Part 6

Aliya walked towards her room after breakfast, trying to sort out in her mind what had just happened. She had never seen Behenji talk to anyone like that before and she was quite impressed. She was beginning to rethink her initial impression of her sister-in-law. She was clearly on a mission. It was no secret to Aliya what was happening. She was, after all, Tanu's best friend and she was aware of Tanu's predicament. Tanu could not hide anything from Aliya and they always worked together.

Aliya had figured it out, and she had to hand it to Pragya, she was quite clever in her thinking. Her dear sister-in-law was trying to get on the family member's bad side so she could get thrown out by Bhai. Then Tanu could come in to this house as the daughter-in-law. Wow, very impressive for a novice, she thought. Tanu would also be quite impressed if she knew. As she sat with her thoughts, she heard a knock on her door.

"Come in!" she called. She was quite surprised to see that it was Pragya. "Bhabhi?" she said in a casual, questioning way. Pragya still believed that Aliya had turned good ever since her suicide drama when she couldn't get Purab, and Aliya had every intention of keeping it that way. So the way she addressed Pragya was to keep up the pretences as you never knew when it would come in handy.

"Aliya, I need to talk to you. It's quite important", says Pragya.

"Sure, Bhabhi, what's the matter? It sounds serious", says Aliya.

"It is! I know it's no surprise for you and you've probably already guessed what's going on, haven't you?"

"Well, I know about Tanu and I kinda get the idea that you're trying to make Bhai upset so he will throw you out of the house, right?"

"Correct, and that's why I need your help."

"My help?" Aliya was taken aback. "You're doing quite ok by yourself, I must say. That was quite a performance you put on out there!"

"But it didn't work! Your bhai didn't say a word and Dadi was so understanding, she put it down to me being stressed."

"So, what help do you need from me?" asked Aliya.

"I need you to help me get thrown out of this house. I need you to help me come up with a super plan that will do just that. It will be for the better of everyone, trust me."

"But Bhabhi, how can I do this? It's wrong and Bhai will be upset with me if he finds out."

"It's ok, Aliya, don't worry about your bhai finding out. If I don't tell him and you don't tell him, how will he find out? Just think you are helping Tanu and not really me. I know that you never wanted me in this house and it was always Tanu."

"But Bhabhi ..."

"Aliya, stop, just stop. You have to help me. This is your little niece or nephew we are talking about. This child would possibly be aborted. How can you let that happen, knowing that this child is a part of your brother?"

Aliya thought about what she was saying, this was indeed the opportunity to get rid of this Behenji for all concerned. She was convinced Bhai didn't really love her and the only reason he married her was because Aliya had asked him to. They had both thought that Purab was in love with Pragya, but they had gotten that so wrong. It turned out that it was actually Bulbul, Pragya's younger sister whom Purab loved. Besides, this would be a great opportunity for her to get back at that horrible Bulbul for taking her Purab away from her. Let's see how Bulbul felt when her dear sister's marriage broke. She was ready to help her sister-in-law in anything that she wanted even if it was for her own motives.

Part 7

"Well, firstly Bhabhi, you are not going to get anywhere with that performance you carried out this morning. You're on the right track but your target is absolutely wrong!" said Aliyah.

"What do you mean, Aliyah?" asked Pragya with a confused look.

"I mean that your act of hurting people is spot on but picking on Mitali Bhabhi or Taiji will not help your cause. You need to target Dadi as, at the end of the day, Dadi will be the deciding factor whether you stay in this house or not. As for Bhai, you know that he can't tolerate anyone hurting Dadi as he is unable to see tears in Dadi's eyes!" explained Aliya all the while looking at Pragya to see how she would react. "If you hurt Dadi, Bhai will get really upset with you and ask you himself to leave."

"Aliya, you know I had that exact same thought earlier on today but when I got downstairs I couldn't bring myself to be rude to her, I just couldn't."

"You have to, this is the only way!" urged Aliya. She thought if Pragya backed out now, all her plans would be ruined and she would never get Purab back. She just had to convince this Behenji.

"You want Bhai to be happy, na? And Dadi, she'll be happy if there is a baby here, can't you do this much for her happiness?"

"I suppose I can," Pragya hesitantly replied.

"Well, here's the plan. Go past Dadi's room, she is sure to call you to her when she notices you to talk about what happened this morning. When she calls you, just be rude and say I cannot now as I have things to do. Come on, just think of something but be really rude."

