CHAPTER:7
Pragya was sitting in the balcony listening to songs reading a novel after serving dinner to everyone and giving tablet to daadi.Though daadi wanted her to have dinner with everyone she refused as she wanted have dinner with Abhi who still didn't return home as he was busy in recording studio.Though she was keeping the novel opened in her hand for the last 20 minutes she was just looking the same page as she lost in her thoughts of her Abhi with a smile on her lips.She remembered how he supported when electricity went off during her wedding and how Abhi lighted her lighter and completed the marriage ritual.Then how he supported her during their reception and then how he treated with care from their wedding night and felt so blessed to have a husband like Abhi.Pragya from childhood only wanted a loving husband who will understand and respect her after seeing how her father left them.And now after feeling Abhi care and respect for her Pragya felt all her dreams coming true and felt like she didn't want anything more in her life.She just wish that god will keep her and Abhi like this together forever.Just then she felt a hand on her shoulder and she dropped the book in shock and looked up who it was.Seeing it was none other than Abhi she sighed in relief and pulled the ear phones from her ears and looked Abhi with a small glare.
''Abhi are you trying to give me a heart attack or what?''asked pragya and Abhi smiled seeing her cute glare.
''I am sorry meri cute wife but i was calling you for the last few minutes but madam you are so much busy with your songs and novel that you didn't even realize your husband returned home''said Abhi and Pragya smiled hearing this.
''Of course i will be busy with novel and music if my husband wants to spend his time in his recording studio leaving wife alone in the house''said pragya and Abhi pulled her closer to his chest holding her waist.
''Is this your way of saying that you miss me pragya?''asked Abhi and pragya blushed slightly hearing this.
''Nothing like that.Don't think so high of yourself okay''said Pragya rolling her eyes.
''Whatever you say Mrs.Mehra.Now tell me whom songs you were hearing that kept you so engaged?Its my songs right?''asked Abhi with a teasing smile.
''Nehi.I was hearing Arjit singh songs who is my favourite singer.''said pragya and hearing this Abhi placed his hand on his chest with a fake hurt face.
''I am hurt you know.I mean how can a husband tolerate knowing his wife loves someone else songs instead of his''said Abhi and pragya just shook her head seeing his drama.
''Abhi enough of your drama.Now lets go and have dinner.I am relly hungry''said pragya and hearing this Abhi's smiled faded.
''You didn't have dinner till now?''asked Abhi and pragya nodded her head negatively.
''I was waiting for you.Now come on na lets eat''said pragya and Abhi looked her in guilt.
''Actually pragya i already had dinner with my producer.I am really sorry yaar i didn't know you are waiting for me''said Abhi with guilt.
''Abhi its okay.You didn't do it intentionally''said Pragya with a smile though she was little bit upset she understood he did it unintentionally.
''Okay now i will call Robin and ask him to bring the food and i will feed you today''said Abhi with a smile and pragya too smiled hearing this and both of them left to have the dinner.

Pragya was sitting on the bed and Abhi was sitting opposite her and feeding her Rajma chawal and pragya was enjoy eating the food from Abhi's hand.Just then she started to couch and Abhi immediately placed the plate on the bed and took a glass of water and helped pragya to drink it rubbing her back softly.
''Aaram se pragya''said Abhi as pragya drank the water.Once she enough water Abhi placed the water glass back on the tray and looked her with concern.
''Are you alright now?''asked Abhi and pragya nodded.
''I am good Abhi''said pragya with a assuring smile wiping her tears from coughing.
''Okay finish the remaining food''said Abhi taking the plate back and started to feed pragya again.Once pragya finished eating Abhi kept the empty plate on the tray and wiped pragya's mouth making her blush by his casual gesture.
''Pragya if you are not tired can we go and spend some time in garden?''asked Abhi he came out of the bathroom after talking a bath and changing into his night clothes.
''Sure Abhi.Wait a minute i will save this document and we can leave''said pragya who was working on her laptop in her cute night clothes which was a 3/4 pant and cotton T-Shirt.Then she saved the document and left to the garden.

As they entered the garden pragya closed her eyes with a smile feeling the gentle and cool night breeze on her skin.Both of them started to walk for few minutes in silence holding each others hand.
''Lets sit on the swing''said Abhi and pragya nodded.
