Chapter 5
The story starts with pragya telling suresh that she will go and see dadi and suresh stopping her.
"what is it suresh?" she asks questioning
"pragya you don't belong to their family anymore, you know very well abhi won't let you get in the house." he said
"I have every right to see dadi, after all she's still my in law." she said sternly
suresh tried to explain it to pragya that she doesn't belong there and that she should move on, but pragya refuse to accept the truth. She turns around to leave ignoring suresh yelling, dadi is awake, i know shes asking for me, please i have to see her she thought
Suresh got on his motorcycle and drove next to her " please pragya turn back, don't do this." he said pleading, when she didn't say anything he tried persisting her again,but she continues to ignore him determine to reach to abhi house. she called for taxi but no one stopped, she was about to try again when she suddenly felt a headache.
putting her hand on her head, she stagger back a little. suresh seeing this quickly got of his motorcycle and rush to her. "pragya are you ok?" he asks
"yeah, i;m just a little tier-she tried saying before falling unconscious , quickly he called for help and people starts surrounding him, some of the guys helped pick her up and take her back to her house. When the family saw her condition they were worried.
"suresh what happened to her?" bulbul asks
"she was heading to abhi house and she fainted." he said looking down
"what!, why would Didi go there" she asks making suresh clench his fist
"I told her about dadi waking up." he said regretful
bulbul was about to explode on him when sarla asks him the same question she did. sighing bulbul left them and walk to pragya room. Didi she thought, why do keep hurting yourself like this she thought don't you know how worried we are she thought while walking to her bed. She watch as pragya open her eyes and sit up. Bulbul seeing this hugs her before asking how she was feeling.
"i'm fine, just a little bit dizzy, its probably because i didn't eat." she said
"then i better start cooking so you can get well." sarla said while coming in with warm milk
she pass it to pragya and she drank it, then she worriedly look at her, now that she actually look she could see how stress she is, and she lost some of her baby fat on her face. my poor baby, she must be missing abhi, maybe i should call him so he can see her, he's probably missing her as well. she thought oblivious to everything
she excuses herself and went to the hallway, there she use her phone to dial abhi number. Meanwhile, abhi was writing his new songs for his new album, you would think he was concentrating but you're wrong. He was trying to forget pragya by working himself, after what happened this morning he felt angry at himself. why is chashme ruining my life he thought after her betrayal why do i still care for her he thought shaking his head.
"No, i won't let her come in my head." he said standing up
"why abhi, i'm your wife your suppose to think about me." she said coming to him
" no you're nothing to me, nothing." he says to her
"why? i didnt do anything wrong to make you hate me, i've done everything a wife should." she said touching his shoulder making him shiver
" look chashme." he said turning around to see her, both of them having an eyelock
"look at me abhi, do you really hate me that much?" she pleads
abhi for a second there was hypnotized by her eyes, those round brown eyes that he missed,especially when shes looking at him like that. he was about to admit how he feel when he realizes what's going on.
pushing her away, he glares at her "I hate you chashme, you ruined my life." he said then said "i see what your doing now, even when you're gone you're using your sorcerers to make me imagine you." he said before coming to her, cornering her " when did you hypnotize me? was it when we were in the changing room?...No ...or maybe it was before you left." he said watching her get confuse, he grab her hands and squeeze it hurting her, she told him to let her go but he refuses.
He continues to watch her painful expression, not caring if her hand break. Just when he was about to squeeze it harder his phone rang snapping him from his daydream. frustrated he sighs and then grab his phone. He picks it up and say hello
Elsewhere, sarla was happy when she heard his voice "hello abhi"
"yes" he said
" i'm sorry to bother you, since you're probably busy." she said
"actually i'm not anymore, what is it." he said a little harsh, but sarla didn't catch his tone changing
"well pragya fainted today, and i think its because shes been stressing out a lot and also i think its because she misses you." she said hearing no answer on the phone
"abhi?"she asks
"uh..yeah..i'm here." he said
"anyway, how long will you guys continue to fight, you should make up with her already because she miss you." she said
" she misses me?" he asks
"of course, she hasn't been eating lately and she lost weight, i think you should come and see her, stay for a week ." she said
meanwhile, abhi smirks then said " fine, i'll be there tomorrow."
"thank you abhi, pragya will be so happy." she said before hanging up
So she didn't tell her family about the divorce,huh he thought then evilly said " i will destroy everything you had, just like how you destroyed me. I will make sure your family know about our divorce and i will be there to see you in pain." he says before going to the bathroom.
