Sony TV's 'Kuch Toh Log Kahenge' lost its charm?

Sony TV's primetime show 'Kuch Toh Log Kahenge' which was launched with most expectations has lost its charm on its viewers. The show which was expected to be popular amongst the viewers as Sony TV's other serial 'Bade Acche Lagte Hain' has not been to garner much TRPs. Reason: Same concept as Bade Acche Lagte Hain and popular show Balika Vadhu on rival channel Colors at the same time.

The TRPs of Kuch Toh Log Kahenge have been quite low from day one. The show which has veteran actor Mohnish Bahl, Krittika Kamra and Rukhsar in the lead roles has failed to create a magic mainly because of its concept of younger woman falling in love with older man, which is similar to 'Bade Acche Lagte Hain' on the same channel. So viewers are finding the concept a repetition and the storyline dull in this case.

ok today we are ending up in circles discussing the same thing🤣
pray from where did u get this one ??? Looks like some one just copied parts of TOI article and put it in their mag😆
or are u talking abt the same article?

i got this article from tv basthi site why u all are tensed i am also watching ktlk i am not against ktlk i saw this article no one is posted ok then i posted don't get me wrong guys

How did u conclude that I am 'tensed'??😆
Almost the same thing came in today's TOI. So obviously the tv site has copied it coz how otherwise wud they too find BALH & KTLK similar in concept😆
by the way haven't seen u around here in KTLK forum. Are u new here?

ya shamil two shows are quite similar...but ktlk i like nidhi character only i don't like dr.mallika and ashitosh...i love nidhi character i watched ktlk because of her

I don't mean to offend anyone here on this forum. KTLK..started with a lot of expectations. The fact that it was based on an evergreen Dhoop Kinare added to it .

Fortunately the Actors are flawless. Be it MB, KK or even that Dadi. The problem lies in the script. " MALLIKA " character is just another character from Ekta's Serial. Her plotting and scheming is bringing the KTLK 's TRP down. I am one of the few who has watched Dhoop Kinare in the late 80's. They are turning KTLK into a regular serial and that is very disappointing in my opinion.

I wish they don't bring it down with the script. If one observes the time line the serial is stuck since the Brother / SIL character have been introduced the TRP"s are not picking up.

Did we expect to see another vicious/ plotting/ scheming serial when we first started to watch KTLK ? The answer is NO.

Wish the makers stop and give it a thought. And BALH and KTLK have no similarities at all.

They are very different...:)
