I know she saw him and that's why hiding. But if you saw the precap, he saw Nikhil from a window or something.. I didn't see Tannu keeping an eye on him at that time.

Tannu thought he walked off to the next floor or so when she was hiding.

I can't believe these people (Pragya, Tannu etc.) reached hospital after all the accident drama. Abhi was late..🤣

I dnt mind if Pragya goes n shows him the forum which T mentioned as N's wife.. even if he wont believe it now he will think abt it a bit later