"I will try" said Pragya barley audibly that Aliyah was unsure if she would be able to carry it off or not. The thought became less important as she watched Pragya leave her room and head towards Dadi's. This was going to be fun and the best part was she wouldn't even get into trouble for this new plot of hers as no one would even suspect her.

Pragya gathered up her nerves as she walked up the stairs towards Dadi's room. She should have had a stiff drink before, that would have given her more courage, that way Dadi wouldn't blame her for what she was about to do. No, she had resolved she would never drink again, not after what happened the last time when she did. But come to think of it, that was the most relaxed she had ever been with Abhi. A smile came to her lips and she sighed deeply. Her dear Abhi, whom she should no longer think of as dear. "Concentrate on the task at hand, Pragya" her inner voice repeated to her.

As she walked past Dadi's room, she noticed her lying down, her face turned away from the door. Pragya had to drop the nearby metal vase on the floor to rouse Dadi. It definitely worked when Dadi turned around and said "Pragya? Come here, I need to talk to you about something important."

"I can't now; I have somewhere important to be," she yelled. "I can't stay here all the time and look after everyone. Besides, If Abhi needed a nurse; he should have just hired one. There was no need to marry me. I don't see why I have to make sure you eat food and take your medicines at the correct time. There is Robin and so many other servants here to take care of you. Besides, you're a big girl. Why do you need someone to make sure you eat?" huffed Pragya in an absolute mouthful.

With that, she walked off with her nose in the air and refused to give a single look backward to Dadi.

She knew if she did, everything would be ruined and she would not be able to see the tears in Dadi's eyes. She herself couldn't believe where she had raked up the nerve to say all that and behave this way. It made her feel awful and she didn't know how she would continue this drama and face Dadi ever again. What she didn't know was that Abhi had borne witness to the entire drama and the deeply pained, shocked look on Dadi's face and the tears in her eyes was too much for him to bear.

Part 8

Abhi returned to his room, his hands curled up into fists at his side. He was furious at the way Pragya had treated his Dadi.As he paced up and down the length of his room, he wondered what was going on in his pretty little wife's head. What was she up to? It was definitely something but for the life of him, he couldn't put his finger on it. This behaviour of hers was so out of character and it was driving him insane. Just what did she intend getting out of this? Why this sudden change of behaviour? First it was him, then Taiji and Mitali Bhabhi, now Dadi. Something was definitely wrong but how would he figure it out?

He flopped down onto the bed and held his head up with his hands. He felt totally and utterly at his wits end. It was hopeless, just hopeless. How could he sort out the problem if he didn't even know what the problem was? How would he figure out what was happening with Pragya? He found that the feeling of being hurt when she was hurt was terrible. It just re-affirmed his love for her. The fact that he just wanted to make everything better for her. But how would he do that, he thought silently?

The sound of an incoming message broke his line of thought. It wasn't his phone, it was Pragya's. She had clearly forgotten it whilst caught up in her vendetta of being cruel to his family. He reached for it and stopped. He knew it was wrong for him to read her messages but what was he to do? He needed to know what was happening with his wife. He could not very well ask her straight out as she would never answer him, he knew that much. He reasoned with himself. He had rights over her dammit, he justified to himself. As her husband, he had vowed to protect her and he was going to fulfil that vow, come hail or high water.

He reached once more for the phone and was surprised to see that it was a message from Tanu. "You have 2 days left only; thereafter I will abort this baby. Either get me married to Abhi or lose Abhi's only heir. The choice is yours" he read out aloud. What the hell? What the absolute hell? What was Tanu on about? She was pregnant, he said to himself incredulously? And worse, she was claiming it was his? What the hell? What the hell? If Abhi was furious when Pragya yelled at his Dadi, then that was just fury. He couldn't begin to explain how totally insane with anger he was feeling with Tanu at this very moment.

All of a sudden, everything now made sense. Pragya's behaviour made sense. He put two and two together and got exactly four. Pragya was being rude and obnoxious to his family because she was helping the manipulative Tanu to work her way into this house and that too as his wife. He already had a wife, dammit and he didn't need another and certainly not one as deceitful as Tanu! And this was all because she was claiming to be pregnant, that too with his baby. He knew that was a total lie. He had never been with Tanu at any time since he had gotten married. He could therefore confidently say the baby was not his. If what Tanu said was even true, that she really was pregnant, the baby was definitely not his. He had never laid a finger on Tanu. In all fairness to his wife and the vows he had taken at their wedding, he could never deceive Pragya in any way.

