BALH concept is about late marriages where the main protagainsts are going through a phase where they have crossed the time line of marriage interms of teh way the "culture of marriage timeline" is drawn according to our ansesctors ..These theories still hold good even today thats why come what may in the nth centurery also that thought will pass on from generation to generation and pressureize the present generation that shaadi ka time line beetha jaa raha hai u must get married..
Its a norm which is being focused and once two indivduals get married taking the arranged marriage samjthutha way the next step is compatibility and adjustment and falling in love..
Thats BALH..
Now coming to KTLK.. the conecept is about the main protaganist falling in love who are of different genre and the age gap is almost that of a generation OK not actually of a generation but yes now a days when you see people of teh same age group falling in love its fine and its natrual but when you see two people who have an age gap of 15 years or 20 years and falling in love its a big talk of teh town and it will be for a while and thats when the Kuch talk will dwell in the log and they will speak the kahengay,...
So they are completely different , But yes I am not too happy with the way they dealt with Nidhi's side of falling in love a totally drill bit of forcefully making her feel that she is in love with Dr. Ashutosh, The depth totally lacks there and maybe I had a higher expectatition to see how the female protaganists would feel teh depth of this relastionship in terms of understandong how she could feel even if its the first time, and being at an age of 24 I guess a little bit of maturity can be shown and also the field she has taken ,...
I am going to hope that the track of Dr. Ashutosh falling in love would be convincing , since this concept of older man and younger women can be shown well, and with depth of the concept it deals with , so I am hope I can see something along the lines where Ashutohs's side will be more beleievable..
Comming to Mallika , her character of being possessive and the rant of barah saal baad seems terribly pushed in and her SIL is adding unnecessary fuel to the fire, Mallika's character needs some reformation Ruksaar is a good actress I hope they do justice...
My two cents
