Mahua, One of the specialties of KRPKAB is the names of the characters. Each name has been selected with care. Ishwari is one letter more than God and she did indeed think herself to be god. Dev(Devrath) who was like Bheeshma who gave up his life for his family, Sonakshi who is gold, Bijoy who loves winning, Asha the hope, suhana -- pleasingsoha -- starneha -- one who is lovedriya -- rich and gracefularohi -- ascendingRonak --light of Dev's lifeNikki -- victoryLaksh -- The DestinationLaksh is kind of the mirror image of Dev. If Dev got lots of love from his mom, it is shown that Laksh was not so lucky. That he didn't get that kind of care from his family. Dev had the guidance of his mother which helped him to learn the values, but Laksh had to do things on his own. While Dev is all about family, Laksh craves that. Laksh is also a self made man similar to Dev. Both have built what they have on their own. Both recognize the importance of hard work and don't hesitate to take risks or follow their dreams.Ishwari wanted to be that person in Dev's life to whom he always came for counsel. But with Sonakshi coming to his life, she feels he no longer needs her. And in a way it is true too, that Sonakshi can fill the position of Dev's counsel to certain extent. But Laksh needs Ishwari's guidance more. And I feel he is her destination. That he will be Ishwari's purpose to quite a certain extent. The reason why Laksh doesn't believe in marriage is because of what he has seen growing up. As per precap he will stay in IN. With the love and the support and understanding he sees there, it will help him to regain what he has lost, what he once wanted from his own family. Ishwari will become that counsel to Laksh and become the same person she is for Dev. i.e "maa".I am really enjoying this series now that Dev is back. 😃
👏⭐️Yesterday's episode marked a kind of liberation day for Dev Dixit. He had been liberated before that but the difference being him set free in front of the whole family (including the sisters) by his own mother who burdened him in the first place because of her circumstances. Ishwari made each and every person responsible for their actions and choices in life. There was no Dev Dixit an irresponsible brother or Ishwari Dixit a bad mother or Sonakshi a failed DIL of the Dixit family to hide behind. Each and every person was asked to own up their responsibility in choosing the path of least resistance most favorable to them when the family was facing an unfavorable tide. The love and favoritism that Ishwari showed Dev also came with a mountain of responsibilities including the emotional wellbeing of the family as a whole. My making him responsible for others he lost the right to his own emotions and made him so guilt ridden for each and every wrong things happening in his family. Yesterday Ishwari set him free.
She was one of the first few people to notice how good Dev & Sonakshi were with one other. She even asked Sonakshi bhabhi if being married was what it looked like in the movies.

I don't know about Lakshya's background well enough, but in the marriages Nikki has seen, people took that commitment for granted and as a result, took their partners for granted, and families played a huge role in this. All Nikki and Lakshya are trying to do, as two mature adults, is construct the kind of relationship they feel would be most respectful and nurturing of their love. At this point, from what they have seen, marriage is just not that.
