Kk sees those reports and throws them away saying tht she doesn't believe it and says tht Vik doesn't know anything, she will show to the best of the doctors and keeps on saying tht she doesn't believe it and tht su will be cured, she picks up those reports , gathers them and holds su by hand and asks him to come with her. She is into a complete shock, nt ready to believe it. She takes su with her carrying reports in her hand hastily. While she is taking su, everyone asks her where she is going, since she is ill. Bt kk is in no mood and takes su with her.
She takes su to various doctors who in turn say to her tht they r sorry and they cant do it anything. Finally kk breaks up and says to one of the doctors tht u don't understand anything, u don't know anything, u r nt supposed to become a doctor and takes all the reports and goes. Su goes behind her asking to control her emotions bt kk walks down, speaking in a hastily mood tht she will go on curing su. She goes on saying and asks su to believe her; su tries to calm down bt kk goes on and on.
Finally su makes her come into reality and asks her to believe the reports and says tht he is indeed suffering frm BT and he is going to die. Kk breaks down crying, into his feet and cries , su is also crying, keeps his hand on her head and takes kk into his arms. And they both go down crying.
Sukk seating on a bench in garden and su asks kk to nt tell abt this to the fam and tht time will tell the truth to them and he says tht u shd all the time support me till I m there and he still has to fulfill all his dreams. He has to see shar more responsible, dhruv handling everything and ashka forgetting wht happnd in the past. And he continuously asks for kk's support since he is going to die, kk stops him and says tht she can't hide anything bt su insists, they both argue and kk finally gives up. She ends up crying into his shoulders and su says tht I promised u of long relationships bt I m nt able to give it to u. Su says tht they have to celebrate Diwali like every other year. And they will all celebrate it happily. And they again hold each other crying.
Sukk return home and all gather them and ask them wht is wrong? They go on asking kk bt she is silent and she moves towards room. They all ask su abt it, and dadi tells su tht kk is worried for shar and asks su to bring shar back home. Veena also says tht shar has to be there at home. And they plead to su abt shar coming back home. Su goes without saying any word.
Su comes in the room and sees kk seating on a bed, silent and stubborned. He goes frm there and goes in terrace. They both r shown crying individually separate bt kk's face is silent and firm. She looks towards the time frames and turns it upside down. And possess a very firm look on her face.
Here shar is sleeping, neeti comes there and puts shawl on him and as usual they end up having a sweet argument.
Sukk again in their room and kk says to su tht u all hided frm me and suffered alone. She tells tht u did all this- resigned frm office and handled everything to dhruv, threw shar out so to make him responsible. She tells tht now she understands everything. Su says tht he is breaking the promise given to her and will die soon. Bt kk stops him and says tht each and every time she will nt lose anything. She says tht she will nt lose him as he is her life and she will live this life forever. She says tht u suffered all alone and hided everything frm ur kk.
Kk says tht u betrayed me more than ur life, su is abt to say bt kk says tht my belief tells me tht u will live and u have to live for me. And asks her to believe her trust. And says tht we will both go to doctor tom and see wht can be done and asks again to su to believe her. And then su takes kk into his arms and they relax.