Then he had another light bulb switching on moment, this was the reason she had denied her love for him. So it was definitely untrue. She did love him and had meant every word she had said when they were stranded during the kidnapping fiasco. The thought warmed his heart and the feeling flowed down right to the tips of his toes. His dear wife, she felt the same way about him that he did about her. What a truly beautiful moment as he beamed at his realisation. Nothing could stop him now; he had to sort this mess out once and for all.

Part 9

Abhi had it all figured out. The first person he needed to find was Pragya. He would somehow have to convince her to go out with him without actually telling her why. Then they needed to approach Tanu together. He knew he had to have Pragya with him as it was the only way for her to see that this was all a lie on the part of Tanu. His intention was to take Tanu to his doctor, the doctor whom he trusted and get her tests done, first a pregnancy test then a DNA test. This nonsense was going to stop. He had to get his life back in order and he was starting it right now.

But first he had an important phone call to make. He punched in Dr Sharma's number, their family doctor whom he had known since childhood. He knew he could trust the father-like figure in every way possible. He briefly explained what he needed and felt an immediate sense of relief when he ended the call. Dr Sharma had mentioned that he would pull a few strings to ensure the results were available immediately and he completely understood the sensitivity of this matter and Abhi's need for total discretion. Now, where to find his Fuggy? He walked out of the room and searched for her around the house but she was nowhere to be seen in the house.

He decided to look around the pool area and that's where he found her, her body huddled over as if she was trying to crawl under a rock. He understood that she was feeling awful about her earlier outburst with Dadi and that was the reason for her being here all alone. He just wanted to take her in his arms and hold her close and breathe in her distinctly feminine scent, the one that made him feel dizzy in love with her. And then he thought, what's stopping you from doing just that, Abhi Mehra, the rockstar? Come on Rockstar, just do it!

He stealthily crept towards her from behind. She didn't even realise he was approaching. Good, that's what he wanted, to catch her offguard! He placed his hand on her upper arm and yanked her up whilst turning her around to face him in such a way that her body was pressed tightly against the length of his body. He gently let go of her arm whilst he wrapped his arms around her waist and pulled her even closer to him, as if that was even possible. As he stared deeply into her eyes, his look completely unwavering, he moved forward and gently pressed his lips against hers.

Time came to an absolute standstill. Birds were chirping, the sun was shining, flowers smelt heavenly and violins were playing. Really, Abhi? When did he ever notice those things before? And violins? Abhi asked himself that question but nothing else mattered more than this purely beautiful, perfect moment. This was where he truly belonged. He had never felt anything like this before, and he had kissed his fair share of women in the past. Nothing compared to the feelings he was feeling with being with his wife in this mind-blowing moment.

He felt her respond to him and knew instinctively that one couldn't fake these emotions. She was feeling it too, everything he felt, she felt too and that made him want to pull her even closer to him.

Pragya was just as caught up in the moment when she suddenly realised what she was doing and jerked herself away from him.

"What on earth are you doing?" she howled beneath her breath.

"What am I doing? What do you mean what am I doing? Anyone can see exactly what I am doing!" said Abhi with a sly smile.

"That's exactly what I mean, anyone can see!"

"Oh, so dear wife, you didn't mind that I kissed you, you just minded that someone would see us! No problem, let's go to our room where no one will see us."

"That's not what I meant and you know it!" she said in an exasperated voice.

"Ok, then I'll give you two options, either you go with me somewhere important or I take you back to our room. Before you answer, just think about this: in our room, you and I will be alone and the place I plan on taking you to is a public place." Abhi reasoned with her slyly.

Part 10

Pragya took a deep breath and tried to recompose herself. Where had he crept up from? And that kiss, their beautiful first kiss. Her heart was pounding in her and she was pretty sure he could hear it. She could tell he was definitely enjoying himself as he gave her that devilish smile of his. He had never gotten that close to her before. And oh, how she had enjoyed the feel of his arms around her as he held her so closely to him. And the feel of his soft lips on hers, how truly beautiful. Their very first kiss was everything she imagined it to be . . . and so much more. She had died and gone to heaven in that single moment, she just knew it.