Once pragya sat on the swing Abhi laid on it resting his head on her lap and pragya just started to run her fingers through his hair and Abhi smiled with content feeling her touch.
''So how was the meeting with the producer?''asked Pragya.
''It went well yaar.I will sign the new album next week and will start the recording the following week''said Abhi and pragya smiled brightly hearing this.
''Really.Abhi i am so happy for you.congrats''said pragya and Abhi felt happy seeing her pure happiness for him.
''Thanks pragya.I already wrote 3 songs for this Album,but still 1 song is pending and i am not getting any idea for the last song''said Abhi with a cute pout.
''I am sure you will find some ideas Abhi.You are the great rockstar and i have full faith in you that you will make this album very successful just like your previous album''said Pragya and Abhi felt really touched to see her faith in him.
''Okay now tell me what are typing seriously in your laptop before?''asked Abhi.
''I was preparing for my classes Abhi.As i am going back to college from monday i have take my class where the substitute professor left.So i am preparing notes for that''said pragya and Abhi nodded.Then he remembered what happened in the producers house before he came with Tanu and started to think deeply whether he should say about it to pragya or not.But after few moments Abhi decided it better to tell her before she comes to know about it by someone else.
''Pragya i want to tell you something''said Abhi and pragya looked him in confusion hearing the sudden seriousness in his voice.
''What is it Abhi?''asked Pragya and Abhi sat up from her lap and took her hand in his.
''Today i met Tanu in producer's house''said Abhi and pragya was shocked to hear this.
''Tanu?Your ex-girlfriend?''asked Pragya and Abhi nodded.
''What was she doing there?''asked pragya and Abhi was gald to hear the confusion in her voice and not any doubt.
''I will tell you everything.But please listen to me patiently okay?''asked Abhi and pragya nodded.Then Abhi started to explain what happened in the producer's house.
FLASHBACK:
''What the hell are you doing here?''asked Abhi with anger.
''Hello to you too Abhi''said Tanu with a smile evil smile
''Just keep your hello aside and tell me what are you doing here''said Abhi in anger.
''Oh come on Abhi its not like only you have the right to enter this house.If you don't remember i too signed the contract with Mr.Raichand last year and i came to talk with him about it.But i should say i am really surprised to see you here.So how are you my boyfriend?''asked Tanu coming near him.
''You ex-boyfriend''said Abhi with a glare.
''Not for long.Do you really think i will let you go and let that pragya live her life happily with you.Abhi i promise you that i will make her leave you and your life by herself soon''said Tanu and hearing this Abhi's blood started to boil.
''Shut up Tanu.Who do you think you are haan?I won't let anything happen like that''said Abhi and Tanu smriked hearing this.
''Well really Abhi.Just imagine how will your wife react when and contact her and say that you left me after using me and married her as you are tired of me.From what i know she is a good girl who will never tolerate injustice happening to others.so what you will do when and meet her and shed some tears telling that you used me and left me when you didn't need me?''asked Tanu and hearing all this Abhi wanted to slap the smile on her.
''Do whatever you want Tanu.But i will never let pragya leave me and even if she leaves me like you said do you really think i will come back to you.Even if you are the last woman on the planet i will never even come near you again.so you better be away from my pragya and my family otherwise you will face bad consequences''said Abhi and Tanu glared hearing him calling pragya as''MY PRAGYA''.
''I will make your precious pragya leave you by herself Abhi and that's my promise.Till then enjoy your time with her as much as you can''said Tanu and left the house in anger leaving an angry and irritated Abhi behind.
PRESENT:
Abhi looked pragya after telling everything and pragya just sat in silence hearing all this.Pragya was really glad that Abhi told everything by himself and she just started to hate this Tanu though she never met her before.She understood Abhi was already wounded by Tanu's rejection for his proposal and seeing her again reopened all his wounds.She may not know Abhi for long,but from what she know about him after spending the last few days with him was that if he loves and cares for someone he will do anything for them.Knowing this she can imagine how much he must have loved and cared for Tanu and how much he must be hurt when she left him when he needed her the most.Just then she saw Abhi looking her with tension.
''Why you told me all this Abhi?''asked Pragya deciding to break the silence as she can see how much her silence is making him tensed.
