Good morning, good evening - Dr Babs. That is so true - we all go through some loss in our lives. We need to be reminded that there will be periods of sadness in our lives, and to move forward, be strong for those who are around us, continue to share our precious memories of those we have lost, since no one change our circumstances, but can only grow from the loss. Reminding ourselves that we should be grateful for who we have around us.

Very touching thought Doc Babs, but nevertheless the truth of life.

No one can escape periods of sadness or troubles but hope it will pass. Each loss makes us stronger and more determined to cherish what we have. All live in hope of seeing a brighter future for us and our loved ones 😃🤗
