Mehek.. great post!
I have gotten over the initial shock and trauma and I do believe all of you guys have helped me deal with this better. I really do not know if I can be that "involved" in the show ever again, even if I do bring myself to watch it. And I'm really okay with that, its shaken me out of my deep addiction and I'm kinda thankful for it now...cause I'm taking it as a lesson learnt and doing my best to move on..

I dedicate this song to all MB. AshNi/Mohika and Ashu lovers

These were exactly my sentiments. Then when i thought it over i realised that we fans are the only ones getting so upset at this announcement whereas the person concerned and the PH are just not bothered about our sentiments. So it is better to keep our hurt aside and look at the brighter side of things.

At Bold...Ur words mirror my sentiments...This has been a real eye-opener for me and I now realise that it is in our best interests not to get addicted to any show or character or actor...The show can be wound up by the channel at the drop of a hat, a character may be mercilessly butchered by the CVs to suit their purpose (read for the sake of TRPs), or as in this case an actor may leave a show giving a flimsy excuse such as bad health...They are least bothered what effect their sudden decision has on us...So why play into their hands and upset our moods because of their actions?????

As for the show...i too am not sure what my reaction to it is going to be but that only time will tell...For the sake of the others will definitely give it a shot and watch the upcoming episodes...

But one thing is clear...MB as a person has definitely from grace in my eyes...What lives on is MB as Dr Ashutosh...That will be difficult to forget...But as they say time is the best healer...And who knows things may turn out for the better...Remember every cloud has a silver lining...May be this decision of the actor, PH and Channel may also have a silver lining...

Thats exactly what I thought...When the person concerned is having a gr8 time why should we also not do the same?...So Lets all get back to being our happy carefree selves and enjoy whatever is left of the show...If at all the show does not pick up then we can at least have a gr8 time on the forum...What say u all?????

Yes time is definitely a gr8 healer...Some time down the road may be we will look back at all this and laugh at our reaction...

Great post mehek u summed it up brilliantly.All i have to is that at end end of it all its always us fans who are taken for a ride, i will also give the new ashu a chance cause i love the show for kritika and for ashni so i am willing to what happens next and maybe we might even getter better memories of new ashu and nidhi

Totally agree Today i realize MB have done a great mercy on us by leaving the show because after this more of us get on our normal condition otherwise our families was very tiered of our Ashni phobia as we know now if we get courage to give one more chance to KTLK that will never have that type of attachment with the story or with the jodi.so all fans go and say thanks to MB sir how much he help us to get out of all that rona dhona on illogical tracks.

I pray for him to get best in future don't know why i respect him so much.

well..hope my post doesnt harm anyones feelings..but would like to tell one thing..sometimes we hurt others so that they can live happily..this is wat MB wanted..he wanted everyone to move on..this is wat his first post after his exit meant..even now he wants the fans and viewers to move on..he said he is chilling coz he wanted us to feel bad that fans are depressed and he is chilling..and he knew that wen this happens fans will surely start watching ktlk again coz everyone thinks that MB doesnt care for his fans as he is chilling..thats wat MB wanted and thats wat each and everyone is doing..remember..we hurt those whom we love and who are very close to us..this is through experience..thats why i thought ill give a reply..
