How should it be?

How should a person be a good spouse, good son/daughter and a good brother/sister at the same time. Because even if you are married you're still a child to your parents, you're still a sibling towards your sibling and the love doesn't diminish between your all relationships just because you got married. How do you think there should be a balance? Like Dev usually cannot manage all of his roles. How do you think one should manage it?
