Exactly. And I didn't feel Sonakshi let down her dignity even an inch by standing up for herself. She apologised to her employees, accepted her mistake, prepared to pay for her mistakes including going to court and answered Dev in the same language he understands - all the while keeping her cool. I thought it was one heck of a dignified response. Where is the dignity in being a victim and slithering away with one's tail tucked between their legs?

I had to write today, Tia. Thanks for your post. To the point as always.

I hope everyone reads your post today, particularly the line on unashamedly supporting another woman.
Although Sona, Dev and their story is only a fiction we are pouring our hearts out for, the reality isn't too far off. Men are a dominating force and its a farce that we should put up with their chauvinism. That doesn't mean there aren't nice men or annoying women on this planet! I am sure the question will arise on why Ishwari, Mami and Elena or even Neha are wrong while Sona isn't. Such a question will only be raised by people who refuse to believe that life isn't black or white/right or wrong/man or woman; life is about humanity, the colours of a rainbow and finding a balance in those hues that you can live and let live.
What we have seen so far in this story is a man who forgives his mother's mistakes, tolerates his devious aunt and cousin BUT publicly shames his ex-wife because she walked away from his life without taking his signature/ expecting alimony/ expecting a diamond necklace!?! All because she isn't related by blood to him? This is inexcusable behaviour. I dread what he is going to tell his daughter - I told your mother she will never be a good mother and look at you bullying my Golu; she has proved me right?!! How do people speak or react without thinking about the consequences, the other side!

Alright so I watched episode again this time online in YT , n I just realized that Dev nowadays emits major villainish roguish vibes , like from the way he always is on a look out to harass or put down Sonakshi or play cheap games against her , always seething in hatred and anger and bitterness against her and at the same time basking in over estimated self glory, from the way he talks to the way he dresses up and carries himself ( Cool what cool ?? He looks like a street side Romeo with no class. The season 1 look was simply so much better and more elegant. ) , it's extremely difficult to identify or even recognize him as the hero .
If some one starts watching post-leap only , they'd wondering whether this guy is villain and may be the actual ML or hero will make entry at some point later.
Does the CVs actually think before dishing out such trash ??

On a side note, there's an amazing n very interesting chat club in BW forum Zindegi GUlzar Hai , I was reading some pages of it , and was really disheartened how much KRPKAB was being trashed as the "worst show. "

Sona can live peacefully but she doesn't.:
She wants to give it back to Dev n then all supporters come back by standing by sona..
Why did she consult them before she did chess moves ?

What sona gets is proving newtons law
Every action has an equal n opp reaction!

She didn't put her name as a sign of self respect
Self respect yes was her home n I totally respect her
She did a blunder n she corrected it. Thanks to God who helped her.

If sona don't want dev back in her life.. why give him so much importance ?
I fail to understand her more than Dev (Dev upbringing is pathetic. He is Defective person hence difficult to deal him) but sona ?

Everywhere she gives him importance.. n then she gets bitter responses n the. All supporters there says what a man dev is.. did sona know the answer Stil.. I bet no!! Never !!!

Right from award.. to this name plate..
She provokes him.. n he returns it in the worst way possible..
And I already told both dev n sona are bad leaders to me.. explained in Aswathy post..

PS: happy bday 2 u.
Am unwell with my eye conjunctivitis so am not making posts .. but just felt like sharing my understanding n perspective.. we can agree to disagree but pls no debates.. coz we all see life differently ..peace.

Nice post as usual
Honestly cvs r trying very hard to make dev chAr sympathetic but do they know dev looks more foolish and villan and making mockery of himself
I loved today bose family hug and loved bijoy today as well who let her daughter deal with the situation
I know this is a fiction show so patch up is gonna happen but atleast can they show dev realization and redemption before any reconciliation
With each passing day they r making him more spineless and tharki
dev be a man face every odd against ishwari mami and Vicky and redeem yourself harsh way hopefully

Thank you. I agree with you. I don't think that being a victim is something to be proud of. If someone bullies you, you stand up against them, period. If Sonakshi was bullying Ishwari or Neha or Radha, I'd have called on her as well. Why should anyone, men or women put up with bullies? Today Dev barged into Sonakshi's office and openly bullied her in front of her employees. Had she put up with that, then the advice she was giving her daughter to never tolerate bullies would be hypocrisy. I am glad she stood up for her honour today. She should have done it long time back.

True. In fact if Dev's feelings were not shown, then we won't have even known he is the hero. In fact if we take the same characters and start from season 2 in a different show and name them Tom and Dick without telling who the hero, it's hard to imagine this would be the hero. In fact people would be praying for the real hero to arrive.

Great post Tia as usual. Can't understand who on the earth would justify Dev's actions in the name of love. My blood boils to see Dev's actions, what a jerk he is, spineless man. How on the earth will he face his daughter with this behavior? I am so so glad Soha is not born and brought up in the Dixit mansion with psychotic Dixit family, hate them. I don't know how Sonakshi is able to keep herself cool and composed,I guess its her upbringing with beautiful parents.