''I told you all this because i don't want you to misunderstand me if Tanu visit you in future like she said and tell you something stupid about me.Pragya its true i loved her before our marriage,but when she left me when i needed her the most i destroyed all the love i had for her.Now i don't have any place for her in my life anymore and even if she comes and tell anything to you please don't believe her.You are my wife pragya and bahu of this house and none can take your place.Its true we may not love each other yet but after seeing how much you love my family especially my daadi i am sure your are the only person perfect for this house.So i am promise you pragya i will never do something that will hurt you''said Abhi and pragya smiled hearing this.
''Abhi i am so happy that you told me all this.And i promise you i will never let that Tanu come between us.So don't worry about Tanu anymore''said pragya and Abhi smiled hearing this.
''Thanks you pragya.I was really worried after talking with Tanu''said Abhi with relief.
''Abhi as i said on our wedding night i trust and i also know you will not break my trust so stop worrying for this silly matters''said pragya and Abhi nodded.
''Okay i feel like drinking milkshake do you want one i will make it''said Pragya and Abhi nodded.
''Yea i want one''said Abhi and pragya stood up from the swing.
''Okay i will back in 20 minutes with the milkshake''said pragya and left to kitchen to prepare milkshakes for them.
As Pragya left Abhi smiled seeing how understanding she is and he sighed in relief as he was really tensed after talking with Tanu.But now after telling everything to pragya he felt a heavy weight lifted from him.He didn't know why its matter to him what pragya thought about him as it never mattered to him before when the media called him play boy etc.But whenever he was with pragya he felt like he can be himself and thats what he after wanted from a relationship.Now when he has it he didn't know how to express his happiness.He decided to thank daadi tomorrow morning as she is the reason that he got a life partner like pragya.Just then he saw pragya's phone ringing which was beside him and attended the call seeing it was from purvi.
''Hi Purvi''said Abhi.
''Hello Jiju.How are you?''asked purvi and Abhi smiled hearing her cheerful voice.
''I am fine my saali.How are you and others?''asked Abhi.
''Everyone is fine here Jiju.But where is di?''asked Purvi.
''She is in the kitchen now Purvi.Is there anything important you have to tell her?''asked Abhi.
''No Jiju nothing important.I just called her to inform that she left the lavender oil here so that she won' t search there tomorrow''said Purvi
''Lavender oil?But for what?''asked Abhi in confusion.
''Woh Jiju she always massages her hair with lavender oil every sunday''said purvi.
''Okay purvi i will take care of it.''said Abhi.
''Okay then.I will talk to di tomorrow.Good night Jiju''said purvi.
''Good night purvi''said Abhi and disconnected the call.
''Hmmm so professor madman loves lavender oil massage haan''said Abhi with a smile and decided to surprise her tomorrow with this information.
Then after few minutes Pragya returned with a their milkshakes.And both of the started to sip their milkshakes talking about his upcoming albums.Then after few minutes they left to their room to sleep.

Next morning Abhi was the first to wake up and when he looked at him mobile it was already 20 past 8 and he decided to visit daadi to get some lavender oil and then give some massage to her.Just then he saw his wife sleeping peacefully on his chest and he was glad he switched off her alarm last night as he was really enjoying the view of his wife sleeping like a cute baby holding his waist.He just caressed her face and kissed her forehead softly and then carefully removed her from him and stood up from the bed without disturbing her sleep.Then her covered her properly with a blanket and left to the washroom to fresh up.Once he came back from the washroom he left to the living room to see daadi.
As she entered the living room he saw that everyone was already sitting in the dinning table and as daadi saw him he smiled and called him.
''Arrey Abhi we are waiting for you beta.come on and join us and where is pragya beta?''asked daadi
''Daadi you guys have your breakfast.I will have breakfast with pragya later as she is still sleeping''said Abhi and daadi got worried hearing this.
''She is still sleeping?Is she alright beta?she never sleeps this long''said daadi.
''She is fine daadi.I let her sleep as she was always working.''said Abhi and daadi sighed in relief.
''You did the right thing beta.Bechari she really needs this rest as she was always working.''said daadi with a smile and Aaliya rolled her eyes hearing this.
''Daadi i need lavender oil''said Abhi and daadi looked him with confusion.
