Mohinder Behaving Totally Out of Character

It surely looks like Mohinder is down with short-term amnesia. This is clear from the sudden 180 degree change, where Mohinder is behaving totally out of character.

In yesterday's episode I was aghast to see Mohinder Bhai get all pally-pally with Lovely, assuring her that Amyra's position in the Gill household was secure even though she was not Sikander's daughter. Mohinder went so far as to bless Lovely with his hand over her head.

What happened to Mohinder's challenge to Lovely that Sikander would definitely find out the truth of Kulfi being his own daughter? What happened to Mohinder's anger and sorrow when he found out that Lovely manipulated the situation to send Kulfi to Tevar?

Moreover what happed to Mohinder's sense of hatred and desire for revenge for Lovely pushing his wife Gunjan to the ground and causing her paralysis?

Furthermore should not Mohinder be outraged when he discovered further proof of Lovely's fraudulence and lies --hiding her pregnancy and hiding the fact that Amyra is not Sikander's child? Why is Mohinder protecting, even rewarding Lovely for her lies and deceit? I understand that Mohinder would be uncomfortable revealing Amyra's truth, but that does not mean he should assure Lovely. It would have been more in Mohinder's character to continue the suspense of whether Sikander found out anything from Chiroli and to threaten Lovely that he would reveal her lies to all.

Finally what is keeping Mohinder from revealing Lovely's truth to Sikka now? He knows now that Lovely is vulnerable and helpless as she is entangled in so many situations over which Mohinder has power. For example Mohinder could ask Lovely to choose which he would rather reveal to Sikander --that she hurt his own wife Gunjan, or that Kulfi is Sikander's daughter? Why is Mohinder being a weakling? I don't want him to torture Lovely in the name of revenge but it is out of character for Mohinder to sit back and support wrong actions either.
