Toughing yet factual post Doc.

It's truth of life.
Jeevan ki sachhai yahi hai
Kabhi sukh , kabhi dukh ko apnana hai
Jab Sikh lenge hum hona sukh-dukh se pare
Tabhi utar payenge jindagi ke kasauti mein khare...
Dukh se hi sukh ka anand hai
Dridhata hi jeevan ka lakshya hai
De hamein itni sakti daata
ke Kisi mode par hum kamjor ho na...
App ko bhi jadu ki do zappi🤗🤗

So true and lovely verses Dr. Leenaji 🤗

Hello Dr. Babs and other friends,
With so many deadlines dancing on my head, I have no business being here but just came to take a look n this was the first thing I saw... couldn't resist writing this here.. I love these lines from the title song of kora kagaz:
Dukh ke andar sukh ki jyoti
Dukh hi sukh ka gyan
Dard sah ke janm leta
Har koi insan
Vo sukhi hai
Jo khushi se dard sah gaya
Mera jeevan kora kaagaz kora hi reh gaya

Great, thoughtful and emotional post doc.

Pain is the part of life, the important ingredient that makes us feel the beauty and tenderness of the feeling that brings smile on our faces. I don't know why but your post reminds me of Ghalibs couplet:

Kitnaa khouff hota hai shaam kay andheroon mein,
Poonch un parindoo say jin kay gharr nahi hotay ...

Only the person who knows the depths of the darkness he or she dwell in can understand its intensity.

Inspite of life stabbing us to deepest wounds, it makes us to go through a healing process, schooling us to wisdom to help us grow strong. H.W. Longfellow's Psalm of life defines it aptly:

Tell me not, in mournful numbers,
Life is but an empty dream!
For the soul is dead that slumbers,
And things are not what they seem.

Life is real! Life is earnest!
And the grave is not its goal;
Dust thou art, to dust returnest,
Was not spoken of the soul.

Not enjoyment, and not sorrow,
Is our destined end or way;
But to act, that each to-morrow
Find us farther than to-day.

In the world's broad field of battle,
In the bivouac of Life,
Be not like dumb, driven cattle!
Be a hero in the strife!

Let us, then, be up and doing,
With a heart for any fate;
Still achieving, still pursuing,
Learn to labor and to wait.
