Yeah because even though right now she isn't in love with him,she does share some deep relationship with him which is purely just based on trust and this is a strong foundation for anything else. So if this breaks then the budding feelings she has will also be killed and based on prachi's characterization it seems like more than love,if someone she really trusts betrays her then she'd be super hurt.
