Hi Deeps... you come to the forum and bring an Asha with you 👏 kudos dear:)

Yesterday's fight was very similar in a way to fight that happened in Ishwari'a home.. where Sona was asked to leave in the heat of the moment! Don't want to discuss Ishwari.. but see the parallel here, how a Mother can bring everyone together... these points are so well etched in the show.. fantastic I would say!

Asha is s role model and beautifully written character ..kudos to the makers . I honestly have enjoyed watching her the beginning..I also see how comfortable Dev is with her in the entire Bose home.. he looks up to her.. one day she will prove to be his God mother ..like someone who looks out for you... I think she already is a friend... unfortunately no one in his home is there for him besides little Golu!

Fantastic post Deeps... 👏

There is just one thing I will blame Asha for:

She still hasn't told Bijoy the truth behind the jewellery. Its 2 days on, everybody in the house now knows that Mrs. Mondol hid the jewellery and Dev rescued it, except Bijoy Bose. Bijoy still believes Dev stole it and is making fun of him.

How, how on earth do you let your life partner make a fool of himself like that. We all make mistakes and misunderstand situations but then thats why we also a life partner right? When we go wrong they can help us mend our ways? God forbid, my husband ever stands and watches me shout at someone when he knows I'm in the wrong and doesn't believe in US to tell me the truth.

Asha has made a mockery of her relationship with her husband. Is that how much faith she has in her husband? Sorry, thats the worst insult ever.

Truth is the one thing that is easily compromised in this show.

I blame her
Didn't her daughter's marriage turn into a disaster just becoz of screwed up mother in law? When she knows her son's mother in law is equally screwed up, why is she silent? Just becoz Dev said to hide it. Didn't she know what happened when Dev decided to hide infertility news? When it was out, it was even bigger disaster.

She wants everyone to keep quiet except Dev. Everyone should go in room when they talk against Dev, but Dev can bark as much as he wants. What's with get 2 people locked to sort out differences? Even Soha and Golu know when you lock or block someone in a relationship, such kind of relationship doesn't survive.

She's annoying with her dev bhakti.

Once upon a time asha one of my fav character. Sensible woman.bt now, things irritate me is
1.she didn't discuss ronita's mother matter wid bijoy,he is father of sourav.he needs to know dis negativity so tht he can handle d situation in near future.when all of a sudden ronita's mother true nature ll come infront of bijoy.u can't aspect him to b calm, quite and understanding. If she had d fear bijoy would break alliance she could hv made him understand. When is a understanding person when it comes to his children. Otherwise he would have never accept dev sona marriage. His has given invitation to problem by hidding dis matter to bijoy.

2.i believe in preparing child for d worst condition so thn can handle any type of situation. When sona ll go to dixit mansion neither asha nor dev's present attitude ll b present. When ishu, gkb, vikky ll create problem there, ll she b there to make them understand. So she should not interfere between devAkshi. She can guide them, advice them.make them .bt she is forcing DevAkshi not to fight or agrue.if DevAkshi hitted argument ll affect soha here both ll learn from it.infact thy can handle soha also.bt if such incident ll happen in dixit mansion no can help.she knows dixit family very well.ishwari ll take advantage of situation. Bitterness among DeVAkshi ll increase more.m not liking her interference.

Fantastic post Deepa. Agree with everything you said.
I guess maturity and patience have become underrated and unwanted virtues nowadays and Asha epitomises them.

By the way why are you shocked and disturbed. If it is possible to hate a child for not acting as per xyz wishes, why not a grown up? One advice, don't go through threads or posts which you know are going to be negativity ki dukaan. For one, constant reading of the same rants hinders your enjoyment of the show, second the negativity infects you and seeps into personal life.

Deeps, most needed post!
I second every word u said.
This is the best positive post I saw after a long time here.
especially I agree 100% with what u said below-

"To make a better world, wise people say it should start with a better house and a house can be made better only with classy woman like Asha and if we can blame such women there is something definitely fundamentally wrong with our thinking !!"
