PART 4

Everyday was new for Ashutosh.Everyday a new colour was being introduced to him.One fine day when he had plan to have lunch with her, he saw a great trouble.The monotonous life was not so monotonous anymore. In disguise of that monopoly, huge changes were being made.

An injured girl was admitted in the hospital.She got injured because of her husband.She couldn't take the intimacy from her husband and they were just married.Ashutosh was talking to the husband. Nidhi was trying to stop the bleeding.The girl was turning into white gradually.

"She is your wife Mr. Chaudhry, what was the hurry?"

" Doctor Saab, I am a man, what is my fault? Last 2 years I have spent my life as a celibate monk after the death of my wife, I wanted to marry immediately after that, but what people would have said then?"

" How old are you?"

" I am 40?"

Nidhi was stunned, the man is 40! The girl is hardly 22.

"Your wife's age?"

" 21."

"Had you completely lost it Mr.Chaudhry? Isn't she too young for you? How her parents agreed for this marriage?"

" No option Sirjee, they have 3 more daughters, I had the wealth."

"Mr. Chaudhry , this is one kind of rape, you know that?"

"What rape Sirjee? She is my wife, I was telling her not to get scared, but she wasn't ready to listen, I literally begged to her, but she was being adamant, what option I had? I am 40, my first wife was certified as infertile by the Doctors, is it a crime that I wanted my second one to get pregnant as early as possible?"

" Then you wanted a child bearing machine I suppose, and you are 40, you should have gone fore an older woman, divorced or widow..like you..not a young spinster..."

"Oye, why I would want that? I still have the stamina to afford a virginal bride..."

Nidhi had had enough..." For God's sake ,both of you..please stop, her pulse is sinking and you people are discussing about your...whatever.."

After 4 bottles of blood transfer,the girl got stable.Ashutosh was constantly monitoring her. Nidhi was throwing disgusted look at Mr. Chaudhry.Other interns were whispering among them.

"You are alright Dr. Verma?" Ashutosh said.

"This..Chaudhry must be in jail, he is a rapist.."

"No provision for marital rape is in Indian Penal Code Dr. Verma unless the wife is less than 15 years.On the other hand , getting intimate with judicially separated wife is rape, even if she is willing.."

"But, consent must be the main criteria I presume.."

" Yes, that is how it supposed to be, but it is not..society will take time to understand it".

After two days, when the girl was shifted from ICU, then Nidhi came to check her.She wasn't looking that bad.Nidhi said, "Why did you marry him? You should get a divorce immediately?"

The girl was clueless,"What are you talking Doctornijee?He is my husband."

"He raped you.."

" No, it's not like that."

"He is too old for you.."

"I also thought that Doctornijee, but after seeing him I agreed to marry him,he is nonetheless attractive and he didn't rape me, I was equally willing, but I got scared,and for him,it was impossible to stop that time."

"You could have died ,you fool..!"

"No, I have full faith on him, he would have done anything to save me."

"You are not getting it, you are nothing but a mere sex object for him."

"It is not a sin. You educated people make things so complicated.If he wants that what is wrong in that? Why men and women get close?Why they fall in love?If a man is craving for my body and I am equally craving for him, what is your problem?"

"You are craving for that old..Unclejee?"

"He is my husband Doctornejee, don't speak ill about him, and always remember men never get that old and women never remain that young."

After nibbling the nugget of knowledge Nidhi got out of the cabin, saw Mr. Chaudhry.
" Namaste Doctornijee, can I go inside?" he said with a huge grin.

Nidhi wished to punch that moron very hard, she said," Remember,it's hospital, not your bedroom, don't start again"..and walked towards the children ward.

In the evening, when Ashutosh was too tired after doing 5 operations without taking a break,he came in the record room for some files, with a paper made glass of tea.Nidhi was updating some files.

"Hello..will you have some tea Doctor?"

"No thank you, just sign these files, I have to submit them to Dr. Mallika."