But wait a minute, her husband was becoming way too affectionate to her lately and she could not risk being completely alone with him as she just never knew what he would do next. She narrowed her eyes at him as she tried to understand just what he was up to. He had caught her totally off guard and she was really confused as to what her next move should be. She knew for sure that he would act out on his underlying, unspoken threat if they were alone in the room together and it was an alternative she did not want to consider at all, not with the way she was feeling at the moment. God only knew what he meant by his statement anyway and she definitely did not want to over-analyse his words and their meaning which left her with only the other option of accompanying him. He wouldn't dare try doing any funny business whilst driving, would he? She tried to reassure herself but it was not working very well. "Ok, you win, where are we headed to?" she asked him.

Abhi let out a silent sigh of relief as he inwardly congratulated himself on being so smart. Not bad, Mr Mehra, he thought. You are getting exactly what you want although the idea of going back to their room and continuing where they had left off did have a certain appeal to it. Concentrate, Rockstar, there'll be time enough for that once you sort out this mess, but he couldn't help but think of the great possibilities the alternative would have held.

"I can't tell you that yet, Mrs Mehra. It's a surprise, let's go," replied Abhi. He held her hand as he ushered her towards the car before she could change her mind. They both got into the car and as he sped away, she wondered where he was taking her. They drove for about 15 minutes until they came to a halt right in front of Tanu's house. "What are we doing here?" she asked him with the most confused, cute look on her face. "You're about to find out. Wait here, I'll just be a few minutes," he commanded.

Pragya watched him slip out and run up the stairs of Tanu's apartment building. She wondered what he was up to. He returned a few minutes later with Tanu in tow. Tanu was just as surprised to see Pragya as Pragya was to see her. She looked at Pragya and tried to telepathically ask her what was going on. As if Pragya could gauge her question, she just shrugged her shoulders back at Tanu as if to say I have no idea what's going on. Abhi and Tanu got into the car and they drove off once more.

"What's going on Abhi? Where are we going? Why is Pragya here? This moment is kind of awkward if you ask me," rattled off Tanu, her confusion building by the second. Pragya had no idea what was happening but she could feel a tight knot beginning to grow in her stomach and she sensed that whatever was about to happen was going to be big. It would probably be a life changing event for all three of them and she was not sure if she would be able to handle this. Her insurmountable and incomparable fear was growing larger and larger as the seconds ticked away.

About 10 minutes later, they pulled up to the hospital parking. "Why are we at the hospital?" said both Tanu and Pragya at the same time. "I have an appointment with the doctor. You see I haven't been feeling well lately so I thought I'd get checked up. I needed both of you to be here for me as moral support. The two of you provide support to me in different ways so I thought it would help if both of you were here. You know, to be there for me just in case I couldn't cope with the results."

I wrote this part yesterday before I watched the episode and was quite surprised at the similarity in thought process.

Part 11

Abhi was on quite a roll. The look on both their faces was indeed priceless. If the situation was not as serious as it was, he knew he would have burst out into hysterical fits of laughter just by looking at the expressions of incredulousness on their faces. He looked at each face, first Tanu's then Pragya's. Tanu was not sure what to expect, he could see on her face how her calculating brain was working overtime to get out of this situation. Pragya on the other hand was just curious as to what Abhi was trying to do. She looked a bit pale and he knew that was purely because he had said that he was unwell. That was his Pragya, always caring for others before herself. And his love for her crept up yet another notch.

"Come along now, let's go. I have an appointment to keep," said Abhi to the both of them. It was quite a funny situation to the public eye, he was probably the only man that had ever taken both his so called girlfriend and his wife together to a hospital. But there was nothing funny about this situation, not to him at least. In a little less than an hour, his life would take a turning point and this could mean many things for all three of them. Nothing was more serious than this. Nothing had ever been this serious before.

The three of them sombrely walked into the hospital anddown a few corridors until they came to a door that read "Dr Sharma-GENERAL PRACTITIONER". They knocked on the door and walked into a larger reception area. The receptionist, Asha, smiled at them and addressed Abhi directly. "Dr Sharma is expecting you, please go in." Abhi led the way and the other two followed. When they entered, they noticed that Dr Sharma was not alone.

