I loved today's episode. I felt it is setting the stage for the finale of this game.

The players are the same, but the rules have changed. The weak player just became stronger. Sona Bose who gave it all for love, one who loved Dev, wanted to truly belong in his family was cruelly ousted due to the manipulation a of a master player. Dev the pawn lived in delusion than and still lives in delusion. He knows at a subconscious level what his mother is capable of but unless he acknowledges he will not be able to stand tall.

Sona Bose still loves Dev , she knows now why her marriage failed it was not for dearth of love..but it was because of his mother. She made it very clear today she knows the rules of this game now,she is no longer the naive young girl..

Now the ball is clearly in Dev court it remains to be seen how he will play this. Because he still loves Sona. Suhana though a factor will not be a factor for Sona to go back to Dev . Easwari will again manipulate about Sona not having a child but will loose that round too.

Vicky and Mami clearly will play high stakes. I think ( still hopeful) that Dev Dixit the hero will arise and woo his Sona now mother or no mother ..because he has everything to loose of he doesn't because soha may consider him his father and want to know him but will never leave her mother.

If the makers take it this way it would be awesome..or they can be radical and Dev and Sona know that Dev can never go against his mother so with their love intact they live separately raising Soha..which is a possibility too because of the last promo

How beautifully she explained the reality of Dev's upbringing in that single sentence, the mitti being the young vulnerable Dev, the kunwaar being Ishwari - the toy being the grown-up Dev Dixit who was nothing more than a toy to Ishwari. ❤️ I truly hope Ishwari someday feels ashamed of her enormous manipulations and lies with which she has destroyed her own son's marriage. Will she ever ?

So true, Guddi. I interpreted as Dev and Sonakshi's relationship/love being the truth which Ishwari manipulated for her benefit and turned it into a toy for her to play with for her own selfish benefit. But your interpretation works as well. 😊

Truly precious line. It reflected so much of pain when Sona said that and when Dev heard it. In a different world, 7 yrs back, a world full of Devakshi love, it demanded both of them to change for the good. It demanded change in Sona to stop being doormat and give it back to Ishwari despite the maryaadaa of their relationship. It demanded change in Dev to draw a boundary in his relationship with his mother and family and to provide Sona the necessary respect her relationship demanded at the home. Both didn't do the needfuls that time. It took a painful separation and 7 long years for them to reach a stage emotionally where they can actually live a peaceful and long happy married life with each other by being able to do all the needfuls.

I thought Sonakshi meant that they have both have forged their own path separately. Now they are no longer husband and wife, then what is the need to change the status quo? Let the sleeping demons of the past lie (referring to Dev constantly interfering in her life and instigating her). But again also applies to your situation.

This sentence and Sona's expressions on the next line - puraani yaadein taazaa ho gayi reflected so much of disappointment. So many incidents from the pages of the past isn't it ? Infertility, Pregnancy, Pre-nup, calling Bijoy as theif, Dev's lies on having meal at Bose house, his lies on doing household chores, his lies on calling Asha as Aunty. Gosh !! 💔 The girl who was taught to be truthful, honest, thoughtful and direct in her approach was succumbed to an environment full of lies, deceits and secrets which killed her happy soul faster than a rocket. She was SO not made for that house or any house which has a woman like Ishwari near 10 km radius. She is STILL not made for that. ❤️ Which of the Dixits can match with her elegance which she displayed today ?

I interpreted this line the same way. Like in the past, Ishwari is creating misunderstanding with her games, manipulation and lies and like always Dev and Sonakshi are arguing about things that doesn't matter and also about lies Ishwari spoke. Same as before, Dev blindly believed Ishwari without question and confronted her. But unlike before she is done with this mother-son's sick game of power and control.

Seriously Dev, tumhe aaj bhi sach ka saamnaa karne mein problem hoti hai :

This girl truly loved Mr. Dev Dixit. 🤗 She accepted Dev knowing fully about his shortcomings, and some of them were major ones. But she thought love conquers everything. Life is the best teacher. Proved to be true for Sona.

Yes, I agree. Sonakshi gave up on Dev when she realized that even if God himself comes down on Earth and tells Dev the truth, he will still believe his mother. That's how blind his devotion was. Because if he truly sees the real face of his mother, he has to acknowledge the fact that his entire life the woman he worshipped as a Goddess never existed. That will make his whole life a lie and he will also have to acknowledge that his blind devotion, not his wife, was the reason for him losing the love of his life. He is the cause of his misery for being an idiot whom his mother played for her benefit.

Remaining episode was good. One more scene must I mention - Dev's questions to his secretary. I so wanted the convo to go this way -

Dev : 'Are you married?'

Sec : 'No.'

Dev : 'Is your mother alive?'

Sec : 'No.'

Dev : 'Then go get married dude, what's stopping ya?'

Lame I know ignore 😆

But today's choices were different. She clearly was humiliated by Sonakshi's revelation and Dev's cross-questioning him. How quickly she went from defensive to offensive mode 👏 What a strategy man. Mastermind. 👍🏼 But her choices this time was such dumb. It reminded me of the proverb - Vinaashkaale viprit buddhi. I mean she asked Dev to either throw her away or bring Sona in his life. 🤣 What would Dev choose ? If Dev ends up paying attention to her choices this time and chooses one of these 2, either way it would kill Ishwari 🤣

With logic gone for a toss...looks like Dev is back from 2.1 to 2.0. Perhaps he needs to fall on his head every other day to maintain the smartness that he had just after the accident. I just spent sometime finding the episode of Sona's fake BF - episode 69 where CVs had empowered Dev D. with a smart brain. He could catch Sona's lies and had said that going by her gestures on the dinner together, they seemed to have met for the 1st time together. And come today...CVs have completely butchered his character. Even after Sona showed him the truth the guy is like . Maa can you confirm it for me? I was like seriously DUDE?

BUT I LOVED Sonakshi Devi today The way she was just to Ishwariii ...she totally slayed!! And I was like

Maateshwari had totally a jaw dropping moment like how come this bheegi billi has turned into a sher??

But such a witch she's naa? 😡

And poor Dev Babu moshaay .the moment he heard that Sona's not going to marry Jatin...he was like so relieved

The BEST part of it all wass...the moment Sona walked in he just ignored Maateshwari and engaged with his ex ...and kinda flirted with Sona right in front of Ishwari 😆 And Sona too...was like on her friendly ride😆😆 I was like Ishwari ke toh tote ud gaye the

I totally enjoyed that 😈 ...of course after keeping my brain aside 🤔
