No, he is not. He wants to be balanced and he is trying to be balanced, but he is not succeeding very well, probably because in his mind, he thinks Ayush needs more attention. This was evident when he got Golu and Ayush to play together, without looking at Suhana. He didn't mean to ignore Suhana or make her feel sad, but he ended up doing exactly that. Same with Ishwari, she doesn't mean to ignore or hurt Suhana, but ends up doing exactly that. Dev wants Sonakshi to pay attention to little things, but he himself is yet to do that properly. It would have been good if Dev had gotten all three of them to play something together.
