Children are a continuous and never ending responsibility and literally the problems grow along with the children...So, If one delays having children, it leads not only a medical problem, but also social problems...If one decides to have children first and career later... the continuous humiliation being a junior always is such a mental trauma..that one cannot describe in words...

In certain western countries, the gap in the career for being a house wife and looking after children is considered as a possible excuse... but, in the countries like India, no one considers this. No relaxation in the age limit for such a criteria while applying for jobs too...
