Now, it seems like sonakshi's actual fear was ishwari's disappoval...everything was fast paced after ishu-sona convo...more than anything else, sona was afraid of the saas-bahu equation btwn them...when ishu asked sona to find a bride for dev, she might have thought that ishu was still not ready to accept her as bahu.

My question is ...If Bijoy wouldnot had taken promise from Sona...Would she had said yes during the tyre change when Dev propped up the proposal...Wat was stopping her since so mny days??..it jus looked like all her fears ,anger hurt vanished n only that promise was a hurdle n Ishus acceptance... Wat about her???..I watched the episode just now n im unable to connect as to what just happened..If there was a tussle shown between Dil n Dimag n Sonas confusion was adressed even if not ...her self talks would had been helpful..!The jet speed is another thing which is more irritating ...Dnt understand why the makers cant concentrate on the crucial points of the storyplot which they weaved n laid the foundation for past 6 mnths...Atleast address n execute them.in a proper way...if not wats the use of showing the separation n leap?!

Meher i had same doubts as urs and they still not not fully solved. What i have understood is that Sonakshi's fears and inhibitions are still not gone. Hope i will be able to convey, what i meant. Three things which have hit her chord

1) Dev's going away, this time she was actually seeing him getting engaged to someone else. She never thought he would get engaged to someone else. He never remarried in last 7 years even without knowing about Soha and the present situation is completely different. When it actually happened, she broke down. It actually shook her to the core. Bijoy's words didn't soothed her n her pain kept on increasing.

2) Ishwari's opening of her heart. It was one of her biggest fears even after she forgave everything. But now when Ishwari opens like anything, one of her major issues decreased. N most importantly she was straight forward. She accepted her mistakes openly n all those which bothered Sonakshi.

3) Bijoy released her from promise. When she promised bijoy, both ishwari and dev's cases were not there. There was no plans for dev's re marriage or ishwari's opinion was changed. She was in a comfortable zone with Dev as friends or co parents. She was seeing no future for them at that point of time. Even while changing tyre, she got hurt and affected but covered up as situations were same. But when it actually happens in reality, it hit her hard; dev moving away and ishwari's coming close. These two opposite forces shook her to the core n she felt the difference between saying and doing. By freeing her from promise, Bijoy gave her autonomy to choose herself. More than Bijoy, she was binding herself with that promise. So in a sense Bijoy gave her freedom to free herself.

I don't think she is over her past yet. As off now she can't see Dev going away, but she is still scared and unsure. It was not only Nisha's feelings but her own fear that was stopping her to stop the engagement. It would have been lovely if her monologue was shown, but lets wait for the confession, may be she pours it out then.

Hi all.. will come back to read more:)

But felt like penning something... today's episode felt special .. I could re watch it again:)

The song selection I felt was the high point today .. I'm not a big fan of third angles but yet again KRPKAB leaves me at awe ❤️ what a pre cap!!!!

PS: outstanding performances by Supriya mam and the leads of course and the ensemble cast:) wow 👏

I was reading the TOI program schedule for KRPKAB and when it said that the proposal was in 16th, I was confused. Since the last time Dev's confession was on June 14th and I originally thought that they would match those dates. But it looks like the CVs are matching a lot of dates. The realization by Dev of his love and confession, Sonakshi Ritwick engagement, Dev - Sona proposal after the engagement breakup, their marriage date along with dates of Dev - Sona breakup in the farmhouse and Sonakshi coming back to Delhi. The day she came back to Delhi was Jan 16th. The day they separated from each other in the farmhouse was Jan 13th. Jan 12th is when Dev said "get out" and Sonakshi leaves IN.

There is one too many parallels here that they are trying to recreate. Like in season 1, after Sonakshi leaves after the get out, Vickky tells maami to keep Ishwari off the phones, takes Dev to the farmhouse to get him drunk and the creates chaos with eviction and prenup papers. This time it is maami who is telling Vickky to keep Dev engaged with Nisha and doing her best to keep Sonakshi away from IN. Sonce there are too many plots and tracks that are shown, the story feels all jumbled up with disconnect. 😃 .

I think we will see the pace settle down after Dev -- Sonakshi's wedding and I think they will match it with the original wedding date, not the moth, just the date. 😃 . So my guess is the marriage will happen on June 30. 😉

Agree with Rekha. The DDlj moment did not work well. Firstly the situation itself did not suit to recreate the iconic moment. The Chs here are not genuine,honest or consistent like in the movie. Baldev Singh never evoke the feeling of dislike that Bijoy 's ch makes space for. Similarly Simran ,the well mannered obedient daughter of Baldev Singh never took a back step when the moment demanded her to confess her love against her strict disciplinarian father.

Firstly Sonakshi sitting in front of her father waiting for him to say go Sona go looked awkward. Surely a thirty above matured woman could not behave like a teenager who can not move an inch without the consent of her father. Sonakshi looked ill at ease while doing so. She appeared more like one in hurry who is just waiting to hear the words.

I found Sonakshi confused and irritated to see herself in such a situation. She is as usual more concerned about Nisha rather than Dev whose life ,love and happiness is at stake. Sonakshi thought he won't go ahead with the engagement. But he did. That may be one of the reasons for her hesitance and lack of initiation.

Sonakshi conveniently forgot the assurance she gave to Dev Ofcourse not in words. When Dev said she should be with him till the pheras she did not disapprove. Then why is she not there in IN? May be Iswari's visit to her house forced her to face Bijoy and get his consent. I am confused here.

Saurabh did his duty as a brother who knows Sonakshi's innermost secrets. I liked the way he confronted Bijoy and unleashed his flaws . He deserves applause for goading his sister to move in the right direction. Ronita also made her presence felt with her genuine support.

Thankfully Dev's attempt at igniting Nisha's feeling of doubt worked wonders. Nisha is smart enough to catch the hint and pursue the matter. She looks level headed. Good for Dev,Sona and us . Finally the false pretences and facades will disappear into oblivion. Dev's love will win and he will smile.