"Okay, just sit, relax, there is no hurry..tell me, how is Mrs. Chaudhry?"

" Please ,I don't want to talk about her, she is mad?"

Ashotush was surprised.Nidhi told what she heard from Mrs. Chaudhry.

"She is not wrong Dr. Nidhi, in case you have failed to notice, Mr. Chaudhry is very much handsome and attractive, and it just happened,I mean they are okay with that..and men will be men.."

Nidhi got so angry, "You don't have any respect for the feelings of any girl, how do know that the girl hadn't surrendered to the situation because of poverty? She is only a sex object for that man and justifying that, just because she has no other option, the very first day when her parents gave her to the man, that day she realised even if she wanted to be free,her parents won't support her.You are a pig head Dr. Ashutosh,how can you say that? Ohh..now I got it, when I was treating the girl, you were getting full details about the intercourse,aahhh..you were enjoying that. As if you were watching a blue film.You are such a hypocrite."

"Watch your mouth Dr.Nidhi. There is no need to get personal.."..Ashutosh warned..

"Why? You always behave that you are allergic to females, but you are interested in men-women intimacy, you take pleasure of that, a sick kind of pleasure,basically there is no difference between that Chaudhry and you.." Nidhi was fuming when she failed to notice that Ashutosh left his seat and came to her.

A hectic day and vague kind of allegation, he had had enough..he just grabbed her shoulder and made her stand in front of him.Then made a strong hold around her waist by right hand and grabbed her neck by left hand.

"Next time, you watch your mouth, and don't get judgmental. I can say the same about you. You also got details about their intimacy. Who knows ,if you were enjoying that just like you alleged about me?"..Ashutosh said as he felt the shiver in her skin.He saw her eyes, her smooth skin, her lips, and the sweat drops on her forehead.

Her breath made him out of control, he kissed on her chick,then on forehead.She was responding with her entire existence, that shook Ashutosh to his self.He kissed on her neck and ear and whispered, " It seems, you are not immune to me.I thought the feeling was very one sided."

Nidhi kept her hand on his heart, it was beating very fast. He drew her closer, in his embrace.He said, "You see , I also have the stamina, in fact I have more, Chaudhry was married once, I wasn't." His hand was caressing her neck and it was going down.

Either Nidhi offered her lips to him or he took hold of them with his lips,what happened that is a mystery, but all Rangnath saw, that they were kissing each other.The doors were slightly opened, Rangnath was searching Dr. Ashutosh.

He heard, "Don't provoke me again, it is for your own good.You are right, there is no such difference between me and that Chaudhry."

" Comb your hair Dr. Verma"..Ashutosh said when he was drinking his tea and staring at Nidhi, whose head was bent.Ashutosh said in a cool impersonal tone , " Take your things, I will drop you at your residence."

"I don't want that"..

"Irrelevant to me, you are at a vulnerable position, I can't leave you alone, you can go to the Police and complain that I sexually harassed you , when we both know what actually happened.I am not letting you to make any kind of fuss."

It's nothing sensational..it's about everyday challenges what Doctors come across.It's about a man with middle age syndrome, it's about a girl with teenage syndrome.😆

Hi...a warm welcome...it really has been a very long time...

Lovely to see u back with beautiful update.

OMG...did Nidhi told all that...thought Ashu might get very angry on her...well the situation suggests otherwise😉☺️.

Looking forward for the story lineup...how their marriage is gonna be revealed to all...hope Mallu doesn't play any role their making the situation much more complicated.

This update was a pleasent surprise for me.
Good to see you back.
I loved your previous chapter,it was quite very interesting.
Always wanted to read how this story will proceed.
And finally after so much of waiting we got it.
Thanks for updating.

Did ranga knew about there relation?
If not then he saw them and heard them what will be his reaction.
And how there relation will be revealed to others.
Lot of questions in mind.
Eagerly waiting for the next update.
After such a long break ,expect that you won't be keeping us waiting for longer.
