So Abhi made a valiant effort to make Pragya see that her solution breaks four hearts. That failed to convince her so can someone point out to her that she is also setting that baby up for a life of misery and resentment, and not happiness?? Yes having baap ke pechaan cannot be counted for how important it is - yes, it makes a difference when a child has a bedrock sense of social belonging. But that alone is hardly the only relevant factor. Can someone help Pragya understand that if its parents can't be happy, neither can the child? And then the fact that neither parent particularly wants the child - can there be anything more difficult for a child to live with?? Like who knows maybe Pragya has counterarguments to this too but since her one and only mission now is baache ki bhallai, someone needs to argue back to her on those exact terms.
