Car scene

A: Did you not like the saree?

P: How can anything you gave me is not likeable?

A: How did you like:...Me?

P: you always look...

A: I meant how did you like my performance, the last one?

P: When do we get home?

A: Never.

P: Don't joke.. tell me.

A: I am not joking, are you seeing that road? Where does it go? Some where, but where.. I don't know. Sometimes to know our life's destiny, we have to keep going all our lives. Likewise, we have to keep going on this road to know the destination. But I will sure find out what is there at the end of this road.

P: Some other day, you are not well today.

A: If I look away from this road, life turns its back to me. With lots of difficulty I have gathered courage to walk on this road. I will not leave this road no matter what.

After car stops

P: Why did you stop the car?

A: Because we reached our destination.

P: This place looks so desolate.

A: This place isn't really what it looks like. Few steps ahead everything will change. But we have to blindfold you for you to see it all.

P: Blindfold to see it all?

A: Yes.

P: Don't joke around. Let's go home.

A: I am not joking. Here is your spectacles (shows blindfold). Your life will change after this. You will see all that everything you were not able to see.

P: Please don't joke.

A: I am not. I am serious. Come (ties blindfold).

P: Hope you will not push me off after blindfolding.

A: I have held your hand not to push you off but to hold you when you fall. Do you see anything?

P: I know you are making faces at me.

A: Yes I am gonna kiss you too now.

P: No, you can't take advantage of me like this.

A: Stop your bak bak. Get off of the car now.

P: I won't, first tell me where are we going.

A: I will tell you after we reach.

P: (Gets out of the car) What place is this? I don't see anything.

A: Wait for two minutes, the suspense will be unleashed.

P: (Trips) I can't walk, my foot hurts. Let's go home (tries to remove blindfold)

A: You will only open it when I say, your foot hurts na? (carries her in his arms) Is it okay now?

P: (Wonders what is he upto) Listen, my foot is okay now, put me down.

A: Wait for two min... we have reached.

P: Shall I take out my blindfold?

A: No, wait. (Goes off)

P: (calls out for him, scared) I am scared of darkness, you know na, I will not fight with you, please come here (takes out the blindfold) I will do whatever you ask me to do.

A: Promise?

P: Real promise.

A: (Appears in front of her) Will you never leave my side? (lights slowly turn on, he slides his hand on her arms ever so gently, holds her hand in his, takes her to the table).

P: Where have you brought me? Am I dreaming?

A: No, but I have chosen all this from your dreams.

P: Why from my dreams?

A: So that your dreams come true... (holds face) so that your smile stays like this forever..(hugs)

P: (tells herself to stop herself.. moves away).. why are you doing this when you know..

A: Just forget for a moment we are Abhi and Pragya and think there is no one other than us in this world and that there is nothing other than "this (the present)" world exists for us. And tell me what is the first thing that comes to your heart (holds her face.. looks at her lips)..

P: (Moves away)

A: Okay, I will tell you.

I want to travel in the road of this sky to the stars, taking the one with me who will walk with me and it will feel like I am taking the moon with me. And if that person leaves my hand for a moment, I will feel like the whole world is angry with me. You walk with me, na? You hold my hand, na? Away from this world where we aren't scared of anyone, not worried about anyone and we will be together with each other.

P: You are not joking me, are you?

A: Look into my eyes and ask your heart and you will know the answer. And you are feeling the right thing. I never felt this way for anyone... never loved anyone from true heart, except for you...I have no confusion regarding you now. There is a feeling in my heart which assures me and telling me that I love you very much...I love you very much. I love you so much...(hugs) I want to live all my life with you, Pragya, tell me, tell me you will be with me. Tell me Pragya...I love you..
