One thing is clear purab is again searching with police so they will be there for the climax .. It may be to take them to hospital after taking bullet or they fall down the cliff they get stuck some where ( like no entry climax ) and they bring them up with ropes ...

Or may be Abhi does not yet believe Pragya gives him a lot of importance (perhaps because he has hurt her).. she bows down for her Maa etc.. and he might be surprised that she places him too in the same category.

But above all that, anyone would have bowed to save another person's life especially when that person is fighting for your life.. So it was a weird line from Abhi.

I think because they shot with Shabbir beforehand and rest of the shooting later.. there was not a good correlation with the whole thing.