''Lavender oil?For what beta?''asked daadi.
''Daadi woh pragya likes lavender oil massage for her hair on sundays so i want it to give massage to her today''said Abhi and daadi smiled hearing this.
''Hmm not bad Abhi within one week of your marriage my lazy grandson is ready to give massage to bahu.I never thought i would hear something like this in my life.Looks like my bahu has already wrapped you around her finger''said Daadi with a teasing smile and Abhi blushed hearing this.
''Daadi stop teasing me and tell me where the lavender oil is na''asked Abhi with a pout like a small boy and daadi laughed seeing this.
''Okay okay.I will stop teasing you.Its in my cupboard go and take it.Heat it before giving massage okay.she will feel good if the oil is warm''said daadi and Abhi left to her room with a smile.
''Didi now i am sure you made the right decision by getting Abhi and pragya married as i can see how much she is changing him already''said Indu daadi with a smile.
''Haan Indu.I am really happy to see the change Pragya beta is bringing in him.I know she is the right girl for my Abhi and she is proving it everyday.I just hope god keep these two like this forever''said Daadi.
''Ofcourse they will be happy didi.Afterall their match are made in heaven''said Indu daasi with a smile.
''Woh toh hai''said daadi with a laugh and everyone continued their breakfast as Abhi left to the kitchen to heat the oil.

As Abhi entered the room with her tea and oil in a tray he kept them on the couch and decided to wake her up.He sat beside her on the bed and started to wake up caressing her forehead
''Pragya come on wake up''said Abhi and pragya opened her eyes and looked at him lazily.
''Good morning''said pragya with a lazy smile.
''Good morning now get and brush your teeth.I have bought you green tea''said Abhi and pragya looked him with shock.
''You bought tea for me?''asked pragya sitting on the bed in shock.
''Haan''said Abhi and pragya pinched her hand and hissed in pain.
''Okay I am not dreaming.''said pragya and Abhi looked her in annoyance.
''Oh come on pragya even i can make tea''said Abhi and pragya smiled.
''Okay.I will be back brushing my teeth''said pragya and left to the washroom.
Once she came back Abhi gave her the tea and as pragya took the first sip Abhi looked her with a eager look.
''So how was it?''asked Abhi and Pragya smiled with a nod.
''Its was so good Abhi.I didn't know you are a expert in Tea preparation''said pragya with a impressed look.
''Well there is nothing in this world that this rockstar can't do''said Abhi with a proud smile and pragya just smiled seeing his attitute.Once she finished the tea she kept the empty cup on the tray and got up from the bed to take a bath.But before she could go Abhi stopped her by holding her wrist.
''Where are you going?''asked Abhi.
''To take bath''said Pragya and Abhi shook her head negatively.
''No.How can you take bath without lavender massage on sunday?''asked Abhi and purvi looked him in surprise.
''How did you know about this?''asked Pragya and Abhi winked seeing this.
''I know everything my dear biwi.Now sit down i will give you oil massage''said Abhi and before pragya could protest her made her sit on the floor in between his legs and took the warm lavender oil which was in a glass bowl and started to give her massage.massage. Pragya too closed her eyes in pleasure feeling his fingers on her scalp.Abhi then continued to give her massage for 20 minutes and once he finished the massage he put her hair in a bun.
''Abhi it felt so good thank you so much''said pragya once she got up from the floor with a bubbly smile.
''Its okay pragya.Shall we have breakfast now?''asked Abhi knowing she must let the oil nourish her hair atleast for 30 minutes.
''Sure.Lets go I am already feeling hungry''said Pragya and both of them left to have breakfast.

After finishing the breakfast Abhigya entered their room and Abhi first left to take a bath.
''Pragya get ready soon.We are going to movies today''said Abhi and pragya looked him with a smile
''Movies?Which movies?''asked Pragya.
''First we are going to Jungle book and then to superman vs Batman''said Abhi and hearing this pragya smiled a little girl on Christmas
''Really?I really wanted to go to these movie.You are the best Abhi.I will get ready soon''said Pragya and ran to the bathroom kissing his cheek.Abhi was stood there amused to see her child like happiness just for movies and caressed his cheeks where she kissed him and smiled as it was the first time she kissed him.
''Pagal''said Abhi and left to get ready for the movie.
