Diary AU - Part 3
When Purab tells Pragya about Abhi's dream, Pragya is more than puzzled. How could he remember that's not in his memory? This makes Purab get confused. She then explains that Abhi was drunk that night and he actually didn't recollect anything the next day. Purab asks whether she reminded him anything to which quickly replies why would she do that when the doctor had told them not to. She then remembers the torn page from the diary. Purab tells maybe it is the reason.
Abhi is confused about confessing his feelings to Pragya. How is he going to tell her what he feels about her? He then hears Pragya saying good morning and entering the room. As he is nervous, he doesn't tell her anything while the day passes. After her work hours gets over and she is about to start leaving for home, he gets the courage to talk to her and tells her that he wants to tell her something. He talks about every random thing in the world except the fact that he loves her. She gets bored of him blabbering and tells him that he's finding excuses to make her stay but she has to go home.
It takes only few days for Abhi to reach that stage where he feels restless about his feelings. Thanks to his sister who reminded him about his impending wedding. He calls her and asks where she is. She asks him what's the matter as she had left MM an hour ago. He asks her to just tell her the location and she says that she's on the way to temple for some pooja and he tells her he would meet her there. As he excitedly parks his car outside the temple, he looks at himself in the mirror and smiles at his reflection. He first thinks of calling her and informing that he has come but ten decides to surprise her. He sees Pragya talking to a lady and jokes Fuggy's back back never stops. His smile fades away when he hears Pragya tell the lady "Main shaadi shuddha hoon"
He stands rooted to the spot until Pragya sees him, and comes to him. She asks him what's the matter that he can't wait till she comes to MM the next day. He just asks her what was she saying. She doesnt understand his question. He asks her to tell that it's a lie. She was just lying to the lady. She asks him what is he talking about and why would lie standing inside a temple.
"You are married?", he grabs both her arms with a desperate wish to hear no.
