Sharman has left.. Dhruv says he had specifically kept the meeting so that both he & Sharman together could make donations for KK's barsi.. Brij intigates Dhruv..tries to make him believe that Sharman's behaviour towards Dhruv has changed.. Dhruv says its nothing like that.. Brij tells Dhruv maybe he is unable to see it coz he is Sharman's older brother and loves him too much. Dhruv does not know what to say..tells Brij that he will make the donations himself and reach home asap.. Brij thinks, in the one year, he has more or less succeeded in, atleast, getting both Sharman & Dhruv to hear words against each other..

BREAK..

Hall

All gathered for the pooja.. Dadi asks Sharman how come the pandit has not arrived yet.. Sharman wonders the same and says the pandit is probably on his way.. Pandit arrives..he asks for Dadaji to participate in the pooja.. Dadi tells the pandit to start with the pooja, Dadaji won't come..

SuKK's room

Dadaji with Su..telling him to wake up.. They've already lost KK and can't afford to lose him too.. Dadaji keeps telling Su that they need him..can't live without him. Neeti comes there..very sternly, asks Dadaji if he wants to see his children cry for the rest of his life.. Dadaji says no..never. Neeti says if not, then he has to come out and participate in the pooja..

Hall

Dadi is passing the ghee to the pandit and it spills over.. All are shocked as its considered to be a bad omen. Sukanya bua tells Sharman to put the haar on KK's picture. Neeti walks into the hall and says they will not put the haar as Sharman had said that KK is and will always remain alive in their hearts.. Neeti sits next to Dadi and tells her that KK has always spead hope and cheer in the house..and they cannot let that go.. Neeti pleads with Dadi not to let them put the haar on KK's pic.. Dadi agrees.. Dadaji comes out..Dadi tells him to sit for the pooja.. Dadaji says he has not come to participate in the pooja, but is just there for the kids' sake.. Sukanya bua taunts Dadaji..says that now everyone have to listen to the kids'.. Dadaji tells Sukanya to keep quiet..and reiterates that after KK's death and Su's condition, it is the kids' who have kept the house alive or else everything would break apart. Dadi asks for Dhruv again.. Just then Dhruv arrives and sits next to Sharman for the pooja.. Pandit starts the pooja..and begins to cough while saying the mantra's. All are surprised.. Even the pandit is surprised and says that its really strange..almost seems like someone wants the pooja not to happen..

SuKK's room

Su is moving his feet..slowly his feet.. Su is coming out of his coma

Hall

All are surprised as to whats going on.. Su slowly comes out in the hall.. All are shocked, surprised and happy to see him.. Su says that the pooja cannot happen, as KK is alive!

Living room

Sumit tells the pandit that they cannot continue with the barsi ki pooja as KK is yet alive.. Dadi tells Su they will do as he pleases..if he doesn't want the pooja to happen, they will not do it.. Dadaji tells Kul to call the doctor.. Kul takes Su back to his room.. Dadi is happy that Su has regained his consciousness.. Dadaji say with Su's life back, his faith in God has returned..that too on the auspicious day of Janmashtami

Village (looks like Mathura)

Village boys & girls celebrating Gokul Aashtami.. Boys chanting 'Krishna' and say they will reach the matki first.. Girls chanting 'Radhe' and say girls will reach first (basically a gender war!) Boys make a pyramid to reach the matki..but fall. Same with the girls.. 2 girls from the group shout for their 'jeejee' and tell her to come quick. A woman (more like a 16yr old girl!) runs towards the group..takes a sling, points towards the matki and flings a stone..and the matki breaks! The boys argue that its unfair.. KK (her new name not known yet...in Chanda like accent) says everything is fair and moves on with the rest of the girls..

BREAK..

Mandir (Wadhwa house)

Dada-Dadi pray to God and thank him for Su's new life.. Sukanya bua comes there and says its okay to be happy that Su has come out of coma..but not to forget that they yet have to complete the rituals of KK's barsi.. Dadaji says they will not complete the rituals..rather, they'll celebrate Su's new life..

SuKK's room

Su looking at a pic of KK..tears rolling down his cheeks..recollects his moments with KK before the accident. Kul comes and tells him not to cry..the family has cried enough for KK..now they're just happy that he is back. All gather in the room and tell Su that God has given them a new life with Su.. Su says, "I don't believe I was asleep for an entire year.." Su looks at Dhruv, tells him "Dhruv, you've had to burden of all responsibilities, na?" Dhruv says, "Yes dad..its been difficult without you." Su looks at Sharman, says, "Sharman, what have you done yo yourself? You look best smiling & laughing" Sharman smiles, tells Su, "Now I will only smile & laugh" Su looks towards Dadaji and tells him, "Dadaji, how long has it been that you've not slept properly? Your tension is showing on your face.." Su tells everyone that he believes KK is alive.. All look at him, not knowing what to say.. Su says, "Trust me..I know KK is alive..coz I am alive! We had promised each other that either one of us will not live without the other.. So if I'm yet breathing, somewhere KK is also breathing..and I have to go find her..right now!" Kul tells Su to relax.. Dhruv tells Su that everyone understands what Su is going through, but the fact remains that KK is dead.. Su tells Dhruv that he knows what he is saying..that KK is alive. Dhruv tells everyone to make Su understand..looks towards Sharman.. Sharman says, "If Pa believes mom is alive..then she must be somewhere..let him do as he pleases" Dhruv tells Sharman to be practical and tells Su that he cannot go anywhere.. Su tries convincing everyone that KK is alive.. Neeti tells Su, "We believe you..but you've not fully recovered yet..as soon as you well enough to leave, we'll let you do as you wish. Like we always listen to you..please, you listen to us." Su agrees..

Brij's room

Sukanya asks Brij if he thinks Su is completely fine.. Sukanya bua says she feels that since Su has regained consciousness, he has actually lost his senses.. Can KK be alive?? Brij tells her to keep quiet and let Su do as he wants to.. Let him go in search of KK.. He will look everywhere and will never be able to find KK and a thorn names 'Su' will also be out of their lives..

Dada-Dadi's room

Dada-Dadi sleeping.. Dadi gets flashes of Su trying to convince them about KK being alive.. Dadi wakes up with a jerk.. Dadaji asks her what happened.. Dadi says KK is alive.. Dadaji tells Dadi not to think too much.. Just then the wind is blowing hard.. Dadaji gets up to close the window.. There is a KK pic kept on Dadi's bed-side table and a thali of sindoor in front.. Due to the wind, a bit of sindoor gets onto KK's pic.. Dadi looks at it and tells Dadaji that this maybe a sign..

BREAK..

SuKK's room

Su tells Dadi that KK is alive and he wants to..has to go in search of her. Dadi tells him she believes in his belief that KK is alive..

Next morning, Su is packing his bags to leave.. Su picks up KK'S bangles, and recollects how he gifted her those bangles. Flashback scene : Karwachauth.. After the rituals, Su gifts KK the bangles and tells her, "Today you are fasting for my life, hence I too have some duties towards you." KK asks him, "Gifting bangles is your duty?" Su puts the bangles on KK and tells her, "I'm giving you my life with these bangles..wish you my life too" Flashback ends. Su puts those bangles in the bag..and also KK's paayal. Dadi comes into the room and asks him if he is ready to leave.. Su says "Its already been a year..I cannot waste any more time. I have to leave now.. My KK is calling out to me" Dadi tells him to go and bring back his KK.. Su hugs Dadi..
