1st bold: i might have to pick your brains. I have uncles in the army too, but i know it will take them months to get back to me, if they even do. So, you might just become my sounding board on this one.

2nd bold: who are you asking about? Col Brandon? Suresh in the show? Or Suresh in my story?

Suresh in the soap. Did he have a romantic past?

I have no clue Tia. Have they even covered his past at all?

Btw, why do the Aroras hate him so much? I don't get that. Its not as if they knew about the real reason why Pragya's marriage to him broke - did they? Not till he did his drunken act? Then why the overwhelming hate and disgust at the guy?

Aroras are recently upset with him for confessing to love BB in a drunk status at Mehra new year party.

Oh. So this is recent then? What upsets them more - that he loves BB? Or that he was drunk when he confessed? Or that he confessed in public? And are they upset with him for BB or for Pragsy?

I think i have figured out the tortured hero past. Now i have to work out a valid reason to get SuBul married.

Q - some one mentioned army background for Suresh. True in the show? Or is that only a Col. Brandon left-over?

Kat, Dee had offered a reason one how SuBul would get married in the show. So she thinks that if Purab doesn't turn up at the mandap due to Neiliya and BB marries Suresh so she won't lose face.

I think this is how it would be : Ok so its Rabul wedding day, and Neiliya team up to prevent Purab from reaching the mandap. So everyone starts panicking but especially BB. And BB already blames herself for Pragya's broken marriages, her troubles with Abhi and her kidnapping. She doesn't want to cause the family even more shame and trouble, so she begs Suresh to marry her on an impulse. She is a very impulsive character in general, na! And Suresh denies at first but is then blackmailed by BB to do it. So they get married and no one knows about it until after they get married.

I don't think a Subul marriage will happen soon, but when it happens it will surely be sudden.

It's an interesting question - BB's engagement is complete so presumably her wedding is near. So there could be drama soon...hard to tell.

Just had an awful thought...I DON'T want to see this track but it's a possibility...what if a few months down the line...BB becomes a tragic widow? And she and Suresh make some kind of compromise or pity marriage after that.

That would be unbearably sad for so many reasons. KKB likely won't go that route.

Frankly I think KKB doesn't really care who BB is with - they're still only using her in service to the main love story.

But we'll see what we'll see...