"Ahh, Abhi, please come in," said Dr Sharma as he rose to greet Abhi and take his hands in a tight handshake. You could tell that the greying man, somewhere in his 70's was very fond of Abhi, the smile he gave Abhi was certainly genuine and he portrayed an epitome of warmth. Pragya felt as if he was someone you could give a lovable bear hug to. "Meet Dr Malhotra, she is our resident gynaecologist and I have briefed her on the issue at hand."

Abhi shook her hand and introduced Pragya as his wife and Tanu as a friend. Dr Sharma already knew Tanu since Abhi had grown up with Tanu and he was also her doctor. "Do you want to tell me what's going on now, Abhi? I certainly don't think there's a need for you to visit with a gynaecologist?" snapped Tanu. Dr Sharma looked at Abhi and said "Dr Malhotra and I will just excuse ourselves for a few minutes. I think you need to put them in the picture."

"Thank you, Doc," said Abhi and then he turned towards Tanu as both doctors left the room. "Yes, I do need a gynaecologist, despite what you think. I need it for you!" snapped Abhi right back at Tanu.

Tanu let out a gasp and the look of horror that she wore on her face was evident. "What's the matter, Tanu? Didn't you think I'd find out about your secret? When were you planning on telling me that you were pregnant? You certainly owe that to me if you think I'm the father of the baby, don't you?" To say Abhi was stark raving mad, was an understatement. He was shaking with .

"Now let me tell you what's going to happen, and if you know what's good for you, you'll do exactly as I say!" Tanu looked as if she was about to protest but one look at the savage ferocity on Abhi's face and she immediately re-thought her reaction. Staying quite when Abhi was in this mood was the best thing for everyone. She had never seen him display such rage before and it would be in everyone's best interest if she kept quiet. Why did she have a nagging feeling that her time was up?

"Dr Malhotra is going to conduct two tests on you. The one is a simple pregnancy test and the other is a DNA test that will determine paternity of this so called baby." It was then that Pragya intervened. "We've already done a test and I've seen the reports, it was positive," she burst out. Abhi looked at her and said "You may have seen the report and it may have been positive, but I for one do not trust this lying, manipulative cheat. So until I don't see the results of tests done in my presence with doctors I trust, I refuse to believe any of this," ground out Abhi through gritted teeth. He did not mean to sound impatient and angry with her but he knew that's what it came out as when he saw her body flinch away from him. Just be patient, Pragya, all this will be over soon, I promise and then we will have our happily ever after, he silently thought.

He walked towards the closed door and called Dr Sharma and Dr Malhotra in. "We are ready for you. Please, do whatever you need to," said Abhi to Doctor Malhotra. She addressed Tanu and said to her that she would be conducting two tests and needed her permission to continue. Her immediate reaction was to vehemently refuse but she first sneaked a look at Abhi. She was left in no doubt whatsoever when she evaluated the look he returned to her. It said in bold, capital letters just try and say no and you'll see the worst of me. She quickly changed her decision and nodded at Doctor Malhotra. Doctor Malhotra walked towards Tanu and led her towards the examination room. Abhi requested that they all be present and the doctor agreed.

Dr Malhotra explained that the first test would be a simple blood test to determine Tanu's pregnancy status. If the results were positive, the second test would be her inserting a needle through her stomach to get samples of amniotic fluid that would help them determine paternity results. They would also need Abhi's blood samples to see if the DNA matched. Whilst Tanu completed the formalities of paperwork, Abhi looked over at Pragya. She was shaken by the events of the last few minutes and Abhi was finding it difficult to read her. I promise, my love, this is all for you. I'm being this harsh to her for you and your love. And when she caught his gazed at that exact moment, he knew that everything would be ok.

Dr Malhotra quickly conducted the blood test and everyone waited with bated breath for the results. She said it would take only a few minutes to obtain as technology had evolved so much that it wouldn't even need to be sent to the lab downstairs. She did whatever it was that doctors needed to do with blood samples and then excused herself to get the printout of the results. Everyone watched the hands of the clock and it seemed that the sound of the second hand as it went around the clock was amplified. When Dr Malhotra re-appeared, the results in her hand, everyone looked at her expectantly. "It's positive. Tanu is exactly 7 weeks pregnant which means we may conduct the paternity test."

