Fitness plays a major role in our lives; staying fit and healthy has become essential these days and the pressure is on for celebrities. Staying in shape is a must for those in the public eye – so, it is time to see what they are doing to win the battle of the bulge. For our Tellywatch column on fitness, Faizal Raza talks about fitness and healthy living.
My workout regime…
I work out seven days a week for two hours. I do a lot of cardio and do weight training every alternate day. I concentrate on training part by part. Every Saturday and Sunday, I give myself full-body training by cycling.
My daily diet…
I am a big foodie; initially, I used to be really strict but now I eat everything moderately and mostly avoid oily stuff. I really don't follow any diet pattern but if it is required for me to show off, I avoid sugar and salt.
On a rainy day, my idea of a workout would be…
I would play football in the rain (laughs).
My idea of relaxation…
Swimming!
