Even knowing that she fell in love , she witnessed Maa & Beta weird pyar and other siblings were neglected

Even when Riya said she wanted to join Dev’s office Ishu was not happy .

Ishu is that kind of a Maa who always prefer Boys over girls ...Sona's family is totally opposite they gave both children a chance to flourish .

Knowing all these Sona decided to go back again and again.

Devakshi still love each other and not happy without each other

In that case it is better to forgive each other and live peacefully for the sake of their children at least.

Sona does some thing very unhealthy for relationship that is “ every argument bringing the past stories and fight which she herself said many times past is over no need to talk”

MOCKING & passing crude comments that is more irritating than direct fighting !

That is what Bijoy does on Dev every single time

Then he says last epi “ win or loose end the fight , don’t ruin preset with past “😂

After the fight then the females Sona & Ishu again say

Maa , Sonakshi then hug , cry , pacify each other , patch up with each other... They can even plan to keep Varma out of Soha & Ayush lives . All these happening without Dev’s knowledge he still thinks fight still on because of the pathetic way they keep harmony in marriage 🙄

See how it is going on now !

Every character in the story has their own shades of colours ....

Some characters more of negative some some more positive shades !

Marriage counsellor will make them both think that is what they are going to show I guess but then there is a new entry too

I honestly don't agree. its almost as if she's at fault for what she went through.as if its not the person who's putting her through it thats wrong but the one that's suffering thats at fault. kind of victim blamy

also dev and ishu learnt nothing and are repeating the same past mistakes at such you would have to bring up the past.

because its only the past that defines you and not the present. present is defined of the past, even the future is dependent on the past.

learning nothing from history and forgetting history is genuinely the stupidest thing a human can do

That is why I said

Choice people make

It was Sona’s choice to go back to Dev

Dev and Maa are one unit

I am not blaming Sona , she is a victim of her own choice

It is her life , she is not happy with out Dev either !

She still long for his hugs & closeness

Sona knew history and never learned any thing from it , so she lacks brain? She is an intelligent woman

It is not that the point is she still wants Dev love is still there

She is still in love with Dev , in that case they must work on their marriage that is what makers are doing now

Growing up defines us agreed but it is not healthy in marriage while having argument bringing past fighting stories to present , I am only telling that “

That kind of habit is very unhealthy for a marriage

😂😂😂😂

That is all I am telling , I am telling relationship point not generally

I can’t explain more than this 😂

Definitely broke up after hospital 1st break up, would have taken 2 years and moved on completely...

In any case separated for 7 years, then no matter what, even its single forever, would never get back to that partner...

Life is beautiful, cannt take so much due to maa/beta duo...happily stayed away...

Mission baby Dixit phase was undoubtedly the worst one. I could still understand & excuse the first break up because at that point of time, ishwari was the most important person in his life & he was completely dependent on her for his happiness though it was Sonakshi who he needed more & who brought the colours of love in his life. It would have been a shock for him to see his maa almost lifeless after taking an overdose of sleeping pills & he would have been numb inside unable to comprehend or process anything. But yes, it should have rung a warning bell to Sonakshi ( which it definitely did) that Dev could discard her so easily from his life when it came to matters concerning his mother. Ideally, she should have not got married to him even then as she did ask him at one of the lowest point in his life during this break up when he was drunk & had lost his way, to just say the word that he wants her back & she would willingly convince her parents & everyone else if he only said the word. But Dev didn't. For him, his mother's wishes & feelings counted more than his love for Sonakshi. Sonakshi finally agreed to marry Dev after a lot of persuasion & begging from Ishwari. She was treated like an outsider by everyone in the Dixit house. Dev's birthday fiasco was another incident where it was made clear to her that the Dixit family had still not accepted her as a part of the family. But the Mission Dixit baby was the worst one. Dev in the privacy of their room in the night consoled & comforted her saying that he didn't need any children if he had her in his life, that she completed him but just a few hours later, in the morning, he retracted from his statement & made her go forcibly through the infertility treatment as per his mother's command. And the Shimla fiasco planned meticulously by Ishuworry for mission baby Dixit was the last straw & Sona should have walked out then & there.

When she was thrown out in the middle of the night and following the farmhouse conversation. That would have been the final nail in the coffin. Even after everything she endured pre and post marriage, dev only chose her because his mother wanted that and not because he wanted to.

Also per sonakshi dev even refused to see her when she came with the baby, that’s a big reason to break all ties. Honestly 7 years is a long time for anyone to hold onto someone whom you profess to hate, especially when you are under the impression that the other didn’t even bother to check up on you or refused to see his own child.

Being a single parent is far better for both the child and yourself than being in a toxic unstable relationship.

Bold - I think this is common in every relationship irrespective of the gender. Even in reality we see so many couples still bringing a particular past incident into their fight as a reference point. It’s up to the couple to decide if they want it to hinder their present and future.

I agree with the what you have said about sonakshi bringing in their past into the present doesn’t actually help the situation, but one cannot deny that the crux of this problem is dev himself who refuses to face any situation head-on. He would rather ignore or find a quick fix which doesn’t actually address the issue, only for it to later resurface in a much bigger way. Every time sonakshi has voiced out her issues to dev, he has either pacified her or asked her to move on from the issue. The basic problem here is that in every issue sonakshi is the one who has faced the brunt of it, be it the ishwari’s hatred in dating period or post marriage. Dev has always been a bystander. So unless sonakshi’s insecurities aren’t addressed permanently, she isn’t going to let the past go. The onus is on dev now as to whether he wants to permanently solve it or continue reliving the reality of their past.

As a woman, definitely Mission Dixit Baby. That was extremely humiliating and for a girl to go through that was just cruel.

I would have had my guard on after the hospital break-up, but as Sona says, she understood why he did what he did. He knew he had made a huge mistake the second she said "Goodbye Mr.Dixit." His expression was on point and perfect.

So understanding his feelings, I would have given another chance, just like Sona. But there is no way I would have married right away like that. It was way too soon. I would have sat him down and talked about how I felt and what he did and how trust was broken. I would give it at least a year or so, maybe more, to see how we fare, before even thinking of considering a proposal.