He heard Tanu smirk and Abhi didn't know what to think except this was not over yet. There was one more test that they needed to go through and that would ultimately prove that he was not the father of this baby, he was so sure about that. Whilst Dr Malhotra prepared for the second test, Dr Sharma took Abhi's blood samples and labelled the vial as such. Dr Malhotra asked Tanu to lie on the bed and she covered her halfway down with a clean, crisp white sheet. She lifted her top to expose a small part of her belly. She explained that she was not able to administer any anaesthetic as this would be slightly dangerous but the procedure was quite simple and fairly painless. She then proceeded to insert a longish needle into her tummy and extracted some samples. It was all over within minutes.

Dr Malhotra carefully labelled the vial and opted to take the samples personally to the lab. She took Abhi's blood samples along. A lab technician was waiting to process the results and she promised to have them back in a little under an hour. Abhi thought this would be the longest hour of his life.

Part 12

Never in his life did Abhi ever want to prove someone more wrong. All he wanted to do was wipe that look of smugness off Tanu's face. The "I told you so" look didn't suit her one bit, he thought. He couldn't believe that he had ever loved her. The thought made him wonder if he ever truly loved her or was he just in love with the idea of being in love. When he looked at her now, he could only see a selfish, manipulative person who was only with people to satisfy her own agenda and her own needs. How could someone be so shallow and think that the world revolved around them?

And then there was Pragya. Where on earth had someone like her come from? Were people really like that? Despite what he had done to her and the way he had treated her since they married, she had still been there for him every step of the way, whether it was his career or his family or just him. Her every action was about someone else's happiness, she never thought about herself. And this was the reason he wanted to give her everything in the world. He wanted her to be the recipient of everything she had given to everyone else wholeheartedly. He wanted her to get her share of love and understanding and knowing that he would always be there for her, eternally.

Dr Malhotra broke into his thoughts when she entered the doctor's rooms. Abhi took a deep breath. This was the moment of truth. In a few minutes he would know the fate of his life. Although he was very confident that nothing had happened between him and Tanu, a tiny, tiny part of him wondered if she had a leg to stand on. No, he couldn't think this way. He had to concentrate on erasing the issues in his life and continuing without doubt.

Dr Malhotra wasted no time. "Come sit," she addressed all three of them. "What I am about to say is going to change all of your lives and I want you to know that I went over the results checked them and double checked them to ensure that they were correct. The truth is, Tanu, Abhi is not the father of your child." Abhi finally let out the breath he had taken before he had sat down. Nothing could have prepared him for the utter sense of relief and jubilation he felt at those last eight words of Dr Malhotra's. He was so happy, so happy that he jumped up, grabbed Pragya in a giant bear hug and whirled her around in the air. "I told you, didn't I?" was all he could muster as he planted a kiss on her lips.

This reaction of Abhi's made Pragya's face turn as red as a tomato at her husband's open display of affection. She couldn't believe what she had just heard. Why would Tanu lie to her? How could she have ever believed her? She should have known from the start that Tanu was only out to get her husband and rob her of her kumkum, her sacred marriage. Somebody who was destined to be in her life, a pair that was made in heaven, chosen by God and this mere mortal wanted to separate her love from her?

Tanu was the least impressed by any of what had just occurred. Her whole life had come crumbling down in the matter of a few seconds and Pragya was the one to blame entirely. If this stupid chashmish had not taken Abhi away from her, she would have been married to Abhi by now. Her lie would never have come out and she needed to think of something quick to redeem herself. So, in true Tanu fashion, she hurled stuff at the doctor and yelled "That's wrong, your tests are not correct. You're lying! I demand a re-test." She turned towards Abhi and began her drama. "Abhi, Abhi, please you have to believe me, I'm telling the truth, this baby is yours. I've only ever been with you. I promise Abhi, there's no one else, please believe me. Tell me Abhi, you believe me, na?"

Abhi joined his hands with Pragya and looked at Tanu with utter disgust. "I don't believe you and I never will. I never want to see you again. Hear this, Pragya is my wife and she will remain with that title." He turned towards Pragya and said "It's time you also heard something. I love you and I want to spend the rest of my life with you. Are you willing to walk this journey with me?" Pragya sighed deeply as she looked into his eyes. "I love you too and yes, I want to walk with you every step of the way. I want to share your every joy and your every sorrow. I really do love you."

With that, the couple turned towards the doctors, thanked them profusely for giving them both the beginning of their lives and walked out hand in hand.

"Mission Accomplished!" thought Abhi as he looked forward to spending the rest of his life with the love of his life.
