You know I positively entertained this idea during the initial episodes of season 1😆 The way Ishwari used to get scared seeing Khatri & Khatri seemed to be relishing blackmailing her... I thought it was going to be something big.

Then I noticed Ishwari's characterisation & her approach towards Dev. It looked to me, she was too possesive of him & shit scared of losing him. That usually happens with stuffs that originally didn't belong to us but somehow we came into possession of it & now too attached to let it go. Plus all Ishwari ever cared about was being a Bhagawan in his eyes & not genuinely bothering about his happiness made me more suspicious about their history.

Then when Khatri made a return post leap I thought it was all going to come out. Either that would open Dev's eyes & make him understand what a fine piece of work his mother is..... or maybe (now I was thinking about 2nd possibility) Khatri had somehow abused Ishwari & Ishwari went through it because she was helpless & in dire need of money to feed her kids & now Khatri has come back to blackmail her about it which on revelation, will fix whatever damage the Maa Beta's unique relation suffered because of Sonakshi's entry in their life and Dev will go back to treating her like Bhagwan again. 🤔

Turned out all the hullabaloo was over a pair of bangles I, never in my wildest dreams, could imagine that Ishwari, who treacherously made her son sign pre-nup documents, made a hue & cry over 5 crore investments, was actually beating herself up over stealing 2 bangles
