Mina, Mina - i looove the SuBhi ones. And Tia is right. I do remember reading one where the two discuss their wives. No idea where. You don't have them catalogued???

So, all this SuBul reading is giving me ideas. Or just one idea (i am no Minamma 😆). Simmering away, so i have to see how it pans out for a ficlet.

Something happens - Marianne-Willoughby level i am guessing ('coz otherwise i don't see our bird growing up soon). And somehow - again tbd - BB marries Su. Lots of Rab ne Banadi Jodi types situation. And then how they eventually come together.

I know. Cliched. But the situation is begging to happen. So lets see, if i can flesh it out enough and if it turns out to be different enough from RNBJ, i might write it.

love your idea. i don't care if it's cliches. haven't seen it from your pen - it will be new enough to me!!

i've had a flash for how to continue that subul OS from september - too bad the pipeline is sooo clogged with abhigya and neiliya that i wont be able to get to it any time soon :(

and no i dont have archives!! i'm more prolific than i can handle. i need an archivist who isn't me. *contemplates this*

as for the wives thing, it's in the drunk drabble i posted already. i don't think i ever wrote more than this bit:

*then they discover that in each other they have the best possible person to complain to about their wives - they're married to a pair of sisters, after all, and for all that bb and pragya have very different personalities, they have remarkably similar behaviour patterns*

*abhi is patiently listening to suresh describe for the second time how utterly maddening he finds it when bulbul moves his stuff around because she doesn't agree with his organizational methods - it's only fair because abhi has by this point told suresh four times about pragya's annoying habit of ending every argument with a "you'll see!" - when his darling mrs. rockstar walks into the flat!!*

somehow i will make this happen...will try to think like cynical cracky CVs...

you know the typical "hero smears sindoor on heroine in a fit of possessive rage"...too bad there isn't a symbol like that for men. our bb could do that to suresh, but suresh would end himself before doing something so primal to her.

...i think. but WHO KNOWS what is behind that buttoned up exterior.

an older man, with a dark military past. so many things could be fighting against the nice guy front he struggles to put onto the world.

...now mina brain is developing suresh as tortured hero ideas. which is plain out stupid. STOP IT MINA BRAIN STOP...
