So was Ishwari right all along?
Dev-Sona love was 2 minute noodles, barsati nala

They two had a major show down at the farmhouse but their love was not strong enough to try to attempt to reconcile at least once in the last 7 years? They have had heated arguments in the past but they always talked it out once they were calmer. Why didn't this happen in the 7 years? At least once?
Also, what kind of love is this if they need other people to keep making them realize it?

Ishwari told Sona that she would only understand her insecurity when she became a mother

In today's episode it's obvious that Soha is Sonas insecurity... So I guess Ishwari is justified in her delusion in a very round about way. ishwari was scared Sona would take her son, Sona is scared Dev will take her daughter. What is the difference between the two?

Also, Elena knew that GKB and Vicky were plotting against Dev and Sona about the 5 Crores. She was there the night GKB said that there will now be a war. Why didn't she try to reconcile her sister and Dev at least give them info about this plot? What kind of sister is she? She had the info to actually solve the problem.

So evil seems to be winning on this show, a kid grew up without her dad because of some misunderstanding that could have been resolved if talked out calmly. A father missed out on seeing his kid grow up because of his insecure mom and egotistical father in law. What was Soha's fault in all this? Why was she needed in all this? It's just heartbreaking.

This story, even after the leap had so much potential, but now it seems that this is just Bade Acche with younger leads and a less lavish set.
I'm disappointed that the writers squandered the opportunity to show an actual unique story not just show the same scenes uniquely.

I can't believe I wasted time on this and still had some faith on the writers to tell a unique and somewhat happy story.

Some one long back predicted this .They are obviously going to justify ishwari psychoness by making sona insecure .By making sona ishwari part 2 they have totally justify it's okay to treat your daughter in law like shit .just because of "insecurity "🤢 puri story ka stayanash Kardiya.this track is more regressive than I have thought.

The difference is Soha is a six year old girl and Dev was a 28 year old man. I can snatch a baby without her will, but not a grown up adult man...

Yes I agree with what you say as logical people this makes sense. Ish though isn't logical and can use Sona's insecurity as a proxy to hers ... The reason she wanted Sona to have a kid was just to feel the emotion she felt with Sona taking Dev away. Today Sona feels that same emotion with Soha albeit she has a logical reason to but I don't think Ishwari will see it that way since she sees Dev as an 8 year old boy not an adult man. If this is how the writers are going to justify Ishwaris /insecurity I have to ask what they were smoking also, in the context of the post Ishwari was right about feeling insecure about her child regardless of age and circumstance. I agree with you that the situation is definitely not the same, but the feeling of insecurity is the same regardless of circumstance which Ishwari never accounts for.

I thought the main reason to bring the kid into the picture was to punish Ishwari, but it now seems Dev has also been punished ... And his punishment is more severe IMHO because Ish has had kids and will have other grand kids from the sisters to experience the joy of a grandmother, but what about Dev? He also wanted a kid ...he should be punished for not being a good husband to Sona but this is just cruel. Especially since it could have been avoided by the writers to make a unique story.
