As the popular line goes, you can choose your husband but your children can not choose their father dev dixit is terrible terrible husband and father today. He didn't took stand for his son despite knowing the effect the name change it will have on his kid. Nor he took stand for his wife who clearly told his mother that she would not allow name change of her kid. He just chose wrongdoing of his mother above his wife and traumatized kid. Setting the worst partner goals.

I agree. Really inconsistent writing for Dev.

As guilty as he feels about his mother, he is equally insane about Sona, so for him to not locate her whereabouts for 7 years is impossible.

Even with his mother, he took a stand for Suhana and never let her force Suhana to do anything. And now, he is unable to take a stand for Ayush, who needs more support.

So inconsistent writing it is.

Can Sonakshi take away the kids for sometime till Dev gets his sanity back?

Ishwari and dev can live together in that mental house. Kind of scared me thinking if i ever have to live with ishwari and dev kind of person.

Totally inconsistent writing. They are contriving situations which a S2 ish or dev would have never done.

Wonder why they came back for a 3rd season at all.

The reason why I started watching KRPKAB was that , the lady protagonist was strong and logical in her decisions , but as the serial progressed I found that , the touch of reality that this show had was slowly ,moving into a direction like daughter in - mother in law story where the son has very less say in anything.

And today it crossed all limits. I have never understood how they can show a professional daughter in law and that too a business woman leading an organisation so weak . In fact many a times in almost all the shows they show the good daughter in law very weak and giving into family pressures. This image kind of makes younger women think that to be a good daughter in law they need to silently accept whatever happens to them.. Its like telling even if things are done wrong to them or their kids for the peace of the family and to respect the elders and the image of their husband they need to keep quiet and sacrifice their happiness and peace of mind.

I felt absolutely bad seeing an emotionally week Sonakshi always giving into Dev-his mom's emotional blackmail. And I think they will show after the change of name , the son will start accepting Sonakshi and hence proving that Ishwari was right in changing that lil boys name.( Just a guess😆)

We should respect our elders but in such situations when you see that your parents are interfering in your personal space and because of which your spouse's peace of mind is lost , then you need to politely yet assertively ,remind them that what they are doing is not right. What hurts the most is the way Ishwari is taking away Sonakshi's parenting rights and how her son seems to stand helpless. This lady keeps reading all the scriptures and keep talking about good old teachings and practices. but she forgot to teach her son to be righteous and how important the so called Dharma is for a peaceful life.

I still hope that the makers will show a stronger Sonakshi who does not fall prey to Dev and his mothers emotional drama.

Me too want to see a stronger Sonakshi

This Ishuworry getting to my nerves

Whatever respect i had about dev character went off today after seeing last 10 mintues of episode and recap..As Sonakshi concerned, dev was her choice, she would have known him completely after first break up itself, she always chose him and went back as if all perfect.. But..here no fault of that kid Ayush but still going through so much as his new found parents just cannt take stand for him.. Dev become spinless father now...atleast for suhana he was clear...

Initially i used to think, suhana should be devakshi daughter.. After seeing Ayush, feels like no kid deserves this mad dixit family..now i hope ayush should not be devaskshi son so he can spare all this trauma..small kid who lost parents,staying in weird family for shake old grand parents..top of that this spiness good for nothing father and obessed grandma...

Its like writers keeping preleap S1 characters with kid drama..that time it was spineless husband, now spineless father as well.

The trp is low 0.3, if it continues then Sony can off air any time.. Sony is so ruthless, it doesnt give time for proper end as well, just abrupt end.. So makers end this track gracefully, start new track else u know the result better...

More than Sonakshi, the kids don't deserve a father like Dev. Some instances of Dev as a husband are realistic. For example: he has double standards (not letting Sona talk to Bijoy), wife is treated as a second-class citizen, after 10 years of marriage wife's opinions matter less, false promises, takes her for granted etc. But I don't understand what kind of father he is. He failed to hear Ayush out when the child came to him first to tell his issue with Issueworry. He doesn't have time to solve his own child's problems. When Ayu first came, he unintentionally ignored Suhana. Ishwari hurt Ayush and he can't still speak up. Does Ayush deserve a father like Dev?

He is not a marriage material As he is in unbreakable relationship with his mother. No other woman can enter into this toxic family as DIL 🙁🙄
