As per writing more, I feel this 'bleh' feeling whenever I try to write these days. Hope the show gets better.

Drabble: Hate

(not a new drabble, but it was buried in AbhiGya AT. Thanks Mina for bringing it to my attention. It was written post-MMS pre-kidnap times)

I know I should hate my husband.

Yes, I know.

He married me to attain revenge, under misguidance.

He has an affair with another woman and says he loves her, wants to marry her.

And of course, he does not love me, you know. And may be even ask me to leave him in the near future..

Enough reasons to hate him!

But then, hate is not my cup of tea and then he has literally saved my life, my sister's life, saved my mother's bread and butter marriage hall, stands up for me... and all that. So, I am grateful to him.

Yet, he is not really my husband, he still has a girlfriend...

I still don't hate him.

Because when he calls me "Chashmish" with a naughty blink...

When he asks me how do I sleep in the balcony since I can't sleep in the dark...

When he finds my chubby childhood picture and names me Fuggy...

When he messes my hair and calls it a jungle...

When he calls my dresses chatris...

When he comes up with the most ridiculous arguments to win over me...

When he sleeps with his bums up...

Okay there are too many such silly things to list...

But I have to tell you this one last thing...

It's when he plays the nose button game with me- It works like this- I talk nonstop, he presses an imaginary button on my nose he has come up with, and I stop talking and then, he presses it again and I start talking again... You guys got that? Believe me, I have not played such games.. even when I was a kid...

He makes me feel alive...

Husband or no husband, I have given up on hating him.
