It's too cute for daadi to hold Abhi like that (compassion) but would it also be appropriate for Pragya to later hold Abhi the same way? Especially if he's down in the dumps.

Yup, and it was so well done.. He hugged her so naturally and she kissed his forehead..
With AbhiGya, the hugs have always been his chest, her head.. The other way round would be a great way to show emotional intimacy, but may be too much for small screen..
