Maybe I am jumping the gun here. But Mallika is beginning to seriously frustrate me and test my patience.

I mean why does this show always have to be about Mallika? Yes, for every Ram, there has to be a Raavan. But was Ram's story only about Raavan? There was a story before Raavan and again after Raavan too.

In the last year now, all we've got to see is a bad Mallika, a badder Mallika and then a baddest Mallika. We had the suicide excuse, the lunacy excuse and now the pregnancy excuse. The name of the excuse changes but excuse it remains. The objective of course never changes. Emotional blackmail of Ashutosh is all it is about every time. I think Ashutosh needs to be anointed for putting up with a woman like this for twelve years. Or he needs to be decorated as the stupidest man on the planet.

I am a mother of two. I know what I am talking about. Pregnancy and childbirth change a woman fundamentally. But of course this is Mallika we are talking about, The only constant about Mallika is no change, it appears!

I am not asking her to turn into a saatvi and do puja paat, But when is she going to start behaving like a normal person would under her circumstances? Of course, her circumstances are not normal. That would be the answer. Given that, shouldn't there be some change in her? I don't get this. Even an animal tries to protect its young ones. A mother is like a tigress. She will lash out at anyone trying to harm her child. This woman is cool as a cucumber and feels no threat when told of her ex-husband. Okay, maybe she does not care about herself but what about the child she is carrying? There has been no concern exhibited so far except the pitiful line about living for the child. Lady, your behaviour certainly does not lend credence to your speech.

She has made an attempt on the life of a man's wife. He still cares enough to protect her when in danger. And she asks him how she will pass time all alone? And better still wonders why he is doing what he is for her when he has a wife. Those lines just killed it for me!

KPji says give me and Mallika a chance!

I want to be given a good reason before I even think of giving a chance!

😆 since i never gave a chance to either KPji or his soulmate, its mute discussion for me...yes, a mother is like a tigress...a mother puts her child before everyone and everything...but Mallika is not a normal person Sujatha...her psychological issues are too deep routed to be erased...whatever she has done ever since the beginning of KTLK is to possess AShu for herself...whether its getting Nidhi fired for no reason or taking BB's house by foul means or even getting married...the day she was getting married, she expected Ashu or BB to come and stop the wedding...that was the main and only reason for her last minute phone call to BB that day...so thought if she took such an extreme step, it would force AShu to come fwd..which didn't happen...and the phase 2 entry of Mallika is better left unsaid...so this phase 3 won't and can't be drastically different...

Suja, I agree with what you say...my point is as a storyteller, won't you get tired of telling the same story again and again and again...as a viewer, I am already tired!

do you watch Chota Bheem and Krishna cartoon series?? there is a negative character in that - Tirmada...in every story, both this Bheem and Krishna join forces and destroy him and he will find a way to come back again in the next story...i think 4 series with the same character have been released so far...or is it 5?? have to ask my elder one...this one reminds me of that...so all we need to have is the mindset of a 6 yr old, and we would end up enjoying the current track...

My million dollar question is Why Asutosh should yield to that emotional blackmailing/ Is there a strong reason that a man forgiving the woman who tried to kill his wife still feels concerned about her. If it is only on humanitarian grounds the practical way is to hand over to her brother and repay her money. Why the man wants to keep her in his life and custody? Why the great writer is building
a story with such a weak logic. He doesnt spend enough time for his story and other characters but give lame excuses by twisting puranas to defend M. He forgets Ravan got noticed because he was in Ram's story not vice versa. That's why it is Ramayana and not Ravanayana.

Suja, children have a very poor attention span...am sure even if the characters are the same, the story must be exciting enough to hold their attention...that is the problem here.!

Radhika, the answer is in the post...Ashutosh is either a sant mahatma or the world's greatest idiot!
