It would be apple to apple comparision if Dev had affairs even now (after staying with Sona ) and was accusing Sona .Another fair scenario would be Dev questioning Sona of her affairs in last 7 yrs .

This is not done. He is her ex.. So people stay with roommates like Rachel did with rose who was father of her child in frnds n still she dated. Having kid doesn't means one can't date

I would say Dev does have some rights to question her and the rights was given by Sonakshi herself .Sonakshi gave an impression to the society in Saurabh's marriage that they are back together , gave Khatri an impression that she is back as Bahu of Dixit house ,is exercising her rights on Dixit mansion by involving herself in their personal matters and spying on her Ex MIL ,sharing room with him and sleeping on the same bed ,is comfortable to be intimate with him ..tying his dhoti,walking around in bathrobe with him in the same room (let's not forget Sona did not strongly oppose when the above 2 incidents happen.Will she go n tie dhoti to Vicky ,Jatin or any random person if they blackmail her with some silly reason ? ) ..what do we call this kind of relationship ?

Here I find sona wrong as well... Her mahanta ka pitara is getting on my nerves but this is done for society n even dev knows that. Sona needs to stay in line but dev himself crosses every line. My point is his hypocrisy n that is where I m pointing at!

If she was only co parenting with him then yes Dev cannot question her but is she following that especially after Khatri's incident .How can she be the Bahu without being Dev's wife .If she is back as his wife or live in partner then how can the husband/live in partner not question her especially if she is lying at home to meet a guy .I have always said this Sonakshi's first love is Ishwari lol ..Dev came in between them ;)


She came as his roommate. One can be roomate with a x that doesn't mean they can't date another person. Sona n dev both have ruts to date sleep with different people. They r roommate n that is where it ends!

Now, coming back to Dev, he was into alcohol for these 7 years. The first time when he was shown in the hotel room with Shruti he entered and started drinking and i remember Shruti's words "Now it'll be you and your bottle". I guess as we dissect every single dialogue of the show, this can be dissected too. What did she mean by that? Atleast i am clear about the fact that Dev used to spend his nights drinking. And let the episodes progress and lets see what exactly was in the past, whether it is about Dev or Sona. We don't know what all they have gone through in these 7 years.

Yes CVs instead of redeeming him they glorify his antics by painting others as devil. I have a issue there show his redemption but don't glorify his behavior by saying he is flawed

Jatin so far proved to be real guy with golden heart n with a spine.. Dev's character was butchered way before Jatin entry. Jatin has nothing to do with it yaar.

When Dev does something wrong he is bashed left,right and centre.That is fine.If he does something wrong he should be bashed.

But if Dev does something good,he is being glorified.That's pure hypocrisy.

If we can have the anger to criticise a character for his mistakes,we should also have the heart to praise him when he does something good rather than exhibiting hypocrisy by making excuses that he is being glorified,etc etc.

That makes us neutral and unbiased viewers.

As jyoti raised a valid point - Devakshi were the most sanskari couple of the tellywood which proves a lot about Dev and SOankshi as a person.
